If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a medium pizza and 20 piece HOT wings, was told it was going to be 40 minutes, ended up being over an hour. This was a tuesday evening... I was a little annoyed but whatever. I open up my box of wings to DRY WINGS WITH NO SAUCE. Call the normal pizza 73 number and she tells me no problem she will call the store and they will send the correct wings. Get a call from the shop manager fighting me saying he put sauce on the wings... ok? 2 minutes later the pizza 73 lady calls me back saying the store manager isn't going to send over the wings and I can get a credit. I DONT WANT A CREDIT I WANT MY CASH BACK. I took my time to drive to the store ( super annoyed at this point) and the manager still insists that theres sauce on these dry wings, even calls to his friends that were all hanging out in the store to prove to me that there is sauce on them. I said either give me my money back or put more sauce. He brings the sauce pan up to me and dumps my wings in there and adds "more sauce" .. he then takes my box to the back for no reason and comes back to the front. Im 99.9% sure he spit in it and at this point I can't even eat them. Just left because I didnt even want to deal with him. THE WORST pizza 73 of all time

Got wings delivered instead of pizzas, called pizza 73, they said I have to deal with skip. There is no one at skip to help. Clearly no interest in helping get our order correct, spoke with customer service, asked for a manager, sat on hold for 10 min. Now just told I will be transfered to a supervisor, but warned that the supervisor will tell me thr same thing, nothing they can do. How do companies like these keep getting rewarded with our business?!? No desire to make anything right. Meanwhile we sit here hungry and have to order from someplace else. Spoke to Randy, he made it clear he has been with pizza 73 since before skip the dishes and it is up to the customer to deal with the issues. It is Pizza 73's policy to not be involved. He stated he does not know which store made the food, I told him it was Shawville, but Randy still need to make it clear that it is not Pizza 73 policy to call skip for the customer. I've had this issue before with other restaurants, they would call skip and get things corrected. Randy stated they have hundreds of locations and cannot keep track of all orders. Time to get some empathy training Randy. Absolutely terrible service. See pics, doesn't look like pizza.

Ordered the mix and match box and two, two topper pizzas. The mix and match box was fine, jalepeno poppers tasted great, fries and onion rings were also fine. The two pizzas had near no cheese on them. One was very very light on cheese and the other one was very very light on half of it and no cheese on the other half. It’s a shame because I liked pizza 73 but the last 3 times I’ve ordered (once here and twice at different locations) stuff like this was a problem every time. And just before I wrote this I took a look at the dozens of 1 star reviews at this location. This is the first time I’ve taken a look at this locations reviews, wow. Obviously this isn’t the type of location I would gamble with using again. I’m assuming the owner will look at this and request that I email head office and this will be resolved but don’t worry about it, it’s just pizza and there are literally about 15-20 other pizza places within an 8 minute drive so I’m not bothering with any emails to you guys over $4’s worth of cheese. Good luck.

I WAS SCAMMED!!!!!! I ordered 40 pcs wings and waited for an hour then I called customer service and they said that the order should be at my front door in about 10mins and they gave me 10dollar credit for the inconvenience. Right after our call with the customer service the driver called me and said that he already delivered the order 15mins ago which doesn't make sense to me. He was really rude and hung up on me too like he doesn't care whether I have received the order or not. I always order from the same store and they never had a problem locating my address. They can't even prove that they have delivered the order on my address (photo, etc). And the customer service's solution was to have me order again and pay it by cash. I called the store to talk with the manager regarding the situation but they refused to talk to us.

The service was fine, same with the atmosphere, but the food… literally. I went here after a long day of work, and my bowels got upset a few hours later. CONSTANTLY. My forehead was burning and I started vomiting. Passed out and my husband took me to the Hospital. Later i found out i had food poisoning, and i was in there for about 3 days! The service at the hospital was 3x better too, as they actually had energy. WORST restaurant ive seen in a long time. Even for Pizza 73, it is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I dont know if it was a one time thing. But i wouldnt take any chances Lets not forget the prices! Go to pauls pizza just across the lot and its 1000 times better!

Multiple time ordered pizza here, not disappointed even single time. I ordered large size chicken pizza most of the time and jalapeño popped. The pizza was great tasting and I love it. Shawnessy pizza 73 is our new favourite place for my entire family and one of the best pizza places I ever seen. The owner Raj and staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back and order their other flavours. The location they are maintaining very neet and clean! Once you try this place and then for sure you will give like or thank for my review! I placed an order at 5:00 PM last night and was told it was 20-40 minutes out , not bad with it being Halloween. By the time 6:15 rolled around and no delivery, I called in and asked for the status , I was told it was out for delivery and with the driver 6:45 and still no pizza , and now my 3 year old is hungry and just wants to go trick or treating since kids keep coming to our door and she thinks she's going to miss out. We ended up calling back in and canceling our order since we had no idea when it'd be showing up, and if the food would even be hot when we got it. Any one else miss the 90s when pizza places prided themselves on fast delivery or it was free ? Edit: November 6th - still no refund for the order that I cancelled. Unreal

This is by far the best Pizza 73 in all of Calgary! I’ve tried pizza from so many different places all over Calgary but the Pizza and the service here at this Pizza 73 in Shawnessy is simply the best! I recommend this location to all Calgarians for the best Pizza and the best service!

You've got a 50/50 chance they actually have your order correct for delivery. When they miss something, there's always 100 excuses as to why they can't run back and get it for you and they make you pay and tip first before telling you they don't have the whole order. Just messed up our order tonight, refused to get us the missing items, called customer service who called the store and told us that yes the items are on the way. 40 minutes later, nothing. If you order delivery, make sure to check that everything is there before you pay because if they miss something (happens a lot!) there clearly isn't any incentive for them to fix it and you might get $5 credit if you're lucky.

