I ordered a box of hot wings and a 6 pack of coke online today. When the driver finally showed up, he was angry and yelling about having to drive so far. I noticed my food was cold and it was missing the drinks. I told the driver that wasn't acceptable for me. He then called in and argued with someone on the phone. After he handed over the phone and a lady said the delivery driver would come back with my drinks. With cold food already I wasn't happy about waiting another hour for my drinks. The driver then got in an argument with the lady on the phone and the only words I could understand were the swears. The driver then still demanded that I give him a tip. I tried to call it in. I talked to a gentleman named Solomon. All he could do was offer a $5 discount on my next order claiming they were refusing to deliver to me again. Now it's almost the end of my dinner break and I have to go back to work all night without the food I ordered. When I do get the chance to get something I don't think I'm going to be giving pizza73 my business ever again after such treatment at my place of work. Completely unacceptable behavior and service I would have to say.

It appears that this particular establishment is wont to shutter its operations prematurely, even in the presence of extant orders awaiting fulfillment. This lamentable practice leaves its devoted clientele both famished and disheartened. I cannot endorse the procurement of sustenance from this substandard locality. One would be better advised to prepare a feast within the confines of their own domicile.

Ordered a medium mega meal at 12:20pm at 2803 17 Ave SW location. Was told they closed at 1am (Google also says they close at that time). Made the drive only to realize everything was closed at 12:40pm. I called customer service twice, the first time they hung up on me and the second time they tried calling the store. When no one picked up, they transfered me to customer service. They told me they shouldn't close early so I asked what can I do as I didn't feel like cooking and I had already made the drive. I thought he might recommend I go to another location but all he said was there's nothing I can do except give $10 credit. I thought it wasn't enough and asked for more and he said it was the maximum. Horrible customer service. Never going to order again.

I try getting feedback from this franchise and got no where ,new items that was put out as been new things and getting nowhere with them even ordering take out . I do have rights to choose who I go to and order take out or delivery making sure customers are happy they may come again or use them to order takeout even from a franchise service well known but the service is essential badly handled and customer take their business to another franchise service that has been great service in deed . They had that change to see how well they can handle it even during the CCPVirus pandemic timeline. 10.28.21. Driver from this location is getting the rope and know how but still has long way to go if they want see better reviews report. Trust is earned not given away.

We just ordered pizza from pizza 73 on 17th Ave. SW. I usually ordered from this location. Food was always good, hot and arrived in good time. It was a favorite. But not now. Our pizza arrived in a timely manner. It was hot. Fresh. BUT...something tasted off. It didnt taste right. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza. Pineapple bits tasted sour. The cheese didnt taste the way it should. It just tasted "off". I also ordered salt n pepper wings. Oh. My. Gawd! I think they dunked the wings into the salt. It was gross. Way too much salt. They said they could compensate by making us another pizza. And the girl who took our complaint was not very smart either. Kept asking the same question. But I will not be ordering from this Pizza 73 anymore. Not ever....

When did Pizza 73 get so bad ? I used to order a lot when my kids were young. This is the first time in about 10 years and I am Sooo not impressed I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni extra cheese. The timing wasn’t too bad, living 5 minutes away, 40 minutes but the Pizza was cold, and looked like it was a couple of days old ‍♀️ I warmed up a piece and that did not help, it even tastes like the box it came in ‍♀️ Maybe that is how it is now ? I remember how good it was before. I did get a Walmart box of mini maple tarts for free ‍♀️ Is that normal ? Anyway, I will definitely not order again and should probably just get my Pizza at Walmart anyway Picture attached if it works

If the staff here can’t follow simple health regulations about mask wearing, then what other health regulations are they neglecting in the back kitchen? Why are delivery drivers standing around and chatting with the staff while no one wears masks. I’ve seen this happen several times at this location and at nearly every other Pizza 73 I’ve been to since the pandemic started. This franchise has a compliance problem, and they need to figure it out. My next call will be to AB Health Services. Maybe they can explain to the staff at Pizza 73 how aerosolized particles spread the virus. A mask is more than just a sneeze-guard. You’re preparing my dinner, so figure it out.

