If you're a cat owner you know how finicky cats can be when it comes to feeding...this store has the largest selection of cat food I have seen on the West island...they have many of the lesser known difficult to find brands...which you may be looking for...bigger selection..means more choices for different food and flavors to try out with your kitty.The staff is very friendly..I have been going to them for many years .

Nice neighborhood pet store, friendly staff, fun toys, however they sell some unsafe products for dogs. Bought 2 large (pig) bones in a package (from Italy), unfortunately they brittle and have cut my dog's internal digestive system. She needed urgent hospital vet care as a result. Informed the staff. Hopefully they will remove this product from shelves to avoid other dogs getting hurt.

I’ve been going to this store since my previous dog and they are great! Your pets are welcome inside and they are very helpful in ensuring they have what you need (I call in advance for my dog’s food and they either put a bag aside if they have one, or liaise with their partner store and get one delivered to them in a very timely manner!

This store is quite big, nice and there are a lot of choices for food, supplements and toys which you can take for your pet. The problem is I didn't see any directions or boards to guide you to the store! I found it accidentally! But found anything I needed for my beloved cat …

Bought a toy for my 5lbs dog and within a week the seams were torn. They refused to take it back stating they dont take damaged toys. Really disappointed that this is the store's attitude towards products that should last longer than 1 week!!! Never going to buy here again.

doctor has huge ego , while on power trip made me be sited like i am a boy in school while she lecture me around things what she wanted to say, and not answering my questions regarding to state of my pet or actions needed care more about money vs helping pet

I love this place! The manager, I think her name is Alicia? was super helpful & friendly! She helped suggest bunny foods and toys that my buns would like! I will definitely be going back!

They have a nice selection. It’s clean & organized, the staff is nice although they often ask if they can help a little too much but other than that it’s great!!
