I attended this church concerning a funera when I arrived they had the doors closed to my loved one funeral so I had to wait outside the door until they finish I was a little late because I was coming from mesquite Texas so I missed half of my uncle funeral which made me feel left out I really enjoyed the service but the ushers didn't give me the correct sitting arrangements near my immediate family members they just stand there and appointed me to the wrong direction so I end up sitting in the wrong spot my mom,sister and family members was looking at me like why was I sitting over there with the ushers and friends after my uncle service they kept asking are you'll immediate family members because they were serving us lunch which made me feel very uncomfortable because everytime my family members would pass by to go get lunch they will keep asking us are you immediate family we have a big family so I don't know if they was trying to save food back but I didn't even eat because they made me feel very uncomfortable I just waved at my family and left.

I don't think I like church anymore. I have been trying and trying to give a chance but it's not the same. Or I'm just comparing it a church that was the best church ever (Bremerton, WA the apostolic church). There's no enthusiasm or enough for me. I'm use to feeling welcomed and greeted with warm feelings and hugs, I would leave feeling high off of love. This church was just ok. I had trouble listening to the speeches, the music over powered each speakers voice. Nothing special. Lol the rev even said himself, " this is why church can't get new members... It's not as advertised". I think they need to let enthusiastic members work for the Church. I'm not getting that vibe at all. The people were indifferent to me for the first time.

This church is more if a stage play than a production. I did not like it. It's really big & the bathrooms are outdated. I also didn't like the theater/auditorium seating. I didn't feel like I got the word because I was too distracted by the theatrics. I wont return, but don't let my experience stop you from visiting you may enjoy the church & learn something in the process.

We unfornately had to lay someone to rest..but i give the church thumbs up. They took our temps, gave us wristbands, santizer, and had the seats marked for distance, sanitized the mic after each use..impressive. Thank u Pilgrim Rest for practicing safety.

Walked in feeling lost and down, the spirit of the Lord was in the house the Pastor spoke and taught a powerful message which in turn lifted me up mentally and spiritually!! Praise God for the message and worship! Amen Jesus!

Great church! Awesome Pastor, awesome members that delight in serving the Lord and serving others. A place where when your spirits are down coming to a service will definitely lift you up. The choir is off the chain!

Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Crisis Ministry was a blessing for me they are wonderful. They helped me get out of a tough situation and I am so very thankful they helped me they are a true blessing thank you....
