Just make sure you do not expect a Picasso museum like those in Barcelona and Paris, which were founded by family and friends containing a great deal of pieces from the artist. This one in Münster was founded by a private collector from the city, who had a good collection of drawings and lithographs from Picasso, and now acquired by a bank foundation. For reasons that I don't understand, the collection of drawings and lithographs of Gert Huizinga is not shown, and the museum only shows small temporary expositions about art in the times of Picasso. So, only if you are lucky, you might see some drawing or lithograph from Picasso here. On a positive note, the expositions are nicely done and curated, and it's great to have such a museum in Münster. I just don't understand why they keep calling it "Picasso Museum", and why the entry is so expensive for such a tiny museum.

Geht so. Die Sammlung wirkt ein wenig "zufällig" und ohne Guide steht man ziemlich im Wald.

Anders als erwartet, sind Werke Picassos hier nicht zu sehen.