Use pizza 73 mostly once a week and spend $65/$70 every time. Tonight was really unhappy with the service and they didn’t seem to bothered. Ordered my order 4.30 tonight early because Halloween. Order came on time to notice I was missing some of my order! I called straight away to be put on hold 20 mins. Called back to be told rest of my order will be 2 mins..... this was 5.10, it’s now 9.05 still waiting!!! Called to be told I’ll send them out now!! Eh don’t worry my kids are sleeping!!! Will never use you guys again. Really unhappy with your service. !!! Looking for nice friendly pizza with happy delivery driver ....

I wrote a review last time raving about the quality change at this restaurant. Unfortunately, today, we ordered almost 100$ worth of sub-par food. There were very small amounts of toppings on the pizzas, very little cheese, and almost no sauce. The wings were dry and very low on sauce, some wings almost sauceless. And they were out of Santa Fe ranch... again. It's sad because last time was so good. I believed in the new mangers enthusiasm, so much that I wrote a heartfelt review that he complimented me about on this last visit. We are going to take a pause eating here for now.

I haven't ever had this issue with a pizza 73 before and was stunned when I opened the box to see my 2 pizzas completely burnt to the point that my meat was dry and black and the peppers were black little curls. I will note that I did not order well done. I also ordered extra sauce and it was drizzled on top of one of my pizzas like they forgot it was extra sauce and wanted to make up for it by drizzling it on top. Do not order from these guys. I work a food service job and this is unacceptable food. Whoever thought these pizzas were acceptable for a customer needs to be re-trained. Period.

Pizza guy was lost and kept calling saying different addresses even though we always order from this location using the app with the same info and he had our phone number meaning he had all the info. The pizza was marked as delivered before he arrived while he was calling because it was so late. He would not give us our receipt that he had in his hand... it would have shown the correct address but he took it back after entering the total. And if somehow he was lost he should call pizza73 for the address not me. Creeped out and will not order pizza73 for an extended time.

My friend and I pulled up 5 minutes after they closed, not realizing and we sat in the parking lot trying to figure out where else we could get curly fries at 10pm! The owner saw us on her way out and asked what we would like and made it for us right away. She was very caring and the fries were great. Will be coming back here from now on! Amazing customer service!

Ordered pizza and some other things using the online app and was told 40 minutes for delivery, waited 65 mins and we called to ask where our pizza was and was told the driver disappeared and wasn’t picking up his phone…we cancelled the ordered and was told it’ll take three days for our money to be refunded. I ordered a pizza with half cheese and half one topping, there were literally 2 slices of cheese pizza in there - also the pizza was literally burnt. When I called the customer service they said as it was a walk in order they cannot do anything about it. So I went back to the store to show the what they have given me and the lady there instead of apologizing told me it was the machine that burnt the pizza. No curtosy to even say sorry about their mistake.

New management is amazing! Kulwinder makes really good pizza! always hot and fresh! We come to this location because if we order for delivery it comes from Chaparral even though this is closer to us ‍♂️This location has better food for sure and the staff are very friendly! Definitely recommend this location! Their curly fries are awesome too!

I’ve recently been to this location in Shawnessy and found out it’s under new ownership. A lovely pair of couples with warm smiles and genuine demeanour. Try the chicken pesto thin crust pizza with a few extra toppings like jalapeño corn mix, bananas peppers, feta cheese and, green pepper. Sooo good. ☺️ Also had the 10piece golden crispy chicken wings. The owner mentioned the batter has recently been improved. Pick up.

Wonderful location! We ordered 20 pizzas for an event, and everything was so smooth and easy. Pizzas were great, service was right on time and the owner was helpful and so friendly. I found a sharp piece of purple and white plastic baked into my pizza. It was small, but sharp. I called customer service and they didn’t sound very surprised and didn’t seem to take the concern very seriously. I didn’t ask for my money back, all I asked was that they contact the Pizza 73 in Shawnessy to warn them that they somehow made a pizza with a sharp piece of plastic in it. Hopefully they followed up!

The owner Kuwinder made one of the best pizzas we've had in long time. So tasty and delicious. My husband enjoyed talking to Kunwinder's husband who took our order, and was a friendly and affable. Bonus: the hockey game was on so my husband watched it as well. Great service and great pizza.

Best pizza i have ever eaten !! I randomly visit this place and i ordered vegetarian pizza and it was so good and they customize that pizza on the basis of my choice. The owner was very friendly and kind person and they providing great customer service. The new management is very good.

Never received my order as it was left on the wrong doorstep. I called support and spoke to a very nice supervisor named Randy who helped me figure out what happened and rectify the situation. I believe a bad night was saved by how nice and helpful the support was from Randy.

This is a proper pizza shop. You walk in and the guy says “hey! What can i get for you boss?” The service is quick and the quality is great. Definitely recommend going the owners attitude is contagious, and i recommend going just for that ;)

The day it opened i almost got food poisoning! Another time they messed up my order so i went back and they tried fixing it but they messed up again. Go to the pizza 73 in Chaparral they definitely know what they are doing.

Ordered from here a couple times and it's been terrible every time. The last time we ordered extra sauce and sesame crusts and we got pizzas that tasted like cardboard with no sauce or sesame seeds.

I wish I had a picture to show but after the first taste of our golden crispy wings from pizza 73 we couldn’t stop until they were all devoured. I can tell new ownership has stepped up this location
