After injuring my knee, I had the good fortune of making an appointment at Physiocare's Carling location (in Embassy West Retirement Home). I have been going for treatments for the past month with Jhoanne and her very capable assistants, Janki and Ben. The treatments have been very professional and thorough. But what sets my experience apart from previous physio treatments, is the care an empathy from all three of them. I would highly, highly recommend Jhoanne and her wonderful team (in fact, I just suggested my son to them). By the way, I'm back at Zumba classes thanks to Jhoanne, Janki and Ben.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I find Jhoanne and her assistant Janki to be the most loving and caring individuals. They are both very warm and kind hearted people who helped me while I was experiencing severe pain. After many physiotherapy therapy sessions they both kept giving me hope and reassurance which I desperately needed. Overall, they are both very experienced and know how to get the job done!
