So, when I started looking at cake vendors...I just wasn't happy- I we went to 3 vendors before we decided to setteled down for @pieintheskycafe - we knew we were going to be in great hands. The cake normally tastes amazing and we ultimately picked 2 flavors. #pieinthesky was easy to work with, professional and very detail oriented. The cake the day of was phenomenal- exactly what we wanted and described...but better. I had a number of people tell me it was the best cake they have ever eaten! Not gonna lie, I only get cakes from Pie In The Sky when they're on discount, otherwise they're not worth the price. We have got many great options out there within the same budget. Apart from 2-3 good cakes, all are bleh. Just like this one, it was Lotus something, I forgot the actual name. I only has a thin layer of caramel and lotus spread with 3 Lotus biscuits on top. Middle layers has v thin amount of Lotus, we could barely taste it. It's rather a plain vanilla cake with lots of cream on top and in the middle. Not recommended, especially if you're looking for Lotus and expecting it to be Lotus. It's a major fail.

Really good service. I'm a a frequent customer. Got their chocolate cake a couple of days ago, it didn't taste okay. I complained on their helpline and they arranged a free exchange from the branch. I visited Bahadurabad branch and requested the manager to allow me to get other items because I didn't need the cake anymore. He was okay with it. Amazing customer centric approach. Will continue to shop from here.

Ordered a customised cake, and they gave us this. While I had asked for none of the flowers, the tiers itself are so horrendously made, it makes me wonder if this is their first time making a tiered cake. The bottom tier is actually shorter than the top one and the overall look is untidy and extremely ugly. Don't trust them for your big days and occasions unless you want to be disappointed

Their savories and sandwiches are fairly decent...IF they are ever in stock. Inventory is a major issue at their Bahadurabad branch so you're better off with the nearby branches of hobnob, kababjees bakers, ambala and united king. Considering the fact that they are located in a neighborhood jam packed with decent bakeries, you'd think they would at least TRY to have a fully stocked shop.

Tonight I bought chocolate truffle ring cake from the bahadurabad branch on discount of 40%.i don't have idea that they offer saltish cakes on the discounted price otherwise I would not bought that cake. I gave it to my friend and got negative feedback from them as it was very bad in taste. Hope this will help them out to make better cakes in future on discounted offers. Bad experience.

Worst customer service. Just visited them for sandwiches 10 min ago 9:20 am local time. with no sanwiches but their delivery truck standing outside. And the guy said that it will take time to offload and he didnt even made any effort to accomodate me..... i mean wow you just let a customer go because it will take time to offload!!!!!! A best place to dine out for a short run time. Good aroma with fresh baked items and worthy coffee. Highly recommended place for people who are seeking good coffee in the town. Cafe Chatterbox must be opened in Gulshan near KDA as well and places like luckyone and dolmen mall.

Bad Customer Service. They first announce the discounts but later they just deny it on your face. They created a really bad impression on my last visit. No doubt no one goes there without any discount offers as they are selling extremely expensive cakes.

Pie In the Sky was once a very good confectionery shop and a Cafe at one of their branches. The quality is still good but the variety of items is less. Plus the service is a bit slow than it used to be.

Recently bought pastries from this branch and it were not fresh. Otherwise most of the time only reason to visit here is to buy a cake from here and that also is not same anymore, quality compromised.

A big disappointment. They sell stale food that has nearly gone bad. Pie in the sky just blew up. They get away with it because of low consumer literacy and expectation.