I'd give 0 stars if i could. Ordered from the store literally 2 min from my house, said delivery would be 20-40 min. After an hour and 10 minutes, my wife called to see where our pizza was. The driver was called, and they told us he had decided to go drop off other pizzas first. 15 min later, driver shows up with a cold pizza. I said I'm not paying for a cold pizza i ordered an hour and a half ago, take it back. The driver began to argue, saying i had to pay, insisting he had only picked it up 5 minutes ago. Not sure who if full of it, but either way, very frustrating experience. I can't see myself ever relying on this company again

I would give zero stars if I could, this location and this company are a joke. Beyond subpar food and the service is atrocious. Was double charged for a large order in March, went to this location and was told "sorry nothing we can do call support" Emailed the company/called and got the run around for over a month saying "you will have the funds in 5 days" then they stopped replying to my calls and e-mails all together.. I have a receipt and bank statements yet company refuses to reimburse me and I'm not alone, they do this to many of their customers as you can see by reviews on the BBB site.

Ordered two large WELL DONE pizzas and got two cold doughy uncooked pizzas with barely any cheese. What a miracle they were able to prepare the dough, sauce, toppings, and cheese, cook to WELL DONE, package, dispatch the driver and drive to my house all in under 25 minutes. No wonder the food was not cooked never mind WELL DONE. I was looking forward to that all week and paid a large price for a complete failure. I can't believe you would treat your loyal customers so poorly. What a disgrace.

If you want your pizza to take over 1hr to arrive and be burnt when it does and air bubbles on 6 of the 8 slices, then this is your place!! Its blatently obvious any good reviews of this locations have been posted by friends of the owner. Look at all the names of the good reviews, then look at the names of the bad reviews.

I always order from this location. Usually a women is working for several years, this time some new man made our 2 medium pizzas. Horrible experience with this location. They had the wrong sauce on the pizza. She said she isn’t redoing it and it’s right. I had to call the head office because the lady was extremely rude and literally threw the pizza across onto the table. She ended up making the pizza again and I am sure only cooked it about half time because it was raw when I got home. Not wasting more time to go back I finished the pizza in my own oven.

I would give this a 3.5 stars for a pick up experience. I ordered online at 6 pm and was ready at 6:20 pm I usually order from canadian pizza on 37th st sw, but they cut back on toppings or something. I ordered the sausage and chicken, no problems. The 2 topping small size is bigger than canadian pizza’s unlimited pizza. Will go back to pizza 73!

Ordered today from 2803 17th Ave Calgary location. pickup time was around 11:30, got there on time and got home inside 5 minutes; wedgies, chicken bites, onion rings & jalapeno poppers. Wedgies and onion rings were stone cold, poppers & chicken were lukewarm at best. Currently out 36 dollars on subpar food. Will not be reordering from a company that allows this lack of quality again. Do better.

Such a great experience of having veggie pizza from the store it tastes like I used to eat back in India. The service was top notch and honestly pizza was to die for.

Of the fast food pizza places around town I do quite like them. It is not the best I have had but far from the worst. Better than their competition for sure. Boneless wings are me favourite on the menu however - reason being the huge variety of sauces. Also they have a decent variety of other sides including desserts. Multiple locations so you are never very far from one either.

I got the worse taste of pizza in this store that was so bad pizza and not fresh. Now I will always thing twice ordering pizza from any store. It was cold and seriously not good in taste. On my first bite I felt the cheese was so bad smell that they used to made the pizza and horrible service........ please don’t waste your money here

I tried to redeem the free pie promo that was on at the flames game. Followed all the steps, downloaded the app, created an account and the coupon wouldn’t work. Called customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it. Seems like they just want you to download the app and don’t actually want to honour the promotion lol

No social distancing!!! Normally- a decent pizza for a decent price. But I've ordered pizza twice here since the pandemic has started and witnessed staff shaking hands, coming in close contact, etc. No regard for social distance right now. Will not order here again.

One staff did not take a mask when he prepared my pizza on Oct 8 at 8pm. When I complained, he did not say any sorry but was angry and took a mask. I am sure all customers do not expect restaurant staffs handle food without taking mask under covid situation.

We recently started ordering from here after a 10 year hiatus. They have really stepped it up. Fast and friendly service. Great value for money and the pizza is very tasty. It’s the only pizza that my 3 yo son likes to eat which is a win in my book!

I always get pizza 73 but first time at this location and pizza was soggy, was pretty nasty. Funnel cake stix were hard and overcooked too. Never again at this location.

This is the way Pizza should be made. I have lived in two provinces and regular pizza 73 customer. There are several other locations in Calgary but these people make the best pizza in Calgary.
