My disabled mother had fallen. I was unable to get her up and we feared she had broken her hip. These firemen from Station 37 were rude, impatient and judgemental. When asked a question, I never got to completely answer. By the way, it took three of them to get her up. If I was in need of assistance, I would rather wait for another Station, or die before letting these men anywhere near me! These men need some classes on how to properly treat people or find another profession. We must have interuppted their dinner. One star is too generous. I would give them 0.
