In all honestly, this place should be shut down. The reviews are fake and if you don't believe me just schedule an appointment and try it out yourself. This is without a doubt the worst place I've ever done physical therapy. I've had two ACL injuries in my life and know how therapy works for the recovery. This place seriously needs an audit or investigation. Upon arrival, the official is gross. It's dirty, huge hole in the ceiling, things are falling apart and the equipment is laughable. If you arrive early or on time, expect to wait 20-30 min extra. I arrived and did all the paperwork and then went to do my initial evaluation. I was lead to a room to meet my PT and I was greeted by a TV/Laptop set up. My PT was doing the initial evaluation for my right knee over zoom. You couldn't even see my knee in the Zoom call. How can you evaluate someones knee over Zoom? This is a serious serious concern. This is not safe for future patients, you cannot evaluate someones serious injury over Zoom. After 3 minutes and the most vague evaluation. I head to the physical room for my first session. This location had about 12 patients in the physical room with 2 PTA's during my visit. Yes. PTA's. (Physical Therapy Assistants). There wasn't a single Doctor of Physical Therapy there. 12 patients all at the same time. Also I was just handed a pillow that someone before we clearly used. Like what? After doing 3 exercises with my PTA whenever she circled back to me, it was clear that this place was the worst thing you could do to your health and body. I simply grabbed my things and left with 35 minutes left in my session. I know this place doesn't care about patients because the next day, they called me and said the first session went great and when should we schedule the next session? They didn't even notice I left halfway through. I now do my physical therapy at the UM hospital and the difference is insane. My evaluation actually took an hour with multiple tests done to my knee. This place is a simple cash grab. Zero PT's. Ancient equipment. 12 patients at a time per PTA's. It's actually mind blowing that something like this is allowed to operate.

I scheduled an appointment a week ago for today. They took my insurance information and I double checked with my insurance that I don’t need a referral or anything else to see a physical therapist. They called me on Friday to tell me to bring my referral and doctors note and I said that I don’t have that since my insurance said that I don’t need it. They said they will have to double check with my insurance because they don’t want to have any issues with billing. Understandable! That was last week on Friday. Today my appointment is at 11am and they decide to call me at 10.30am telling me the same thing. Confirmed that they haven’t checked with my insurance because they didn’t have time or whatever. They said they’ll call my insurance called me back at 11am still haven’t called my insurance and just said this is their policy now that they need a referral and doctors note to see a patient because of billing reasons. Meanwhile they’re promoting their service even on the waiting line that you can come in without a referral. Such a scam and so unprofessional!

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this facility, which warrants a mere one-star rating out of five. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was ushered into a room and left in front of a TV/Laptop setup for a full five minutes. To my dismay, I later discovered that I was being charged as if I had seen a qualified medical professional during that time. After expressing my frustration, they did arrange for a proper appointment. However, this initial setback was only the beginning of my woes. Subsequently, I never received any follow-up to schedule additional sessions. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach them by phone have been met with utter silence – nobody answers. I must strongly discourage anyone from wasting their valuable time and money on this establishment. It's a disheartening experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Unfortunately, in my older age, I've become prone to injuries. I was cursed with a sprained ankle earlier this year, which required six weeks of PT. My podiatrist recommended I use Physical Therapy Now for my PT sessions. I'm so happy I did! With how bad I had sprained my ankle, I thought it would never heal back to normal. After 18 sessions, my ankle was in great shape. I was able to go on a hiking trip that I thought for sure would had to have been cancelled. Fast forward to the 3rd quarter of this year, I now have a pinched nerve on my left shoulder, which has debilitated my left arm. I'm back at PT Now for four weeks. Just had my first session this week and I loved how welcoming and attentive Roberto and Dalys were. I'm looking forward to healing my shoulder under the best care.

My family and I all come here. Physical therapy Staff and locations are all clean and amazing. They always make sure to make you feel welcomed and the knowledge of the therapist is amazing. They help you feel better and also provide with tips on ways to continue doing treatments at home. Every single visit Front desk always welcomes you and knows who you are. You are not just another patient there. They make sure to go out and out of there way to make all treatments as needed and you come out feeling Amazing. I highly recommend you going to Physical therapy. I will only continue to go here and refer all family and friends. Thank you for making my family and I feel better.

I highly recommend Physical Therapy Now near Brickell. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, clean, organized and calm environment. They figure out what’s best for each individual, and don’t treat you in a “cookie cutter” style. Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. I am so pleased with the service. If you have ever broken a bone or torn ligaments, you know it takes time to heal. I came to Physical Therapy Now pre and post surgery and could see the progress every week especially after surgery. The staff is amazing and they encouraged me along the way. The techniques I learned with them will help me continue to recover. My Orthopedic doctor ordered therapy to treat my left shoulder and PT Now was just the place for it! I was greeted by great staff that welcomed me into a very friendly environment, especially my therapist, Dalys Gutierrez! Through her kindness and professionalism, she pushed me to do the work I needed for my recovery, and the results were amazing! After 12 sessions, I felt "good as new"! I had to start Physical Therapy after I fell and fractured my left foot (in 5 places.) I was miserable and having a difficult time with my recovery, until I started going to PT Now. The staff is smart, friendly, and they made my healing process A LOT better. I highly recommend them, especially my therapist, Dayanna Valdes. Great experience all around. Additionally, the office is super clean and inviting which is a huge selling point for me :)

I came here because i had a wrist surgery. the 2.5 months. By The time i spent here they made me feel like family and comfortable. They helped me with my physical therapy (full wrist movement) recovery and made my hard days easy. They helped me with my difficult schedule and my baby. Marisol, Dayana and Marilys were great. I will miss my mornings exercises and talks here. I will certainly recommend the Brickell physical therapy center.

Can't understand the high reviews. Went in for first visit and it was a full on disaster. Doctor evaluates you over video call. There's a massive hole in the ceiling with water leaking down and splashing everywhere. There appeared to only be one physical therapist and she was covering atleast 4 patients at once. I was given three pathetic exercises for my neck and sent home. Just really poor all around.

Terrible service! It takes three months to get an appointment! Then they cancel our appointment! Next time they forgot to add my appointment and then they were adamant they will only take a new client on Friday even though they messed up so many times. When finally they have an appointment they cancelled again because they have some issues! So unprofessional

They don’t have papers for therapy table. They used the same pillow for next person. They don’t change. You go on time for your appointment time but you have to wait for your turn for 10 20 or sometimes 30 minutes. They have 2 therapist for 12 to 15 people at a time. So imagine the quality of the work.

I went to the Brickell location for months because of a lawsuit. They are overpriced and medically unprofessional. If you want the best for your body, you should really consider going somewhere else. There are better options available. Always take care of your body first!

Very Professional and Caring staff. I could not move my left foot when I started in June by August I was flexing. I had a major accident and they helped me to move better and look better. I still have a long road, but so far so good.
