the most bizarre call ive ever encountered. called to make reservation....going to nascar race. the lady that answered name was Pat. i asked Pat how far the park was from the nascar track. she says dont know, hold on. {she must be new to the area} came back 1 minute later, 3 miles she said. i replied great. i asked if she had anything the week of race. dont know she says. are u over 55. yes i replied. hold on. came back 30 seconds later. what kinda motor home u got? 40' class A with slides on both sides. she says is it exactly 40'? i said its 41' 2" long. she says thats too long. i asked if a foot would make or break u. she says well if u get here and u are out in the road a foot i'd have to ask u to leave. i said lady do u own this place? no she replied. i says so u just answer the phone, right? she says sir we cant help you and hung up.

If you aren't comfortable giving your Social Security number to strangers, do not attempt to stay in this park. A very friendly woman gave us enough paper work to file for a mortgage, and when we were told they needed our SS numbers to run a background check, we became uncomfortable. We like safety as much as anyone and have no problem with our background being investigated, but as the Internet will tell you, it is not necessary to secure a SS number to run a background check. The owners informed us we would have to leave in one week if we did not supply them with our numbers; we left. Oh, and it will cost you $20. per person to have your privacy and identity threatened by these folks.
55+. Yes, they require your SSN for an initial credit check, but we were happy to give it-if it means we won't be dealing with riff faff. They run a friendly, tight ship, the residents are sweet and the snowbirds delightful. It's an older park with about 1/4 park models. There are about 4 skanky -looking RV's. Plenty of activities if you are interested. Pool isn't cleaned as well as we'd like, but it's clean and they attend to it. They definitely need new lounge chairs at the pool. Bummed that there are no tables at the sites, but it's a clean park and is nice. People are friendly. We just spent our second year there and will go back. Great location. Easy access to everything.
I had a terrible experience there. First time I was required to put the park on my insurance policy. They claimed to be pet friendly, but found that not to be the case at all. It was also rather weird two of my immediate neighbors die in the month I was there. #people go there to die. “Free internet” was terrible. Cable TV requires a one year contract. But worst of all was being lied to by staff. And when I tried to talk to owner about issues, well she was conveniently absent, leaving a part timer to apologize for something she had no control over. I also find it interesting that my last review disappeared. More sign of a lack of integrity integrity.
We were here for 1 month. We were pleased with the park. Clean and comfortable. Nice laundry with even a line to dry if wanted. Park has activities and was easy in and out. Some plane noise but tolerable. Can't say enough good about the office staff, they went the extra mile to get us in early and worked with us wonderfully. Thank you Phoenix Metro.

We made reservations on the phone they only had 2 nights available but said we may be able to extend. When I stopped by the office to extend the staff was very helpful and made it work for us. The people are friendly the park is clean. It is close to the highway so there is noise but there's a wall that definitely helps

Although they couldn't help us because we are not 55+ yet.. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and willing to help me find a place that could help us.. Very personable!!! Thank you!!! 9 years and in pretty certain I would love to call this place home!!! Thank you again!; love it when you can get a smile in a persons voice :-)
Visited our friends Curchele here in March 2016. Park is clean with nice paved roads. People we met were very friendly. Park is easy to find and great access right off of I17. We live in Florida in an RV Resort just south of Naples, Fl. If I ever come to Phoenix with our coach we will definitely try to get a reservation At Metro.
I have a friend who lives in this RV park. It's a quaint little place very much a retiree place, Close to much of everything that they might need such as shopping, freeway system Restaurants and It's only 20 minutes from Black Canyon City. That's a plus because Black Canyon City is a really nice little town.

Never got passed the lady on the phone. We have three dogs and that was the end of the conversation. She must have been having a bad day. She all but hung up on me. made me feel stupid for even asking about an exception.

It was okay, met some very nice people across from us. It's clean, convient, and fair pricing. But, it's Right next to the interstate, and it's pretty noisy.

This was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt at an RV park. And the lady at the front desk does NOT belong in any customer service position in my opinion. Left 4 days early and won’t ever come back! Only gave any stars for the cleanliness.
Well don’t plan on staying there if your dogs are over 30 pounds with rescue two dogs during Covid that are mixed breed and they’re 45 and 50 pounds. No wonder so many larger dogs end up at the pound. Can’t travel with them. ♀️ …
Needed a place to park my 5th wheel for a couple of months. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Excellent facilities and convenient to everything! Very clean and well kept. Friendly neighbors and dog friendly. Lots of activities.
Phoenix Metro RV Park was easy to find. Sites are tight but they do help guide you in. Spaces are level gravel and clean. Overall, the park is a bit dated, but it was a good location while visiting friends. Staff were very friendly!
Nice place, although the sites are a little too tight, and the cigar smoke from next campsite was blowing into our faces when we sat outside. We we visiting friends that were staying there. Other than that, I liked the place.
Just called to make a reservation and we were not allowed to stay because our dog is over 30 pounds. Just letting other people know this information. We have an extremely well behaved border collie mix. Whatever.
Very peaceful and quiet place to stay. All kinds of activities to join. Great if your traveling or need a local place to stay short term. Everyone in the park is so friendly. Wish there were more trees.
Clean, quite. We have a trailer stored on their storage lot. Reasonable prices for the Phoenix area. Would be 5 stars but their office hours are a little odd when the snow birds are not in town.
We have actually made this our home. Friendly people who many are now our dear friends. Office staff are wonderful. And you can't go wrong. Prices are great. Lots to do, but more b4 COVD-19.
I'm not 55yo, but my roommate is so while I was staying at that RV Park there were a handful of people who didn't like that and were the opposite of friendly to me because of it.
Always a nice place to park your RV. 55 and older park.

Quiet
Park is usually great but the management just shut down the bathroom, shower & laundry facilities today indefinitely. If you need any of the above don’t come here
very tight spaces, no patios, no tables. Very old rigs. People were pleasant. Street it is on is one way, and you have to travel a mile or so around to get back.
in cement seround but looked ok to stay there

Very nice facility, friendly staff, easy check in, plenty of amenities. Staying here for a month. Easy access with stores and restaurants nearby.
I feel as though they ripped my mother off being that she's old and widowed, they double book and charge twice for spots which is not right.
I have been staying there since the end of October, it's a really nice park, it's quite, and lots of amenities. Love the heated pool
Love this RV resort! Best bang for the buck in the area. Fitness room, hot tub, pool, club house, fun activities and GREAT people.

Friendly, Clean, Nice facility! I am new to the RV lifestyle, the staff and other RVers were wonderful and helpful!
The park is nice organized but there is 2 staff members that were very rude and trying to be very intimidating. Not
Nice clean Park, friendly people, and very quiet even though you're close to the freeway and in town.

Clean, level spaces. Sites are nice but feels cramped. Very close to the highway to visit Phoenix.
