ok... 2nd review 2 months later... i organised for 2 pizzas for the guys at work and when i got there the register was down... she asked me can i wait 10 minutes and that was after i had already waited 10 minutes... i said how long do you get for lunch... she replied 30 minutes and i said thats funny so do i and you have already wasted 15 minutes of mine and want me to wait 10 minutes more for cold pizzas to deliver back to work to find out lunch is over me and the boys...unbelievable... oh and they overcooked the pizzas and again there was hardly any toppings. 1st review...Inexperienced staff who overcook the pizzas. I asked for thin and crispy bases not dried up cheese and toppings. I complained to Manager and she said no refunds and if I wanted new pizzas I'd have to drive back and show them. I said that's not happening and if this is the kind of quality control you have down there... You won't have you're job very long and you won't have my pizza business

Terrible service. I pre ordered 2 pizzas to be picked up by 11.45am. I arrived at the shop around 12pm and the shop still closed despite the sign says they open at 11.30am. There were 5 people inside who just mind their own business happily chatting and doesnt care about a customer trying to get their attention. I even made an eye contact with 2 of them and they looked at me as if im disturbing them. Finally one person did unlocked the door after i show my phone telling them im picking up my pre order pizza. No apologise whatsoever. Now the Pizza, is really bad it was cold, tasteless and not to mention the tiny size of the parma pizza. It was a very awful awful experience, I will never order anything from here ever again.

Worst Pizza Hut ever they just want cash payment happen to me third time the guy bald looking pretend himself owner of the store said to me & my friend that EFTPOS machine is not working he asked us can you give cash our order was ready and it was there on the counter where you just pay the money and he asked us to get cash out but in reality there is no ATM anywhere near by that store . Terrible experience ever and look like there is new owner never going back to that pizza hut again .

We accidentally received the wrong pizza restaurant’s order from Uber Eats. This is how we ended up with a very average meal from Pizza Hut instead of the meal we had hoped for from somewhere else. The pizzas were lacking in flavor and quality ingredients and the potato gems were soggy. Decent garlic bread but not a big serve. We didn’t order this meal but based on this accidental delivery we will not be intentionally ordering from here in the future.

This is the second time ebhave been here, last time a few months ago. Both times order shows ready for pickup, first they tell me only a few more minutes, 10 minutes later, still no pizza, have not even started it! They string you along without even checking that it's even in the oven and it's not even that busy. There are only a handful of other customers. I can forgive the first time but to keep doing it it is not really acceptable

Better off looking at other options if you want to eat. I had made an advance order for a birthday party but the pizza arrived 45mins late when the party was over and we had to vacate the room. Total waste of money. I even provided feedback online asking for a call back but nobody did. Should have read other similar reviews before ordering.

These pizzas were good 7 months ago. Everytime we ask for extras we get nothing. The pizzas have no sauce on the base and are dry. There also have no toppings anymore and very small in size. They are disgusting. We had to throw them away even the dog choked on the damm things. Don't waste your money. PIG FOOD!! Have onlg given one star Because we had to, I would have scored no stars.

I would give it a zero rating if it were an option. We had ordered for pizzas to cater for a kid’s birthday party. The order arrived 45 minutes late which was when we were vacating the party hall. When we tried calling them, it went to a central line and the person wouldn’t even connect directly to the store. Overall, a very bad experience to say the least!

Easy to use app with tracker enables you to know just how your order us progressing. Thus us particularly useful if you are picking up. The store is clean and staff are super friendly and efficient. The pizza itself is tasty and toppings are generous and evenly spread. All in all a seamless experience and I'll definitely order again.

Pizza Hut in Bentleigh East has very friendly staff. They are making the best pizza’s , the cheese is nice and gooey the toppings are done and the crust is crispy. The customer service is great the store manager does a great job!

My small pizza took 35 minutes then they gave my pizza to a Uber eats person then the Uber eats person came back with my pizza then when the lady gave my pizza she rolled her eyes. Definitely recommend dominoes.

Very disappointed. I usually order from here and it's generally okay but this time my pizza was cold upon delivery and the ingredients did not look fresh. The following day I had food poisoning and I'm pregnant so that's not good. Please take care to deliver quality pizzas at all times.

Not sure why there is some 15 percent of surcharge on Sunday. Especially big firm like Pizza Hut having this extra surcharges is not at all fair and it’s disappointing. Quantity is also not upto the mark.

The worst choice I ever made was this pizza. One was beef BBQ which is cheap bbq sauce and some pieces of mince. The other is margarita... I could not see even some cheese on it((( sad
