This is the greatest store for my dogs, cats , rabbits , parrot , budgies and hamster ( have i left anyone out ?? ) . Always courteous, smiling , friendly and ready to help . I have been going since they opened a years ago . Elia ( the owner ) and Chantel his amazing side kick always go out of their way to make each visit a happy and memorable one !! We spend about $500 a-month and it is well worth it . I would not spend that sort of money anywhere else . Its a shame to see the review underneath as that staff member was new and maybe over compensating a little to try and be as helpful as possible but instead gave off the wrong impression purely by accident . Truly a great place and now they even do grooming . Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah.

I have only had good experiences going in this store, the owner Elia and his employee Chantal are very friendly, professional and showed great care for every details of my dog's allergic situation! The space around the store is also being used very well and it surely was designed with care for the costumer's (& their pet's!) experience! THIS particularity made it a fantastic location for me to go and train with one of my clients' dog! I would 100% recommend and tell people to take their dog for a little extra fun walk at the same time! This business is a great addition to the neighbourhood, thanks for everything guys!

This is the best pet store I've ever been to. Not only do they have a great range of high quality foods, treats and toys to choose from, but the staff is so incredibly informative, caring, and helpful. Every time I've gone I always leave feeling like I've just visited a friend's house because they make your time at the store feel like an experience and not just another thing that's on your to do list. I'd definitely recommend shopping here.

I was looking for a nice gift for a friend’s pet. Had no idea what to buy. Elia and his team were so helpful and patient with me. They were knowledgeable and took me around the store to show me potential gift items. Amazing selection of quality accessories and treats for all kinds of pets. Thank you guys!!! The lady at the store made me feel uncomfortable as I was looking for harnesses for my dog. She continuously stared at me and my partner and stood right beside us as we were looking at the items. I went to Little Bear instead and as usual they were nice and helped me look for everything I needed. I won’t be going back here again.

I haven't been in store yet but I have ordered my cat food over the phone. The sales person Chantal was great. She was polite, friendly and helpful. The gentleman that delivered my food on the "same day" Gabriel was super nice, very pleasant. I haven't met Ilia yet. Looking forward to actually going in the shop. Thank you!

My favorite pet store in the Montreal island area so far. Staff is always friendly and knows their products. Cat food and treats selection is excellent, a lot of good and healthy options, and whatever is not available at the moment they will order for you. 100% recommend it.

The staff is so friendly! They have a great selection for anything you’d need for your pet. They also have grooming in the back that does a great job. Our 100 lbs dog “Blue” loves going into the store for lots of pats and treats.

My pup drags me to the store all the time and is quite upset when they're closed. Love the staff there; they're super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this shop for the variety of food and products they offer.
