Alison and her team are very efficient and professional, paying attention to every detail for a quick recovery. They constantly monitor the entire process, I came to them because I had knee discomfort, I am a marathon runner and the truth is that thanks to Alison I have managed to improve my performance and I have managed to recover from an injury that I had been suffering for several years. In my opinion the best team and I have no doubt where to go if I get injured again.
This clinic is the best ever. Dr. Ali is the best Physical Therapist in Georgia. And she and her team cares. Ms. Paden makes sure that you know when your appointments are and that all business is in order. They have healed me almost completely of my neuropathy which had almost taken away my ability to walk. She also gave me diet and lifestyle tips and also checked on me when I missed appointments. They are a great team and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my PT needs.
While I still feel Alison did a good job on my therapy, I am not happy with the billing. My out of pocket expenses changed over time from what I was told from the beginning. This resulted in me still receiving bills several months after my therapy ended in excess of what I ever expected to pay. Be careful and double check what your payment will actually be as these sessions can add up to a large amount out of pocket very quickly. This may vary by insurance carrier.
Alison is all the things you want from a physical therapist-competent, knowledgeable, attentive. Knows when to push but not too far. But more importantly as they say the proof is in the pudding. The progress we have made together has been excellent and lays the foundation for future health. Thanks to her and the staff.
I think that Alison completely understood what my shoulder issue is and has a plan that I feel confident that will resolve it. I suspect my shoulder will be better than it was before the injury. PT might not be fun but when you are getting good results it’s worth it!!
Physio in Atlanta Buckhead is top notch! It offers great physical therapy and customer service. It has been a pleasure to work with the staff, especially Alison B. She is very courteous, friendly and provides great insight on how to improve your physical condition.
My experience has been very good. I didn’t know what to expect at first but after a couple of visits I’m not feeling helpless & weak. Alison has been firm yet professional so it’s a pleasant environment. Therapy is very good.
I have been going to Aljoeson Walker at Physio because of a ruptured Achilles. He has been great. Very professional and really cares about his patients. I'm sure he will help me to get fully recovered.
Allison was simply amazing she made sure I was comfortable she never did anything to cause me any pain and she knew her job well
