Thank you for your reply of my feedback. Basically it was dirt and brown colour water all around door edges and rear car boot ! Guys please ... Those area door edges are easy to reach and clean, juat very simply open the doors and clean it with micro fibre cloth ! Secondly, how your guys polish my vehicle ? You polish it with all dirt and water together ? ? That's why your guys so fast only took half hours 30 minutes to completed ! ! ! Come on seriously, do you know how to do detailing vehicle ? I understood this is not thousand dollars professional detailing service BUT still PLEASE do your job professionally as a vehicle detailer even just $60 dollars. Unbelievable ! Paid $60 dollars for wash and polish. Back home open rear car boot is full of dirt and water all around the edges as well as four doors. Have your guys really washed and dry vehicle completely before polishing ? ? I have to clean my car again at home. Not very happy !

Terrible car wash, no regard for their customers or the quality of their work. Brought a car I was going to sell and asked for the $180 wash. They couldn't have done a worse job if they tried. Parts of the outside of the car hadn't been missed, same with the inside. Brought the car in the early morning, they steamed the matts at the very end so they had to dry overnight which left a smell. The engine bay hadn't been touched, when confronted them about it, they rolled their eyes. I offered to bring back the car on a Saturday at a more convenient time for them. When I brought it back, they said it would be an hour tops, they took 3hrs and the engine bay was as dirty as it was when I brought it to them. Will never use these guys every again, they clearly have no concept of washing a car.

I took my Mercedes ML 350 for full detailing, was welcomed well by the friendly staff and explained the whole job that's going to be done and how would it look after detail. Was given 60 minutes for full detail. I was pretty impressed when they text me exactly after 55 minutes about my SUV to be collected and when I returned to the car even one of the staff helped me with loading my shopping trolley in my boot. I was impressed with there service and will recommend to all my friends. Definitely going back. Excellent service.....

Went to get my car washed. The man told me i was required to get a polish as the wash wouldn't clean the car, i then agreed even though i didn't particularly want it. I came back to my car the was still had dirt on it and the polish hadn't been taken off and was patchy, there was a spot on my bonnet i asked about he said it was a deep one and needed to be cut back, i then rubbed it off in front him. I asked to rub the rest of it off, he then said he would give me a rag to do it myself. Very disappointing will not be going back.

First time and it definitely won't be the last time here. Very particular with whom I have touching and washing my car, but after hearing great reviews from the locals I entrusted their good judgements to give them a try. Overall, the finishing outcome exceeded all expectations! The feeling of joy after having a brand new car is the nostalgic feeling this team was able to provide with their service. Expect a quality finish and a cut above the rest when you come here.

This place is a joke paid over $60 for wash and interior clean. Came back and noticed wheels had spots they had missed, seats had not been touched and still had marks from the grandkids feet and a few sticky spills which would have taken just a damp cloth and a few seconds to clean! Windows still had marks. And a very pushy attitude. Could have done a better job myself at the local car wash with $5 and 10minutes. Find the good the good reviews here hard to believe!!

Very poor and rude service. Tried to push push and push vac and polishing when I asked only for a wash. Was told 2 hours. Arrived back 1hr and 50mins later and found my car still sitting where we left it un-touched. Very disappointed as we finished our shopping and went and had a coffee to kill more time for nothing. No apologies or anything. Down right rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Had my car detail done - my car interior has not been cleaned for awhile and after the service it came back super clean. the carpets , the surface where my kids touch with their dirty sticky hands. The scratches on my exterior car door were removed as well. Plus the manager was very willing to help me remove stickers that were hard to remove on the glass. Will come again.

I have always come to this Carwash prior to lockdowns just out of convenience as I do my shopping here, it was ok, and not much to rave about. But, the boys here have exceeded in their services since opening back up, my car looked immaculate and Nav who served me was so nice to deal with. No rush and not pushy with getting anything extra. Happy to be back again soon.

Used to be great.They are now under new management/ownership Almost had an argument with the guy ordering my car to be washed. Just wanted the car washed properly. He didn't listen, but constantly repeated some up sell! Arif, you need to listen to your customers. Stop the pushy up sell. They are just cars. Service with politeness and smiles. It's all we want.

I've been taking my cars to Pines car Wash for some time and they always do a top job and with their automatic messaging to let you know that you're car is ready, they always let you have a good look over your car inside and out before you pay and very happy with their communication skills and cleaning service. Availed the mini detailing service. My car hasn't been cleaned quite awhile so it kind of lost the beauty I saw when I acquired it. When my wife went there to grab the car, one of the indian guys who couldn't find the car key, yelled at her asking where she left the key. She was trying to explain they took the key when she brought the car, but he kept yelling... It turns out, they had they key in the office. I will definitely raise this with consumer affair.

I got this paint stain from the road which is really annoying and hard to remove. The Pines Hand Carwash team did a fantastic job on removing the stain and I can see it’s a hard and patient job to be taken care of. And amazingly no scratches after the clean up! Love the team and I’m definitely coming more for the car wash!

Paid $100 today for the ‘mini detail’ with a clay bar and wax. Got home and immediately obvious by feeling the paint it’s only been washed. Very disappointed. Edit: Baz got in contact with me, I brought the car back and they completed the detail with clay bar and wax as promised at no extra cost! Thanks

Taken car there twice. Talking on their phones to their friends while trying to wash car, loosely wiping all I’ve the place. Unwashed parts of vehicle and just a that’ll do attitude. New management as bad as old one. Never again, these guys can’t wash a car. NEVER AGAIN!

asked for inside & outside wash - cost $41 asked for one seat clean $20 - paid $61 but you did not wash the outside. when I requested outside be washed you wanted another $20 ! So you wanted $81 to clean my small car - poor service, over priced - will never return

I'd gone there for a car wash just normal inside & outside. The new owner was so pushy that I just took my car and drove back home. Will never visit again. Also he has no english. Sometime all we need is just a smile & not so pushy and upselling of your products.

Paid for $300 for interior and exterior car wash additional polished. It’s look great only when you just have a quick look around.but when you look at the detailing There’s still some non-cleaned parts around the car is kinda made me disappointed.

Took my car for a wash. Said no rush, an hour was fine. The end result over an hour and a half wait. When I arrived to pick up car they were sitting down and laughing. Car hadn’t even been touched. Rude employees - go elsewhere!

An absolute waste of time and money. These people don't have a clue about correct process for washing cars, eg working from top down, separate buckets, changing cloths etc
