This store is ridiculous! I order a pizza meal on NYE, it was 45 minutes past the ETA for delivery and the tracking still says the store received the order. So I went down there myself to check what’s going on because NO ONE picked up the phone despite calling so many times trying to get through. When I got there, first the guy said they didn’t get my order, but my order was already printed out, then he said they didn’t have any dough left to make the pizza base. When I asked if they know they didn’t have pizza base, why didn’t they call us, it was past 8:15pm. He said he would call when they have time? Honestly what? So they would leave the customer starving until who knows what time??? There were 3 workers in the shop at that time and no one thought to call the customer way past dinner time??? He was rude and extremely unprofessional, I have never seen anything like this from any restaurant before. I will never come here again!

Beware Customers! My parents walked in and ordered a few large pizzas. It was a Tuesday, so they knew it was that 2 for 1 deal on any large pizzas. When they paid, staff charged them over $100. When they were waiting for the pizzas to be made, my parents called me and didn't understand why it was expensive. So I went there & asked staff "why my parents were charged over $100 for a few large pizzas, i thought it was 2 for 1 deal on Tuesday?!?". Then staff member said "since your parents didn't say anything about it, they got charged full price". I was so annoyed and told them "you know its a Tuesday, so why the customers, have to tell you the deal!?! You should just tell customers its 2 for 1 deal for any large pizzas!". They just said sorry and refunded the difference. So beware when ordering on Tuesdays and tell them the 2 for 1 deal on any large pizzas, or you'll get charged full price.

There has been a a few minor issues in the past with forgotten items or a longer delivery time but today takes the cake. When my order didnt arrive after an hour I called the store who said they didn't receive it, couldnt help me and to call customer care, when I asked for their number he said I should google it. Seriously. There is no number on pizza huts website for customer care so I made an online complaint. I received an automated email back about my complaint with a number in the footer which I called but its only a message service. I left a message and am still waiting for a call back or email or anything. I no longer care about the food, I want my money back.

Made an online order at this store, received online notification that my order was ready to be picked up, got there only to find that they haven’t even started making it. About 15 mins later I finally got my order and discovered that not only it was the wrong base it was also the wrong size. Drove back there to return the wrong order, no apology given and she even made it as if I was at fault. Horrible experience. Never going back there again.

Never in my life I thought I would rate a pizza hut joint and give it five stars. Unlike other pizza huts, the pizzas are great. Unlike other pizza huts, the wings are actually cooked. Unlike other pizza huts thin and crispy pizzas are actually crispy. Their delivert drivers are also outstanding. The restaurant forgot our drinks, but the delivery driver took care of it for us. Didn't catch your name sorry. Was it Rich or Rob? Not sure but it was an Asian driver. It could have been a very bad experience but your driver turned it around, and we were happy with the outcome.

I am so disappointed on Australia day with Pizza hut in Polaris Bundoora for refusing to serve me and told that we are closed at 10.45 pm but the neon sign in the window flashing “open “ and the deliveries are still going out the door. I would like to get explanation from the management what type of food service are pretending to offer Are you just offering phone deliveries only??? It’s confusing when a customer sees the sign that indicate that business is trading.

Placed an order on 28.10 and the order was cancelled due to an oven issue, which I was notified by phone. I still have not been refunded, or notified in writing that the refund has been processed. Each time I called I was told it would take a few days - it has now been weeks. Poor communication and am now out-of-pocket. Every cent counts at the moment, poor form from this store.

Google says they close at 1am, ordered pizza and was called by store at 11pm saying they were closing at 11pm and I needed to collect the order immediately, I asked the staff to give me 15 min as I wasn't in the area and website said there were delays due to covid. Wouldn't wait for me to collect my order and blamed me for not being able to collect my order. No food and no refund given.

Trash experience never order delivery! Place an order and paid and waited for over 1 hour before calling them to realise our order has not been made, they said it was due to us not having the phone number but not once did they ask for a phone number during the ordering process, worst experience ever never going back to Pizza Hut again, I highly recommend no one else return

Been waiting over 2 hours after i was updated my food was being prepared, it's now 11.30pm and they can't be contacted so I guess it isn't even coming and I've been charged. Now to try sleep with no dinner.

My problem wasn't the qualiity of the food, it was the delivery service. The driver got lost using google maps and then called for directions which I struggled to give because I couldn't understand him and he seemed to have trouble understanding me. I eventually got my order, but this the last time I'm ordering delivery from Pizzahut

Come on, for a quick simple generic takeaway pizza if you choose the right one it's great. Thank god these new people are working in Polaris because there were some kids who worked here a while ago who would play loud techno and it was annoying. I have nothing against techno but it was really difficult to place an order.

I would give a zero if I could. Waited for an hour and never received our order, despite the app saying it had been delivered. Our order was re-done, but I had to cancel my plans so that I could pick up our order from the store. If you want pizza, go somewhere else!

Worse pizza I ever had! I ordered a beef lovers and a pepperoni lovers. Both pizzas had no cheese at all, one side of both pizzas were burned. I always buy same pizza from north Balwyn with good quality and I thought I will get the same quality from Hut pizza in Bundoora. Taste just like plain bread!

A little bit is waiting, but after I was satisfied, it's delicious quick hot and fresh pizza, and the staff is so friendly.

Disgusting service and wasn’t made aware of delivery fee after 4 call backs changing our order due to not having stock and not being above delivery price then spoken to Rudely by the manager and workers would highly recommend avoiding this store yet company.

Good pizza but unfortunately the sitting area is too small and not a lot of offers in a place which is next to a university. They must think about it to attract more customers. Overall nice experience and try their veggie pizza but without or less capsicum.

The pizza’s are better than any other Pizza Hut i have tried. Good amount of toppings and the deep pan pizzas are actually deep pan. The crust is crispy but soft. They are perfect and thats coming from a very picky person.

Terrible. Ordered a margarita, supreme and the potato cheese bites. The supreme was floppy and greasy, while the margarita had a really odd odour, it was also as hard as a rock. The potato cheese bites were the most edible, but I don’t rate them.

This Pizza Hut says it closes at 1am, it’s currently 12:10 am, I went for a drive down as I was hungry for a pizza and to my surprise, the place was closed, what a joke, why say you close at 1 when you clearly don’t

The place was so it is good for take out but if u have group of people you won't be able to eat as there were only 2 table for 2 and nothing else. But pizza was good, I had hot n spicy veggie without pineapple.

Awful, pathetic, failed to deliver, handed over cold food 2 and half hours after ordered when I went to the store and laughed! No apology just some dribble about no drivers. No calls No updates! AVOID!!!!

Ordered pickup for 5:55, got there, started making it at 6:05. Quality is not something I expect to be good from a Pizza Hut, but quality was atrocious.

Sorry to say but I won't visit again. The wings were actually breaded chicken tenders that weren't cooked through. The pizza tasted like tomato paste.
