Update 3-Nov2022: I reached out to pizza 73 as per their comment to my review. Their response was: "We do apologize about the issue you most recently had with us. We will certainly share your comments with the location right away." After this no one reached out to me and I followed up again and their response was: "We do apologize our email was not clear; we have handled this concern internally with the location and their manager" Hence it is useless to reach out to pizza 73 as they suggested in some responses cuz they didn't do anything to make things right. --------------------------------------------- We ordered plant based buffalo chicken sandwich. They gave us the wrong sandwich as it didn't have the Buffalo sauce and no banana peppers. The plant based patty was burned and really hard to chew. Lastly, their store hours are until 2 am and they locked their door at 1 am and told me to go away. I showed that my cell phone as I had the online order so they let me in.

Pizza was good I meant to hit extra cheese and extra pineapple instead I got no cheese. I get that it was my bad for not checking the order with a fine tooth comb. I will say they were here in 10 minutes or so. I guess it cooks faster without cheese ;) I have no issue with the specific location. More so the customer service I called was not going to make any attempt to make it right. I suggested maybe just send me some cheese. Boo it was my fault. But. Nope nope nope.. and that is your satisfaction guaranteed. NO thanks. Next time I’m calling dominos.. dominos. Same price and they are able to fix a problematic order. I emailed the head office. I’ll keep editing if they really do care

This was the first time ordering my pizza from this location. I got the confirmation email with the proper info but when I got the pizza home, the order was wrong. My kids were willing to eat the pizza as I live out of town and they would have been getting ready for bed before I got the new pizza home. When I called to get some sort of rectification they were rude and only willing to offer a replacement that would get here too late to eat or a $10 credit for $30 worth of pizza. Terrible service. Crappy quality food. I don't recommend anyone ever use this location.

Very disappointed as I ordered a pizza at 11:30 first time to latter call at just past 12 to change my phone number to be told they had received my order but the store they contacted (this store) had not... maybe they need changed there paper in the printer w/e it happens its now 1:38 no pizza... not even a curticy call to inform me . Now my child has gone to bed no pizza and I look like a lier to my child an she had to eat noodles (very un happy 4yr old) this is not the first bad experience with this store ether... but that's another story

Very bad location and the app is not good as well I put in for delivery and it put it in as pick up and the store and said to me it's their fault when I called and they will send it out right away and customer service called me saying that I have two orders placed and one was picked up and the other one was for pick up as well I never received anything or made another order he said he would talk to the store find out what's happening and never got a response back or phone call it has been two hours since then

i ordered some pizza an chicken wings. I usually have great service but as of lately i have some disgusting gross hairs in my food. This is a food service industry an we are in the year 2022 were we should be clean an wearing hair nets an gloves at all times when handling food. I took pictures an called the health board. I would advise not ordering from this location now or in the future till they get everything sorted out. I give this place a 1 out of 5 stars. Please fix your health issues an food.

I accidently ordered to the wrong address and for the life of me couldn't find the house I was looking for but Sukhbir was kind enough to help get my food to me even after getting frustrated with not being able to find the house and hanging up on the restraunt. I will never order from pizza 73 again! I paid $30 for a meal. And my chicken was raw. I asked for a replacement or a refund and I was told the best they could do is give me $10 off the next time I order from them. I ended up getting food poisoning later that night because of the raw chicken. The doctor told me it was salmonella. Customer service and their store employees were very rude and inconsiderate! They do not care about customers at all! Don't order from pizza 73! They are horrible

Terrible... I ordered online . then called to follow-up. They said the driver will call when they arrive at the door. They couldn't see my order in the system, but they asked me for nearest location and the total of my bill. I received confirmation email with correct number and address. No one called me, Pizza never showed up. I don't know how good the pizza is, but their service wasn't even good enough to SERVE me the pizza. Terrible .. 0 service... hence no food served. what a joke!

Got pizza and wings…over priced trash, cardboard pizza and the wings tasted like old fryer trash. Avoid Pizza 73 tried two other locations in our past as well and never had a good experience. Have no clue how they stay in business. We ended up tossing out our food and order from Atlas pizza, way better, regret not just ordering from them first.

I am giving 1 star because twice our delivery driver from this location hasn’t listened to our asked instructions. We own a rescue pit bull who was abused and is scared of strangers, we ask that our delivery drivers call us when they arrive so we can meet them at the gate to prevent any issues and to keep both the delivery driver and our pup safe. Please ensure your staff are trained to listen to these instructions.

We ordered $70 worth of food last night and the pizza was absolutely disgusting. Worst pizza I have ever had from any location. We ate the wings and threw away all the pizza. Meat pizza tasted rancid, im suprised nobody got sick. Everyone literally took one bite and spit it out on their plate. Ordered Medium Meat Supreme with a 2 pizza deal. Pizza was not anything special. Cheese was burnt and crust was hard as rocks. I might have chipped a tooth, or it could have been the bacon crumble. Either way, I tend to avoid ordering here since this "deal" cost me $28.34 all in. You can definately get better quality pizza elsewhere, but if you have no other choices, then it'll do.

This is based on the new chicken sandwich I tried the creamy garlic and ghost pepper ones both were very good both had loads of sauce messy lol lots of pickles the garlic was so tasty and the spicy one was really spicy but not overwhelming both look small but there thick and heavy filled me up I was pleasantly surprised I'll get them again good job

Usually good but my delivery service sucked so bad tonight! Driver lied about ringing the door bell, argued with my SO over it, and proceeded to act RUDE for no reason after repeating that he wasnt trying to argue but continued to press the problem. I hope to NEVER receive that driver ever again cause he sucked at his simple job.

Delivery was bad tonight. This location is 4 mins from my house but the driver got himself lost in the industrial area of S.E Calgary. Come on honestly are you serious!? How do you get yourself lost when the delivery point is literally a few blocks down 17th ave! If its not the delivery being bad then its the order thats wrong!

Been coming here for a few years. And I can't say enough about the Donair Pizza. Its now one of my most favorite pizzas. Always ready on time and consistent taste. I usually pick up 3x a month.

Every time you get delivery from here the drivers are always asking and expecting tips without the good service. They don't listen when you are trying to give your order and when you correct them they have an attitude towards you right after.

Uncooked pizza crust. It’s not only this store but most of pizza 73 pizzas are uncooked I mean the crust in the middle are mostly uncooked. So no point of wasting money at pizza 73.
