Used to go here all the time, love the Thai Basil Shrimp, but after some employee turnover, they suddenly are competing for the "we are tirelessly trying to make sure you never step foot in our restaurant again awards". The Thai Basil shrimp or chicken used to be pretty consistent, but then started this pattern of sometimes its good, sometimes its pretty awful, guess it depends on who does the cooking. The third to the last time I came here my friend and I waited for like 15 minutes after we ordered and no food, mind you it takes all of 45 seconds to stir fry this dish. I walked to the counter and said, "did you all forget me?" The blond haired manager was very nice and apologetic and gave me 2 coupon cards for 2 free meals, but when we got the food, lack of noodles and very oily. The second to last time I came here with one of the coupon cards, and again, like 15 minutes to get the food, lack of noodles and really oily. Today I said to myself, going back with the last coupon, I'll just order something else. So I get in line behind 1, I repeat, one customer who is ordering. I am standing behind this guy for 5 minutes, then I say, excuse me, but could I please order? They have 3 cashiers. The girl at the cash register says, excuse me, I'm the cashier today". But the rest of the employees, including the manager are well aware your like waiting forever, but don't seem to care. And you know why they don't care? Because their entire focus at that store is on the post mates and uber eats customers. In all 3 cases theres hardly anybody in the dining room, but they are working away filling orders and putting them in to go plastic bags. So thats their deal: screw the in store customer, if they don't like it they can go somewhere else. So if you go to this store you can count on a guaranteed long wait for not so good food. The entire crew at this store should go to Habit Burger and just watch the show, those people get it when it comes to great customer service experience.

dec 18 2017 - I was in the area & decided to buy some for dinner. My choice chicken pad thai & 2 pieces of egg rolls. What an insult to a customer to be given egg rolls drench in oil & the wrappers were already torn apart, worst it smelled rotten. I called their store to tell them not to sell egg rolls that are 1 month old. I had my order to go & when I reached home I was taken aback to see the paper bag wet with oil. Panda Express never sell a month old food. The chicken pad thai had whole peanuts on top & not even chopped. This location should be closed. Their tables are all empty & it is peak hour for dinner. what shame on this Pick up stix,. I did not demand for refund coz i did not ask for my receipt. Besides not worth driving. It is just dissappointing . Next year this branch will be closed. There are no customers so their food inventory must not be fresh. Shame on you Pick up stix. Customers pay your price and do not bargain, do sell rotten foods.

Edit: went there today. Beef quality is horrible, horrendous actually compared to the original house special beef. The beef is way to hard and chewy compared to the old house special beef. Plastic containers are still used which again decreases the portion size compared to the box. Also probably not recycled plastic. I emphasizd for extra house sauce but given dry beef instead. I would like a refund on today's food 1/28/23. I love pick up Stix! The staff are very professional/nice and the place is clean. My issue is with the current packaging which significantly lowers the portion size of food compared to the original box packing. Also something has changed in the way house special beef is cooked it's certainly not like the original house special beef that I used love and enjoy. The hot sauce given now is only Sriracha and not the sambal oelek hot sauce that came in a little clear container.

I was checking my order before leaving and noticed I was missing the house chicken I ordered. I informed the girls working there and they didn't believe me. They said it was in the bag. I said no I just checked it. So then she goes through my order, added it and with an attitude and no apology, gave my order back to me. Mind you this is the second time they forgot that same exact item. I even mentioned that to her when I order because they were supposed to give me a coupon for a free entry on my next order. Which they never gave me and she said she would not honor it because I didn't have it. All around just horrible service. I would say just go to the Porter Ranch location.

Pick up your phone and search for something else because this was simply horrendous. Cashier was very knowledgeable and customer service was great. The true problem lies in the cooking. I ordered a kung Pao chicken with chow main and an egg roll. the noodles were way over cooked and doused in a sweet sauce and lots of oil. I have never seen soggy breaded kung pao chicken with hoisin sauce and no nuts!.. not appetizing. As far as looks and customer service goes this place is 4 out of 5 but in terms of food quality (what really matters) it's a 1. First time coming here in a while and unfortunately my last. Not worth the price.

Disappointed. Store is clean and counter girl was very pleasant, but took over 15 minutes with only 1 or 2 other orders ahead of me. They are really shrinking those containers too. Smaller and shorter, while the prices go up. Honey chicken was very tough and didn't taste of any honey sauce, while my orange peel chicken was so spicy I could barely eat it. At LEAST they could fill the rice containers to the top! It's rice! It must cost 15 cents, but it was very lightly packed and not filled. Sorry, this is getting too expensive and you're still hungry afterwards.

