If I could give 0 I would.No salmon on salmon pizza, when I spoke to staff they offered discount next time I visited and blamed it on new employee. This happened last time 4 -5 months ago we used them with a family lasagne which was loaded in cheese, asked them to lay low with the cheese and they offered discount asked us for our number. When we mentioned this they had no recollection of the complaint. Obviously this salmon pizza saga will happen again. Paid good money for a pizza that's missing the main ingredient. Had a slice im still choking on because of salty feta. customer service needs working on. Q: what does one one eat if they can't eat the order you should have just cooked. We don't use your services enough to get rectified. You should rectify while on the phone to me and made a new pizza instead of blaming new staff

Unreliable Online Ordering system. Twice now I've placed an order online for home delivery only to find out that my order "hasn't been received"! After waiting over an hour for my pizza, I'm forced to ring up to find out what's going on! They are mildly apologetic, but throw in a free (under-cooked) garlic bread to compensate! As a once regular (at least once a week) customer, I expect a bit better than this. These experiences are unfortunate as the pizza itself is actually quite good. The delivery drivers are usually prompt and friendly, but when you can't even rely on the place getting your order (online), it does take the convenience out of ordering a pizza after a hard day. Will definitely think twice about ordering online again. Not worth the hassle!

Used to love pizza fellas pakenham get pizzas from there every week...not anymore heard they changed management ordered the large deal, went too pick it up stood there for about 2 minutes while the guy at the register was playing on his phone then some woman decides to come serve me, she seemed quite rude... Get home and look at the pizzas doesn't look the same and definitely doesn't taste the same compared too the last management! They were so nice always shook my hand and said hello and sometimes would chuck me an extra garlic bread!! BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGEMENT AND CREW!

I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery last night and what we recieved was straight away thrown in the bin. The bbq meatlovers was under cooked and very wet and sloppy. Even tried putting it in the air fryer to cook abit more but was still inedible. The bbq chicken had a very off putting smell to it and we did not want to risk it. The bases also tasted very old. We are regular customers of this store and we would hope that this experience does not put us off returning as there are quite a few other pizza shops in the area

Best pizzas we have ever tried. Me and my family quite particular when it’s comes to food. Fellas Pizza and Pasta Pakenham not only has delicious, full of flavour and beautifully cooked meal items but also has an exceptional customer service and well mannered staff. We are impressed. I would highly recommend Fellas Pizza. score 10/10. Keep it up. God bless to you guys. Thank you on the day when they were about to close the shop but they made pizzas for my family.

Wish I could add a photo. But the best I can describe the Spaghetti Bolognese here is: spaghetti in a bowl of extremely watered down minestrone soup, with maybe two of 3 bits (5c pieces size) of mince thrown in. Safer with a pizza, but the pizza is nothing special either, lol and that's the "special pizza". Garlic bread was nice. Service was nice too. I hope they work on their food. I will be looking elsewhere for better pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese.

I can certainly live without it!!!!!! what a waste of money !!! Decided to have pizza fellas for something different on Thursday night ,they are rubbish never go again , i went to the store waited for more than 5 min ,no one come and take the order as everyone was busy on their phone inside the store, i called dark hair lady in the store and she ignore me, i was upset and left the store , need a big improvement in store and replace the staff.

NEW MANAGERMENT AND STAFF ARE A JOKE For one the pizza makers wear no gloves no hair net and are always touching themselves hair face arm who know what else !!! Service over the phone is poor can hardly understand what they are saying when picked up the or when speaking to the staff.. Received pizza and was soggy cold and the dough was not fresh!! Disappointing is an understatement

I would give a 0 I ordered my food for delivery and they told me 1hr it’s been 2hrs and when I called the guy he said sorry we only have one driver I told him my 3 kids are asleep now with no dinner and all he can say was I’ll tell the driver to give you and free coke what a joke and I’m still waiting so nearly 2.5 hrs never ordering from this place again liars aswell

Use to drive to pizza fellas from Officer for the great service and yummy pizzas but I’ve noticed the usual staff aren’t there anymore and since they have gone so has the great service and yummy pizza. Very disappointed and the store needs to seriously improve or it might as well close as I also overheard other disappointed customers. Big improvements needed

Exceptional pizza shop with friendly staff. Have only ever ordered pizzas from here so can't judge the other menu items. Garlic bread and garlic pizzas are tasty. Never have had to wait long and once on a busy night they gave us a complementary bottle of soft drink. I recognize Beaconhills College students working behind the counter, great people.

Yummy pizza. Great service. Well it was. Must have changed owners and ingredients. We buy often and big amount of pizzas. We asked for it to be cooked more as the last few times it is almost raw! We get home with 6 pizzas and they are all dough and taste horrible. Waste of time money and I still have hungry kids. Lost us as valuable customers.

So given you can't give zero stars I was forced to give one. The last 2 pizzas I have brought from here have been the worst I have ever brought. Surely you look at your own quality of pizza before handing it out. Soggy, no condiments, loaded with cheese and not half and half at all. Thanks but I will not be coming back.

Absolutely the most awful digusting pizza I have ever had. I got it delivered and when we got the pizza it was cold and under cooked. Never ever eating from here again. Ps improve your customer service as well! It took 8 minutes to place an order cause no one had any idea what they were doing!

Friday Night Take Away = Fast & Delicious!! Ordered a Small Premium Vegetable Pizza (no olives), Large Hawaiian Pizza & Garlic Bread Roll for pick up (ready in 15 min). The pizza’s tasted fresh, light, not oily and had a perfectly fluffy crust. Will definitely be ordering again!

Sadly I have never bought a satisfactory pizza from here. The pizzas just lack flavour, aroma, cooked properly and quality. Sadly there is no opposition or reason for them to improve

We have been coming here for 5 years, service is always amazing, pizza's are delicious and always delivered steaming hot. We tried the new competitor across the road and they didn't even come close. Ample toppings with fluffy bases. Keep up the great work.

Very dissapointed, had to wait 30min for a pick up order. I only recieved it when i had to ask the staff. On top of that, the pizza maker was on the phone and was not wearing gloves. Very dissapointed with the service, would not reccomend it

Not sure why they are listed on UberEats as "Pizzeria (Pakenham)". The pizza's were nothing special, and if I knew it was Pizza Fella's I would've avoided it in the first place (probably why they don't advertise their real name tbh).

Awesome feed came into the shops with the boys service was awesome , bubbly staff and the pizza was great . The manager very friendly guy made sure everything was to our needs ! Recommend people want a pizza hit this joint up :)

Pizza dough was undercooked the garlic bread tasted weird. They put bbq sauce on our margerita pizza. Never again.
