I tried to order 2 pizzas online one with super thin crust and one with thin but I could not order the super thin crust online. I called in and was told to refresh my screen and try again and if it did not work to call back. It did not work and I called back after I had placed the rest of my order online. The agent told me she was going to call the store and change the order to super thin I tried again to explain that I wanted a second pizza ADDED to the order that I could not place online. She said she would have to call the store for some reason, I declined. At the store I complained to the store employee about the second pizza and asked if I could order and pay and could they deliver it? He said they could but I would be charged for delivery, nice empathy store employee. When I opened my pick up order there was no cutlery as requested and printed on the receipt. Hard, no impossible to eat the pasta dish we also ordered without any supplied cutlery. I called and complained again as the crust was regular not thin. Its just pizza not rocket science, placing an order should not take all day and if it does the order should be made right. If the customer takes the time to complain and explain to the store employee of the issue(s) the store employee should try to make things right and if they cant find someone in the store that can. Unfortunately I ordered again from this store the following week. I asked for 2 pizzas with 2 different crust types upon pick up they were both the same, It would appear that by placing an order has no impact on what will be made by the staff. Out of 5 possible pizzas ordered only two were correct. Edit; the store did respond promptly to the complaint but are not responsible for staffing.

By far the worst place ever last two times I order they got it wrong. When I tried to call and complain the first time the girl hung up on me. Second time around they give me the wrong pizza I called it took them 40 min to bring me a new one then made me give back the other pizza and it wasn’t even the same size as the one they wanted back. So not only did they give me the wrong pizza when I picked up but brought me the wrong pizza THEN FOUGHT WITH ME INFRONT OF MY BUILDING. I am bilingual and understand speaking more then one language however when not all parties speak the same language and the driver is talking to the manager in his native how do I know the truth is being told? I asked him to repeat what he said that I wanted to understand and he provided to turn away from me. I asked for a refund and they denied me. WORST SERVICE EVER THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING CAUSE THEY ARE TO BUSY TALKING. They don’t even wear hair nets. Nvm the thousand of other violations like employees eating over the pizza while it’s being Made. But they think they can treat there customers like trash.

Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas on a night just hanging out with some friends, the order came to $27. We waited an hour and 20 minutes, and when the delivery girl came to our door it started off fine, then she handed me a debit machine. I only had cash (which i had said i would be paying with while it was being ordered), the girl asked if i had debit, to which i said no, and then she just said "Oh" and then stood there in silence, i wasn't sure what to do, so i ended up handing her the whole $40 cash because i had no smaller change. She gave me a half-meant "sorry", then left. After i had closed the door i could hear a chuckle coming from this girl as she was walking down the buildings hallway. When my friends and I sat down to eat the pizza, i took a few bites and noticed that it had barely any sauce on it at all, it was just a whole lot of dough, cheese, and not even that much pepperoni. 2 of my friends found hair in their slices which was not any of our hairs. I had ordered from here a few times before and it had been fine, but i am pretty dissapointed at the results this time around.

Pizza Hotline, in our experience, has really been a terrible option in the Winnipeg market. In my experiences: On multiple occasions, horrible customer service by the franchise (and employees). Prices have increased lately and for the quantity/quality it is not worth the price whatsoever. Online ordering system is the most archaic I’ve ever seen, and is absolutely ridiculously atrocious to use. Calling to order is not a great experience typically. Often the staff have background noise going on, as they must be working from home (and probably get paid poorly). The only positive I’ve found with Pizza Hotline is the speed at which they have the pizza ready. Often very fast, only around 15-20 minutes after ordering, it is already ready! I actually feel embarrassed as this company markets itself as being an excellent local option, yet the service is very bad (as well as pricing). Most other options are 100% better… Domino’s, Papa John’s, Gondola, even dare I say Pizza Hut! Red Swan seems to be great as well!

The delivery driver's at this location are RUDE, CARELESS, DANGEROUS and CRASS!! I attend another building in this strip mall and have almost been run over well walking twice and hit well in my car once in a month. I decided not to complain until my neighbors (joined townhouse) just ordered delivery and as the door closed he walked down their walkway and stopped right infront of my place and threw the debit receipts on the ground right on my doorstep. Not to mention he started driving down the street, throught an intersection well looking down at his phone and texting. I was NOT surprised to see it was the 1100 Concordia location when I went outside to grab the receipt. The drivers at this location are a danger to the public and probably take as much care in there food as they do thier customer service which clearly isnt much at all. How do I rate less than one star??

