On Monday, when I visited to fill up my Honda Activa scooter, the petrol filling attendant behaved extremely rudely towards me. It was disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior. It's worth mentioning that this incident left me with the impression that some employees might consider themselves overly important, possibly due to the inauguration by the Speaker of the Indian Parliament. However, regardless of any special guests, respectful and courteous treatment should be a basic expectation for customers. I hope the management addresses these issues for a more pleasant customer experience in the future.
