I went to PhysioExperts Physiotherapy for a chronic condition i've been dealing with for the last several months. This was the first time i've ever been to physio. I've been working with employees recovering from injuries and working along physiotherapists for safe returns to work. From meeting the front desk receptionist Jenn (who is very friendly) and to Parveen, the physiotherapist who have been helping me, I found myself very comfortable here. During my first visit, Parveen took the time to explain every single step before performing any treatments. I particularly like this practice, as for my first time seeing a physiotherapist, you realize how vulnerable you are in their care. Parveen never did a treatment I felt uncomfortable with, and was good to check in the middle of treatment to check if i was in pain or discomfort. One treatment I tried was acupuncture, and I liked he explained the process to me first, let me think about it, then come back to the clinic to let him know i was ok with it, before starting it. He tries to always gauge your comfort level and keeps good communication with you. I liked that he didn't try to "push" a treatment without consulting me first. There was an issue with my insurance claim during my first initial visits. Parveen took it upon himself to help me correct these issues with my Benefit Provider, and helped me directly in the clinic, which i greatly appreciated. There is a lot of love and pride that Parveen puts into his business and clinic. If you attend a few treatment sessions, you will notice this right away. I never felt rushed during my treatments, and he always does his best to offer his assistance when it came to my own personal care. Parveen has a good sense of humour and works hard to ensure things are taken care of. I kindheartedly recommend Parveen to new patients/clients. You are literally in "good hands".

I have been an athlete for at least 47 of my 63 years, so I have seen my share of physiotherapists. I must say that the staff and professional therapists at Physio Experts are exceptional. In my very first encounter with Radhika (co-owner and registered physio) she impressed me as knowledgeable, well trained, confident and professional. I have two severely stiff, some might say frozen , shoulders. The pain is unbearable, and the condition limits any physical activity involving arms...almost everything. Radhika went to work on me immediately. The session lasted at least one and half hours, with alot of physical treatment and manipulation, as well as ultrasound and electromagnetic therapy, and accupuncture! I have been visiting the clinic twice a week for 2 months and the results are incredible. I am regaining motion and the pain is greatly reduced. But enough about me, let me tell you why I find the clinic exceptional. It is well located in Kanata on Hazeldean, with plenty of free parking. Immaculately clean, the clinic runs smoothly. There is never any wait, and you are well taken care of the entire time. Both Physio therapists are well trained in their field, and understand , and can explain body mechanics to you well. They also provide at home exercises and plenty of sound advice on how to get better. Whether you are an athlete or not, young or old, major injury or sore neck, Physio Experts provide such a range of patient care. I was impressed when I walked in, and am even moreso today. Friendly, caring, warm folks and a nice atmosphere overall.

I highly recommend the team at PhysioExperts. They quickly diagnosed my issue and immediately started treatment. Prior to PhysioExperts, I was going to a different physio to treat the same issue. After three months, I had almost zero improvement. Now I know why. My appointments were only 30 minutes. We would discuss my exercises and she would do a 10 massage and that was it. My doctor suggested trying a different physio and that led me to finding PhysioExperts. At PhysioExperts, they always take the time to make sure I get the treatment I need. They never rush my appointment to get to the next patient. They use several different techniques at each session to suit my personal needs such as heat, stretching, massage, cupping, ultrasound, acupuncture and electrotherapy with a fancy TENS machine. The team is personable yet professional. They close the curtain to maintain my privacy. They have a phone app that helps me track my exercises and shows me a video of how to do them properly. I can set up reminders to do your exercises so I don’t forget. Thank you PhysioExperts! I am lucky to have found you!

I would highly recommend PhysioExperts (in Kanata) without any reservations. Parveen is very professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my queries with relevant and logical explanation in an easy-to-understand manner. He clearly explained various courses and options of treatment and never insisted on promoting something specific without my approval. Even though I am not 100% recovered after several weeks of treatment, both he and I agreed that, since ailment like mine usually takes a few months to recover, further treatment was not necessary at this time. We will evaluate my condition after a few weeks during which I will continue my recommended exercise regimen. The service at the clinic was prompt and friendly. All the staff including Parveen made sure that all the protocols, required under the pandemic conditions in terms of sanitary and cleaning requirements, were strictly followed.

