I was here some years back. So stuff might have changed, but it's difficult to forget good service. Post might be a bit long. Not to get too deeply into personal details. I had a chronic issue, choice was physiotherapy or surgery. It's not an issue you can 100% surely fix, some are lucky though. There was so much I couldn't do, and I felt very handicapped. But with a few sessions (can't remember how many, but didn't go above what they stated after the evaluation), and follow-up through emails (my therapist ensured I was reminded to play my own part) and continued to do her research during the sessions (recommending the right plan for my SPECIFIC case). Their staff were very polite and nothing felt rushed. Other patients seemed happy with the service too. On my last day my therapist said she hopes to never see me there again. The point being that I wouldn't need their help anymore to manage my situation. I feel great right now! I mean I could barely lift my leg during the first session!

My first visit to PTC was in 2017, I was amazed seeing a private physio clinic so equipped. A very clean and serene environment that is very welcoming. The Physiotherapists are very professional in practice, and take into consideration evidence based and goal oriented practices. Good customer service too