From dealing with their customer service phone number, to getting the wrong order TWICE, I am done with pizza hotline. Placed an order, got the completely wrong pizza with meat (I don't eat meat). They said a new one would be on the way in 15-30 minutes. About 35 minutes the new pizza arrives, missing part of the order. After an hour of this, I'm just fed up. I called back saying my order is still missing parts, and I just wanted a refund. The girl on the phone said she'd have to call the store to request a refund first. Absolutely a nightmare of an experience from start to finish, not to mention their website doesn't give you the option to reset your password for online ordering, but instead just locks you out for a day and then try again with the same password that you still don't remember. Never again.

I ordered a few weeks ago, I had the fundraiser card and I didn’t know that we have to let them know on the phone that we have a coupon for a free pizza. When we got to the store the girl at the front counter was very rude and didn’t help us at all. It’s very rare for me to rate negatively but she could’ve easily told us to call the pizza hotline number and get our order cancelled and place another one through the phone with the free coupon. She then proceeded to ignore us for 10 mins before giving us our pizza. Thankfully the employee who picked up our call for the second order was very nice and helpful, he apologized for the inconvenience.

The Pizza at this location is really good. I mean, I guess it would depend on who's cooking it and how busy they are. Some days as I said, its really good, lots of toppings, wonderful crust and made perfect. But occasionally you get a overcooked crust, less toppings, etc, etc, nothing to major. This could be due to New Pizza cooks, or A busy night, or whatever. I really wish though the Pizzas were a little more consistent in the topping quantity. The delivery Drivers are always very friendly, and the person on the phone who takes the orders, just as friendly. I would recommend ordering from this location. I give it 4 outta 5.

Places walk in order watched 2 other customers who ordered after me get called up for their pizzas 5-10 minutes before I had to ask about mine. Waited 35 minutes for 1 pizza while it took 10 for the lady who ordered 10 minutes after me. My pizza was sitting on a counter ready for probably 15 minutes. Absolutely awful service and probably gonna be a room temperature pizza by the time I eat it because of the wait.

After l hung up the costume service called me and asked me for “my age”? And he wanted sure if my “ mom “ is there? I told him my age and l said my mom is not here bc l am adult . After waiting 20 min l called this place to make sure where is my order. And l find out my order get “ CANCELED “ without me knowing. So disrespectful! They hung up me after l called and once l a called for the tired time they put me on hold for 15 min so l finally had to hung up.

Been ordering at this place since forever. Today I experienced the worst customer service ever. They advertise something but doesn't actually provide it the way it was advertised. The cashier straight up lied to my face and told the same lie to everyone. I tried calling to report the situation but the lady on the phone was laughing instead of understanding what the issue was, then she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do.

Very rude staff. As if they are doing a favour by taking down an order. Sighing and telling you to hurry up as they are busy. I cancelled my order due to their attitude and I could hear the guy with the ponytail yelling on my way out. Disgusting. Looked unhygienic too. Would never recommend. Wouldn't give even a single star but it won't let me post the review otherwise.

The pizza is okay, been getting a bit stingy on toppings for the price, plus they don't know how to cut a pie straight! Every time I get a pie there's 2 small slices and 3 huge pieces that they got to lazy to cut! On-top of that thier online site is dooooooooookieeeeeeeeeee wouldn't recommend.

I ordered 3 times Double chicken double cheese pizza from the concordia avenue in winnipeg. all the 3 times it came out the topping was only for single order. this place has serious issue with hacking toppings. the pizza quality is good. the only issue is as mentioned above and customer care. i would give this place 2 star for customer care.

One of the last, few places, that still gives meaning to the words "extra" when it comes to toppings. Pizza hotline, will always be my go-to place for pizza!

I order all the time, I always pick a "deal" always tip appropriately. I always order a large ceaser salad "family sized" this time it came with no dressing. I called and apparently they "credited me the balance" of the salad 12.95. will remove negotiable review after credited next time I order. I doubt I'm getting the credit.

Pizza is good for the price, i usually order baked penne Alfredo with chicken and its good. but the most recent time I ordered it came expired and moldy, so disgusting! Never will order again, don't risk getting food poisoning and pay the extra for Alfredo pasta!!!!
