**update - was contacted by customer service and offered an apology and a credit to try again. When I called to use the credit the guy on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Acted like he was totally put out that I asked him to look up my credit - to the point that I asked if there was something that I had done to offend him. He declared he couldn't find my credit. Disgusted with the whole phone call I finally just hung up. Guess I won't be giving pizza 73 another try. Never again. Disappointed. It's been a while since we've ordered from this location. In the past it's been a good value. This time it was quite disappointing. Ordered a large Hawaiian and a large double pepperoni. The Hawaiian had 6 small 1/2 slices of ham on the entire pizza, and large swaths of the pizza were devoid of any cheese at all. Sauce was the absolute barest trace of tomato. Double pepperoni had 2 pep rounds on every other slice only. Rest of the slices were bare of any topping and again almost no cheese. If not for the late hour and hungry littles I would have taken the whole thing back. Definitely not worth the $$ spent. Guess it's back to our neighborhood pizza joint instead.

Purchased a big order from here today for my three kids birthday made the order at 11 am online for 5:45pm. Well the order showed up at 5 before the whole party was here so called and asked what happened. They informed me they made a mistake and would send a new order as long as I held onto the pizza... 2 hours later 5 phone calls and 1.5 hrs almost on the phone they had told me the pizza was sent. They are sending it. Until finally I had to feed my 4 kids and the 4 friends that were over. They had completely lied about ever sending a new order and made us wait 2 hours before we finally broke down and fed our kids the cold pizza at 7pm. Completely ruining our kids birthday. Further more they cannot refund me on customer service or do anything including figure out what happened with the other 4 out of 5 phone calls and will have to email the company. No contact given. Thank you for ruining my kids birthday party.

I received two undercooked pizzas in one delivery. I have ordered several times before and never have I had this happen. When I called to let them no they first said they would remake for us then I get a call 15 minutes after from the store from someone who I could honestly not understand clearly but from what was understood they would send out new pizza. I THEN get another call from “customer service” who tell me that the pizzas are fine and they would not send new out. They would not offer a refund. Only a credit of half the amount I paid. I will never be ordering from here again and I would advise anyone else away from this store and the company enless they want the run around from poor customer service Update. Customer service phoned again 5 hours later and then hung up on me with out letting me know why they phone. I called back and the agent stated they made a mistake.

FYI google maps shows it in the same building as Structube but it's actually beside the earls 2 buildings west. I was apprehensive about ordering here as the reviews are hit or miss but it was a very convenient location to pickup from for my Son's birthday party so I gave them a chance and everything went perfectly. I ordered the night before and the website was having some issues but the friendly customer service agent was able to confirm the order. The 4 pizzas were ready exactly on time and tasted hot and fresh. They're also one of the few places that seemed to put a noticeable amount of extra cheese when you add it as and additional topping. I also really like their boxes with 2 pizzas stacked inside. If you have 16 hungry kids to feed, this is a good option.

Was a terrible experience here. My order that I paid for online wasn't ready when I showed up. The clerk claimed someone called and cancelled it. She then said wait 5 minutes. So I waited in the stiflingly hot restaurant for them to make my order in 5 minutes? It took at least 15 minutes before I was given my order. When I got home the pizzas were cold and the boneless wings had an atrocious amount of sauce just globbed on top of the wings. It wasn't appealing to look at or easy to scrape off sauce to be able to eat it. I dont know what logic the clerk had to just accept what whoever called said about my order. Why would someone cancel an order already paid for? Also, once you realize you messed up, start the order over. Don't make me wait for cold pizza. Gross. Needless to say, I will not be returning here.

I'm regular customer and have been ordering since they opened. Honestly, I've never had a bad order other than forgetting some dip. Blue cheese wings are the best, wedges good and tried the onion rings recently and very tasty. Mega meals last me several days and if you reheat in oven on pizza stone its still tasty. Food is always hot when it arrives. Yes we have waited 50 minutes for delivery a few times but norm is within within 30 - 40 minutes. I still don't like the $3.50 delivery charge and I feel guilty not tipping the guy, so delivery is $6 for me. They need to add Ribs to the menu and bring back the curly fries, carrots and celery. All in all Pizza 73 is A ok and I'll still be ordering from 130th as regular customer.

I have never been a huge fan of Pizza 73, as the crust and toppings never met up to my expectations, however my family and I placed an order at this location for the first time this past week and we're in absolute awe. The pizzas were all well done, I could tell the vegetables were fresh and the pie was baked to perfection. We also ordered some chicken wings (golden wings if I'm not wrong), these wings are now truly my go to as they were so crispy and I did not feel sick after eating them (as I usually do because most wings are deep fried). Overall I highly recommend this location, and despite living in the Northeast I will drive all the way to McKenzie Towne as the drive was definitlty worth it !