I have been attending PhysioExperts Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre for almost three months due to acute tendinitis/shoulder pain. First impressions are important to me and during my first visit; I noticed how clean, well equipped and organized the office was. I visited PhysioExperts in connection with significant pain and limited range of motion related to hip replacements performed several years ago. I cannot say enough good things about the care I have received. From initial assessment through multiple appointments, I have felt the therapist’s concern for my symptoms and my pain, had everything explained to me in terms I could easily understand and have never felt that an appointment was being rushed. Pain was brought under control through a variety of forms of treatment, while flexibility and strengthening exercises were introduced in a reasonable manner. The clinic offers first rate care in a new facility that is attractive, well equipped and spotless.

I experienced a very painful neck injury from a fall, it was whiplash and I was recommended Tylenol for pain and physio. After 2 weeks of Tylenol only I wasn't improving in any way. I made an appointment with PhysioExperts. I thought this appointment was going to be disappointing because its the neck and too injured. What happened was the opposite, he understood the injury and it was fixable, they know the anatomy of the body and what muscles connects to each other... after 1 month I am free of pain, no more painkillers and free movement of my neck. Wonderful service from the first minute. Radhika is amazing and caring. I felt like a friend right away, but the physio is well done and professionally executed. Any discomfort was looked after and I enjoy the appointment each and every time. My shoulder is feeling much better, I almost have full range of motion with little or no pain now. Also, it was discovered that my neck was very tight so we are working on that as well. I have been given home exercises and my visits have gone from twice a week to once every two weeks. Soon I will be done and that will make me sad as this is a great place and I have enjoyed every appointment.

A month ago I injured my back doing normal everyday stuff and again lifting groceries of all things. Another side effect of the covid era… laziness and lack of activity and sitting at a desk 10 hours a day… I was in massive pain getting out of bed and had a very rough couple weeks. A friend convinced me to try out physio. Took a few weeks and my back started to relax, I’m now to the point I’m sleeping every night all night. Thank you thank you thank you thank you! Definite recommend!!!! Almost back to 100%, rest is on me for weight loss and getting more active.

It was my first visit and unfortunately for me it was not a good experience. I went for problems in both shoulders (tendonitis, bursitis) and may be was the pulling of arms, or ultrasound or the electrical machine that was harmful for me, l don't know. The true is that know I feel more pain that before, and one of the suctions cup (I do not know if that is the right name) left a mark in one my arms. At then end of the session, I was not asked, how I felt etc the receptionist went to disconnect the machine. On a positive note, the therapist was friendly.

I found my experience with Parveen very professional and I already feel improvement in my area of concern. I had treatments for my upper-back/shoulder problem. It had been going on for months and months, getting progressively worse to the point I could barely sleep. With a single treatment he got things to release enough that I was able to sleep without issue. At physio experts their Appointments start and end on time. It is very clean and pleasing environment. Their online booking system is very easy to use.

With two excruciating pain points (sprain on thumb joint and over worked shoulder due to heavy furniture pickup) on my hand I called up Physioexperts and got the next day appointment. Saw Radhika and after examining she knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me relieve the pain. From crying the night before to being able to move my arm within few hours was such a relief. 2nd treatment made it completely normal. I cannot thank Physioexperts enough for this super quick recovery.

One of the most professional and yet friendly physio centres, I have come across. The diagnosis of my pain was quick and accurate. The treatment plan that followed has enabled an extremely quick recovery for my ligament tear. They take the time to clearly explain on what has happened and the reason for each of the treatment that is being given. Not to forget, the home exercises that are provided thru their app makes it very efficient and easy for patients to follow. Two thumbs up!!

PhysioExperts is an excellent practice. Radhika Chitkara is very knowledgeable and caring. A few months back I had an inflamed left shoulder and I was in tremendous pain, which was interfering in my day to day activities. Within just two sections with Radhika made me feel much better. She was very careful with my pain level and gradually extended my treatment as my condition improved. The place is hygienic and follows health regulations stringently.

Parveen is a knowledgable Physiotherapist. Being an IT engineer, I mostly spend my day sitting on a desk. Due to this, I have stiffness around my neck and back. Physiotherapist Parveen Kumar clearly explained what was going on and how he could treat it. I was impressed with the range of treatments. Within a few weeks, I was back to Nordic skiing.