At first my experience was turning out to be a disaster but Crystal (the General Manager) truly saved the day. There was a delivery promotion going on and I thought would be the perfect time to take advantage of it because I was not feeling good enough to to drive. I ordered ahead of time and turns out that there was a huge miscommunication with the delivery driver and the Pick Up Stix system. Long story short, more or less 3 hours passed and Crystal saved the day by advocating for me and turning the negative situation into a positive. Thank you Crystal!

Stopped into this place for lunch today and ordered the spicy beef and broccoli with white rice. Horrible! For one thing they should rename it beef and carrots because it was loaded up with so many carrots its rediculous. Extremely greasy sauce, hardly any so-called beef, more like mystery meat that looked like it had already been chewed. On a scale of 0-10 I would rate pick up styx already been chewed beef and carrots an absolute zero. Do yourself a favor, go to Ralph's across the street because ANY microwave dinner they sell will beat this swill.

I hate to do this to a local buisness but the food was way undercooked and the veggies were cold and hard on the inside. The chow mein had close to no flavor. I'm not expecting gormet quality expirience, but at the very least it needs to be sorta good. My stomach hurts and im left sad and disappointed. I will not be returning! I feel a bit sad because I live close by and it's super convinient for me.

The staff is superbly LAZY !!!! Lazy lazy lazy . I might as well go behind the counter and cook my own food too right ? Management , do better. People are not getting PAID to tell your staff how to accurately bag up food and FULLY COMPLETE AN ORDER . Never coming to this location again , to eat nor to pick up any Uber eats orders.

Second visit. I ordered Kung Pao chicken. Much better prepared. Great stop for lunch. The place is new and very clean.

First time trying it I’m not from the area but when I hit LA I asked around and they mentioned to try this if I never had and I’ll be damned probably the best Asian food I have definitely beats panda. It’s a must try if you never had it or they don’t have one where you live like so!!

I love pick up stix, specially their chicken dumpling soup, lettuce wraps and egg rolls. It is reasonably priced, clean restaurant and friendly staff

This has the tastiest most fresh food I've ever had literally anywhere. Love it!! All the flavors are so good and everything is made to order so you get the food fresh and hot! Plus they have excellent customer service! Definitely going to be coming here more often!

best pick up stix i'll ever probably go to. they have the best staff, every time I go most of the staff are super polite and caring for my needs the food is really great too and not a bad price either. they are doing a really good job here 5 Stars.

The menu was changed in the last few months and since then they cannot seem to get my order correct. Quality of the food and service is now horrible both at this store and the store in Porter Ranch. I will no longer be going to this restaurant.

These people are out of their minds having the a.c.on or just too cheap to have on the heater..people want a nice cozy place to enjoy their meals. It's the middle of winter probably 50 degrees outside and even colder inside of this place.

Good is consistently great (at every location I've been to). As a vegetarian, I love this place- they make amazing tofu and any protein can be replaced with tofu :) This location is very clean, efficient, and the staff is super friendly.

It was my first time there snd the lady who took my order seemed irritated when i asked her to tell me what things were. I had never been there so i was not familiar with items. I just wanted to try something new but that was a mistake.

The service was Spot on. The restaurant was clean, the Person who took my order was very familiar with his product And made some great suggestions. I took his recommendation and it was very Good. The Food Was hot , Fresh and Delicious.

Worst customer service. Waited 20 minutes for a salad when there was only one person ahead of me. This is the closest one to me and every time I go, the wait is horrendous. I go to Porter Ranch because they are more efficient.

The food is great. The price is a little high. They charge extra for friend rice or noodles. I ended up paying $15 for lunch. I could go to a buffet for that. If they lower their price just a little I would be happy

This a great dish, lots of flavor but not overwhelming. This location has unisex bathrooms, a game station to play with while you wait for your fresh meal to be made, and lots of free parking.

I used to love Pick Up Stix, but on my last visit, the food was extremely salty with very little flavor, I threw most of it in the trash.

House special chicken here is the best! So is the chicken pad Thai and the Mongolian beef. Been coming here for years, never disappointed and never leave without a full stomach!

I went there for lunch with my wife, had a very good meal. I've only eaten here about 3 times in the last 10 years, they have better menu and the portions were great.

I love the food, it's amazing. For some people, it might be too rich. Only complaint is that 15% of the time, they forget one item when we order to go. ALWAYS CHECK!

This was the 1st time I've been to a pick up stix. The quality of the food and the speed with which it was delivered amazingly. I wasn't expecting to be so good.

The people who work here are so kind. If you are here to pickup and if the order is 5 minutes late..you would probably be served a complimentary drink.

We shared one of the smaller garlic chicken dishes and both had plenty to eat. Staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Plenty of smiles!
