Coming from a sports background of powerlifting, jiu-jitsu, and bodybuilding, I sustained an injury from one of these sports that couldn't be diagnosed after visiting different ortho and neuro doctors. I experienced a very sharp shooting pain in my right arm, which was literally unbearable. This particular issue restricted my movement and partially paralyzed my right side. I couldn't sleep with this pain, even after taking a tranquilizer. I had tried almost all the physiotherapists in Lahore and Islamabad, but after numerous experiments and mismanaged sessions that led to a more severe condition, I met Dr. Ehtisham. At first, I was quite scared to undergo treatment since I had experimented a lot with different doctors. However, I was still in pain and decided to give Dr. Ehtisham a chance. It was literally like a miracle happened to me – not only did Dr. Ehtisham diagnose my injury as cervical spondylosis, but he also helped minimize the pain in the first session, and I became pain-free after a few sessions. His diagnosis, treatment, and post-therapy exercises were amazing. During this time, all the doctors I had visited before had simply told me that I wouldn't be able to lift weights or run since this injury is not curable, and only precautions are the way for a normal routine. It was the wonders of Dr. Ehtisham that treated me and got me back to my sports routine. While saying this, I am now lifting much heavier weights. Although I recently relocated from Pakistan, I'm always in touch with Dr. Ehtisham to discuss my exercise routine. The expertise that Dr. Ehtisham possesses, I was unable to find in UAE and Germany. This might sound a bit off, but I've tried many of them. The physio sessions are just one part of Dr. Ehtisham's approach. On the other side, he shares a wealth of knowledge with the patient and educates in every possible way, making it easy to understand how your body is responding and what measures to take for your exercise. I hold Dr. Ehtisham in the highest regard and will forever be grateful for his unparalleled expertise. I wish him continued success and will keep him in my prayers.
