I recently placed an order with my local pizza hut, I order my traditional two large pizza a side and fresh salad, after eating the salad I started being sick and fell ill. I contacted the store and advised the manager that the salad was no good as it made me ill and advised that I would return it to the store so that it could be tested, the manager advise me against this and advised that I should contact customer services. I contacted customer services in a back and forth email exchange where I was advised by a Siobhan (Senior Case handler apparently) a load of rubbish: 1. That my FRESH SALAD was cooked properly at the correct temperature (lol absolutely preposterous), 2. She carried out a full investigation with her colleague on my salad (lol) the salad was in my bin at this point. Nevertheless, Siobhan and her colleague somehow use instant transmission, telepathic powers and magically got to my home without my prior knowledge and conducted an investigation without leaving any trace (lol), and found that there was nothing wrong with the salad (lool). 3. She went on further to state the Law in England and Wales stipulates that the restaurant has to keep detailed cooking records of fresh salad (looool) (at this point I thought I was at a stand up comedy club, I mean this level of stupidity is almost extra-terrestrial). With that said I strongly advise and recommend that you order elsewhere and not from this restaurant, as it is very dirty and has now been reported to trading standards for poor hygiene and a dirty environment. Also, an alleged senior case handler is too dumb to deal with any possible issue/s that may arise. From my experience, order elsewhere, who knows what other sickness/illness lurks at this nasty pace. One would think in a world plagued by Corona virus, Pizza Hut would be doing their very best to keep their restaurants hygienic, but instead they pose more risks to out health than the virus itself and they employ the rejects of society to resolve matters they themselves do not understand.

First time trying pizza hut delivery. Ordered veggie sizzler and beyond beef sizzler yesterday afternoon. Something was wrong either with the ingredients (meat free beef?) or the freshness (ordered just as they opened for delivery so maybe used yesterday's ingredients?) as both my wife and I had strong stomach pains and diarrhea later that night and next morning (we didn't have anything else that day). Will never be ordering from pizza hut again unfortunately even if this was a one off thing. Back to dominoes.

Beyond beef sizzler just did not taste nice.

My sister and I went in really late yesterday on the brink of closing. It was a Saturday night so no doubt they must've been busy and eager to get home etc. However, was greeted by a lovely crew member 'Stewart' and an equally lovely smile. Never once made us feel uncomfortable as we were there so late and even made small talk with my elderly mother who is 75. Thank you for the impeccable service, you rock Stewart.

Terrible service firstly when I called to place my order the man who took my order had a bad attitude. I then ordered three cookie dough’s for myself and my family which all came burnt. I then called to speak with staff there to complain and the staff were rude and refused to change it, overall I am a very dissatisfied customer and will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I stopped by from a long dog walk in Sutton Park, starving. Stuart was a great help with my order. Well done to him and the chef for keeping cheery, rather than being like most fast food places that just grunt at you. Hopefully management may recognise them or atleast congratulate them.

This branch is on it! Fast hot fresh, generous toppings and base is perfection. Keep it up!!

Really disappointed with pizza I ordered this evening. I have used this store a few times & the pizzas have always been lovely. Tonight however the base was full of grease; it was heavy and tough. Should have used one from the freezer. What a waste of money.

Recently ordered 18 pizzas for a party, the food was delivered really quickly. We got a great deal!! The staff are polite and friendly. The food was first class! I use this company regularly and am never disappointed.

Ignorant and obnoxious staff guarantied every time. Once failed to call me when collection was ready, so had a warm pizza. Go to star city instead.
