This is a lovely local library and I’m very grateful to have one so close to home. However, I don’t think I could describe it as family-friendly as it has no public toilets. Even the best prepared parent is no match for a toddler’s bathroom emergency, and as the library staff were not prepared to let me their toilet we had to run to a nearby understanding cafe. Sadly I think this is reflective of a general decline in maintenance and accessibility of public spaces, which can only be to the detriment of the people who most need them.

One staff member has a terrible customer manner and cannot cope with the slightest thing going wrong. Doors don’t open at 9 as they should on the days it’s open. No computers today because the fuse had flipped on the wall brick supplying electricity to the machines - not exactly rocket science to fix. I avoid if at all possible

Lovely community library. This place is invaluable for young and old locals, and has caring staff in a more and more automated world. Listen up Ealing Council, if you shut this place you’ll face the wrath of all of Pitshanger.

This is a great local facility. Currently "closed for refurbishment" I don't think it is going to reopen. Boo Cameron

It's located in the best street of London also it's very smart. ..Computers are reliable …

Great for a local library, 4 Computers, 2 Reading Areas, Kids Area, Wide selection of books.
