A sports Dr referred me to a physio at Pinnacle who supposedly could help with my hip pain. They all thought I had weak glutes. The exercises prescribed were ineffective and caused more pain. So much so, I had to take a mental health break
Very professional, friendly and down to earth. I think Pete might be the best health professional I've seen. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for getting me back on track quickly!
