"Great spot to take the dogs, or even just have lunch with a view"
"Favourite place for lunch with a view"
"This park has the same problem that a lot of viewing spots have: trees have grown up around the lookouts, to the point that it is almost impossible to get a decent photograph"
"Driveway is on the bend, hard to see traffic sign, very informative site"
"Small park close to sea line, a tennis court available in the park"
Great spot to take the dogs, or even just have lunch with a view. There are some nice historical landmarks here, I believe it may even be one of the first of these military artillery placements within the state. There is a decommissioned cannon and a bunker, a tennis court, all sefinitely worth checking out! ;)
Favourite place for lunch with a view. Beautiful fluffy white clouds today.
Picnic area
A few picnic tables spread out and recently painted. Plenty to see, the highlight being the bunker underneath the lighthouse. Stairs are located to your left of the lighthouse.
This park has the same problem that a lot of viewing spots have: trees have grown up around the lookouts, to the point that it is almost impossible to get a decent photograph.
Driveway is on the bend, hard to see traffic sign, very informative site. Many picnic tables and seats to look out over the water. Lovely lawn area.
Some very interesting history to see and read here.
