not doing yourselves any favours guys, order arrived almost an hour after the app said it had left the store. The tracking app showing the order doing a tour of clyde before it arrived. If i hadn’t been monitoring the app I never would have noticed that the driver delivered the pizzas to my next door neighbours door, rang the bell and took off. My neighbour had no idea why pizzas were on her door step. pizzas were cold, chips were soggy. When I rang to complain I got fobbed off by the manager. Hard to justify spending my money here again. Shame, their pizzas taste ok. oh well, back to dominos i suppose.

Worst Pizza we have ever got. Very rude person at the counter. I have explained several times that I need deep pan pizzas and soft base. But the pizzas we got were totally opposite. Extra thin base with literally burnt base. And the toppings on all the pizzas were floating like a curry all over the place. Hardly any cheese on them. This was my last order at Pizza Fellas at Berwick. Update: I sent an email and complained but no one contacted me back. They are full of false promises and worst pizza

Horrible service, rude people and bad pizza. Our sauce was everywhere and it was burnt on the sides and they still gave it to us like that. We asked for no onions and there was ALOT of onions if anything there was EXTRA onions! Sick of this place, not the first time, and they just get worse and worse every time. Whoever was working tonight, young boy, horrible customer service, tryna get smart and everything. There’s so much wrong with this place avoid !!

Best pizza in my life very tasty and fresh we really enjoyed! Two days ago I ate one piece of barbecue pizza and was very tasty . Today I ordered 8 pizza for my families and they also enjoyed a-lot and thanked me They also gave me 3 garlic breads and one bottle of soft drink.garlic bread was so soft and yummy. I will encourage everyone to have pizza from this pizza shop. Thanks for your delicious pizza

Absolutely terrible. I called up to complain about hair being in the pizza, pizza being cold and garlic bread feeling like cardboard and there response was “you can give it all back to us then” I laughed and said I’m sorry? And they again said “we’re not giving you your money back until you give us our pizzas back”. We aren’t eating it anyway so it’s fine by me but customer service is horrendous and it’s such a massive let down.

Best tasting pizza. Good range of pizza variety to suit your taste bud. Great service. Have been to Pizzafella Berwick for many years now - quality maintained. Excellent service.

I ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread + drink, in a truly delicious meal! The pizza came quickly, we were told it would take up to 30min but it was ready in 15, and was hot and fresh. We loved the taste and the toppings, bases were perfectly toasted and crispy , fresh with plenty of filling. Staff very friendly, great customer service by Mr Singh even though they were busy. Highly recommend this Berwick store.

Pizza Fellas were able to provide pizzas for the fellas, however our experience with this local business was unsatisfactory. While the pizzas tasted decent, nothing spectacular; we were left to wait over 90 minutes for them to be delivered. I expect better. We were left waiting that long that I was able to fit in an hour nap, which I guess is one of the only positives to come from this experience.

I was waiting for almost 10 to 25 minutes to pick up the order and was shocked with the way they prepare pizza. I will never buy from here. 0% hygiene practices especially during the covid time. No gloves / no sanitising/ leftovers all around the floor. Additionally the customer service is not at all acceptable. Very rude to customers when handing over food. Not a place to get dinner ordered from

Lockdown again. Trusted local Pizza Fellas for a good in home meal delivered. Prices all went up by $3! Any extra toppings now add a min $0.50! Even Mozarella or Hot Salami/Pepperoni! Not before...which was 1mth ago. Worst part, pizzas with extra toppings did not look like they had it!!! Rediculous! Trying to take advantage of the situation. Not impressed. Will look for other venues next time.

4 Reasons To Give you 1 Star 1 - You need to change the cheese you use , because the one you use it’s Less then Rubish . 2- you need to put more cheese especially when you do Margarita or Neapolitan , 3- your pizza sauce needs to fixed to become pizza Sauce . 4 - You needs to use Jumbo Greek or Kalamata olives not the sliced plastic one . Don’t forget to cut the pizzas nicely !

Bought a peri peri chicken Pizza and they put hot chilli as the base instead of tomato base. I called them but still they refused their mistake. Very poor customer service!! Disappointed!!

Rude old lady at the counter on the 28/05/2022 @ 7.30 pm without checking properly failed to provide the order completely. When I questioned she denied in a rude way. I showed her the online order on my phone. We consider it as an unprofessional customer service. She failed to apologise too. The boys who served at the counter were great.

Ordered pizza requesting extra cheese and ended up getting onion pizza with hardly any cheese. This is the second time order this has happened. When called the guy last time,he told that he was sure that his pizza would taste good. Im not calling them this time.At least I would expect them to take in the feedback. Not going back again

Operator was so rude, one of the worst customer service. Didn't wear mask as well as no gloves when making pizza, well his hands touched all over the places before make the pizza, such as telephone, touched screen for order purpose, mobile phone, rubbed his face as well as his beard. One For customer service! Very rude people. Ordered two pizzas and something happened to one of them from the shop to here. One of the pizzas had slid and the topping was all over the place, looked worse than a dog‘s breakfast. They replaced them. Their pizzas are nice but I will not buy from there again.

Pretty unhappy. Not sure how these can be boxed and happy for customers to pick up Cheese was hard as a board and black. Had to speak to 3 different people and was expected to drive them all the way back during lockdown to be replaced, would have preferred a refund. Usually go there too, not anymore.

The pizza tasted good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, had trouble understanding them on the phone, then got overcharged (convient they don't provide a receipt!). Finally when the pizza was ready no confirming the order just a simple "here you go". It's a shame cause the food is nice.

First time using Pizza Fellas, had been using a closer one but of late had been disappointed. Found pizza fellas pizzas to be tastier, the base was lighter and not dried out at all, wasnt over-cooked and they had got all the changes we had made to one of the pizzas correct. Would recommend them.

Horrible food! The pizza was burnt and my gnocchi not cooked! The sauce doesn’t taste pasta sauce but taste more to Indian curry! Please learn how to do pasta sauce properly before decide to sell in your shop.

Pizza only warm, Coke warm also. Ordered Italian lemon gelati and got lemon Sorbet. Was the best around a few months ago but unfortunately they have not been up to scratch lately.
