Otrain is very efficient. Staff are friendly and spaces are well maintained. Cars are very clean and very few passengers. All staff and clients are wearing masks. There are several sanitation stations there.Ticket or presto stations are before the entrance/cash/interac. sto transfer accepted. There is a beautiful sculpture in the water under the Pimisi station on bike path too! °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Otrain est très efficace. Le personnel est sympathique et les espaces sont bien entretenus. Les voitures sont très propres et très peu de passagers. Tout le personnel et les clients portent des masques. Il y a plusieurs stations d'assainissement là-bas aussi. Billet ou Presto disponible a l'entrée/monnaie/Interac.Transfer STO accepté. Il y a aussi une très belle sculpture, en dessous sur la piste cyclable aussi!

Very disappointed in the, whole l.r.t. system. It's been running for four months, and nothing but troubles. And a couple of them very dangerous. And they are using, the same cars and company in phase two. I think the whole, city council including the Mayor. Should resign, and they are going to raise bus passes again. I am not originally from here, but the whole. Transit system is, unreliable busses are late or dont show up at all. And I believe it is, not the drivers fault. When the system was not, run by the city of Ottawa. There were nowhere, close to this many problems.

Busses never show up at this stop. The 85 route is always packed when it does show up after a typical 45 minute wait every day. LRT is always full at this stop as well (going east bound). Often times I have to wait for another train since there is no room. No restrooms. The outdoor covered area is very small (only seats 4 people) whereas the wait times incur a large amount of people waiting uncovered. This will be bad during worse weather in the winter. Very disappointed.

Pimisi is a station on Line 1. It's name is not the original name but was chosen from indigineous roots. The station is not much different than the rest but the large feathers and paddles hanging from the roofs make it unique than a lot of the stations and add a charm. The station area doesn't have much. A local bus and a 20 minute walk to the war museum. Other than that it's kinda desolate. Not a bad thing though.

Beautiful small transit station located within easy walking distance to the War Musuem (North) and to Chinatown (South). Note there is no parking available here, but there are plenty of spots for drive-bys on street level if you are dropping someone off or picking up someone from this OC Transpo LRT Line One Transit Station.

Great stop to access Little Italy, The Bronson Centre and the War Museum. People going to Gatineau can transfer here. There are two entrances into the station. You can enter on either the East or West side. Once you walk down the stairs you can go in either direction.

There needs to be more direction signs .... For instance, I walked down to the ground level at the west end of the station and proceeded to walk out the open entryway and walked a route intending to get to Scott Street, but ended up in the direction of the war museum.

The subway is very good ... my experience was very beautiful ... the staff were very friendly ... قطار الانفاق رائع جداً ... وتجربتي كانت في غاية الجمال ... والموظفين كانو ودودين جداً ... اتمنى ان يتطور خط نقل قطار الانفاق ليشمل اوتاو والمدن المجاورة لها ..

The cold Bleak place with the very unclear directions on how to get out, I almost ended up on the bike path instead of up where I could catch other buses, and as always the elevators are way too slow

Horrible excuse for public transit. Atleast the train is running this time. Busdrivers are rude and belive they can do whatever they want I've had many many issues with the drivers over the years

The best station on the line. From the stainless steel Eels (pimisi), to the gardens with a tiny/quaint creek along the way this station seem to get the best of the public art.

Strange manure like smell on trains. Not convenient for me as what was formerly a no transfer bus ride involves bus transfer to train and then transfer back to a second bus.

Je n'ai pas aimé car pas de service de bus et je me suis perdue. Signalisation n'est pas adéquate. Perte de temps pour se retrouver.

All of the stations are infuriating the is probably the few that is kinda functional it's sad that this what we waited so long for

Beautiful indigenous art in this bright new light rail station. Very much worth a moment to take look and take a few photos.

Nice working train station, the only thing is the bus routes that are connected aren't well served.

On the boring side, but it gets the job done. Easy to navigate, good views, and some art pieces.

Ottawa's O'Train is an amazing and affordable way to get around and visit Canada's Capital.

I wish I could give a half a star .just cause the train hasn't worked in over a month.

Good design. For those interested, the name means "eel" in Algonquin. Pretty cool.