The right term to use would be “wow”! I’ve been eating Pizza 73 since I was a little girl and it has been a staple in my household. We don’t order from any other pizza shop but this particular Pizza 73 makes THE BEST vegetarian pizza, so crispy and fresh and the delivery driver was so kind (which is a great bonus). We live in the NE and don’t at all mind driving all the way to the SE to pick up so fresh delicious pizza. The employees always treat me with a smile. They never fail to impress!

I ordered 20 chicken wings - I received 19 chicken tips and 1 chicken drum. I called about this (not a fan of wing tips). and was told 'we do not guarantee how many tips and how many drums you will get' -- I get that but 19 out of 20??? Seems a little ridiculous to me!! I was offered a $5 credit on a $21.00 meal that I ate 4 wing tips and 1 drum...... Just wanted to share. I guess if there is a next time, I will open the box before I pay for it........

I feel so lucky to live by this location. I have been eating pizza 73 since they started in the 80's. I've had a few misses but the owner is outstanding and goes out if his way for extra special service!!! Another Perfect order again tonight. I LOVE the extra sauce and pizza made to perfection tonight!! Keep up the over and above service! I am actually quite surprised with the negative reviews....did I comment on 130th in calgary?

I simply don't get it! It was not very good. Clearly they know when they are making a pizza with barley any toppings that the customer will not be satisfied. We ordered 2 pizzas and thank goodness one was just cheese with extra cheese or we would have just gotten dough with sauce. Not pleased with the quality at all. It was a complete waste of money. No one wanted to take the left overs, that should tell you how horrible it was.

Don't waste your money, order somewhere else. Asked for a small 2 topper with light sauce, got no sauce at all, cheese was all melted in the middle, and the pizza was super dry. The boneless wings were rocks with a watered down sauce that tasted like charcoal instead of BBQ sauce. The fries were the broken up pieces you find at the end of the bag. Waste of money. Whoever cooked my order should be ashamed of themselves.

The owner, for both stores ,is very nice and awesome. And his stores for pizza and others are great,no complaints. His staff are super nice, and once im a regular, that i do come aften just to talk and see then and order food. his stores are clean .very clean, and they are fast

Disgusting. I ordered 20 golden crispy. Looks like they didn’t have enough, so they just tossed in plain ones. Not only that, but if you’ve ordered from Pizza 73 before - this looks nothing like golden crispy. Looks like chicken that has been sitting out. So disappointed. Never going to order here again. They don’t seem to care about quality at all.

If youre thinking of getting wings from here, DONT. most disgusting wing I have ever had the dissatisfaction of trying. Pizza down right gross too. I ordered a garlic chicken pizza and I got a seemingly stale pizza that just taste like butter chicken. Curly Fries were almost rock hard. Inedible.

Ordered through Skip and they delivered to the wrong house. Keep in mind these guys have there own delivery drivers through skip. They continously said it was delivered and wouldn't send me a new order. Maybe confirm the address first before dropping at a random house. Terrible. Won't order from you guys again.

The staff is always friendly, pizza is pretty good, and there's always a deal on! Order accuracy is good and their estimated time to pick up is accurate, too. The only downside is parking. It's beside a Five Guys so when both places are busy, finding a spot in front is difficult.

I tried to order and my phone number and address wouldn’t show up in the system so they wouldn’t take my order. Called again, they kept writing my address wrong for the hote.l I said it 4x and they ensured me i had it wrong. They went ahead placed the order I never received it.

Pepperoni pizza tasted like cardboard. It tasted like an old pizza that was reheated the dough was extremely firm and dry ingridients didnt seem fresh. Disappointed in low quality.

I treat my workers once a week to pizza after work and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Staff is fantastic, all food is cooked perfectly and always hot when delivered. This location is the best one in the city. We highly recommend :)

I have to admit Pizza 73 was not always my first choice, but I was close to this location and had a hungry family at home so I popped in. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the deals are great and it was hot and ready in no time.

Ordered a large meat loves and a large ham and mushroom. There was almost no meat on either pizza. Pretty sure a meat lovers should have meat on it, not 3 pieces of beef and half a slice of pepperoni.

The service was awesome and the staff was so kind. I got my pizza delivered and the delivery person was so professional and nice. Love there service so much. I would highly recommend this pizza 73.

Two weeks ago I ordered the pizzas from this location first time ever since I moved here. I ordered paneer one and pesto vegetarian pizzas. Y whole family liked the food.

I love ordering my pizza craving from this P73 location on 130th SE. The lovely owner makes the best pizzas. Topped well and cooked to perfection.
