In October of 2021 I fractured my fibula by slipping and twisting on an outdoor asphalt court. I started physio in December 2021 with Virginie Bedard. I could barely walk in the door to Physio sport plus in the early stages. Virginie worked with me to strengthen and increase the range of motion in my leg/foot. I followed her exercise plan religiously to a Tee and am now walking. As of March 31st the leg/foot is approx 90% and I have graduated from Virginies physio program and cannot thank her enough that I am able to walk somewhat normally again. Thank you Judith for the support and treatment to make this amazing challenge possible (4 races in 4 days). You and your team were awesome (the sports doctors, Annick and the rest of the gang at Physio Sport Plus). The last thing you said was to finish with a smile and we never stopped smiling for 4 straight days. Who says you can't run 83.3 km on a broken leg! 5 weeks before race weekend, I ended up with a stress fracture on my tibia and we did everything possible to make it to Disney and race the Dopey challenge. That was how we started but since then I am seeing Judith and Dr. Klett for maintenance for two osteo-arthritis knees. These amazing ladies are the reason I am able to walk today.

Today was my first visit at Physio Sport Plus. I am utterly impressed with very nice and welcoming front desk staff. You feel welcomed from the moment you come in. They say that the front desk is the eyes and ears of any great practice , so very true. I have to say that my appointment was with Dr. Alison Bagg and it’s rare to meet someone with so much compassion, empathy and most of all kindness towards her patients. I was treated and explained all the possibility’s for upcoming appointments. This office and staff are a true gem . 5 stars all around Thank you . Martine Louis-Seize

J’ai le malheur de souvent me blesser et à chaque blessure que j’ai eue, j’ai toujours vue des progrès dans ma rentabilisation avec Kayla. Elle a toujours de très bon conseil et technique. J’ai vue plusieurs physiothérapeutes dans mon passé et Kayla reste toujours la meilleur. Je fais le 1heure de route pour voire Kayla et je suis 100% satisfaite. Non seulement que ma physiothérapeute est géniale mais le staff complet est génial ! J’adore mon expérience à chaque fois.

I was treated by Judith for an issue - Piriformis Syndrome that caused excruciating pain from just below my back down my right leg all the way to my foot. However, after five sessions including evaluation, exercises and accupunture, the pain had almost all disappeared and I was much less stiff and mobile. I recommend her and Physio Sports Plus most heartily!

I’d highly recommend Physio Sport Plus! It’s highly organized and the people are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Caroline was excellent and made a huge difference in my hand pain. I learned a lot from her and thanks to Caroline my pain level has completely diminished. I’ve been to other physio places but this one stands out!

My husband had physio done on his knee for about four months due to arthritis related injuries including a sprained MCL. He has become a convert to physio therapy and core strength training due to the patience and professionalism of Physio Sport Plus. He is back to doing volleyball, running and biking.

I received an excellent treatment program for my lower back which was in pain. My physiotherapist, Virginie, knew how to effectively treat it and prescribed good exercises. Now I am fully healed and could not be more thankful. They're also fully bilingual!

Very professional and friendly staff. This is my second visit here, back in 2017 for an ankle injury and March this year for an injured finger. Carolyne Hammer is an amazing physiotherapist! She also treated my brother, sister and great niece.
