NO STARS!!!!!! FOOD POSITIONING!!!! Me and my partner and his two vulnerable parents ordered two large pizzas two sides and got food poisoning and all was vomiting for over 2 hours. when called to make a complain and ask for a refund they offered a £10 voucher I declined to the £10 voucher with the reasoning of why would I want to reorder pizza from somewhere I've got food poisoning and they couldn't understand that outcome of why we got food poisoning, the food was meant to take 35 minutes for delivery but arrived in 10-minutes as if the food was already cooked in waiting. This is extremely unacceptable and dangerous and I can't believe means my family have been treat in such away seeming the current COVID19 circumstances I'll be writing to the shopper Best wishes Pizza Hut

The staff need to learn how order happens. We ordered mexican Fajita via app. The printout at their end said MF and they made meat feast. When I complained they tried to explain to me that my order was wrong. Also the guy who delivered tried to tell me that they were delivering the Mexican Fajita as a ‘courtesy’ . When I tried to explain that its not my job to understand how they get the order , I was told that I should be calling Customer care to fix that. I believe the staff need to understand and get trained on ways Puzza Hut and it systems work.

I just ordered 2 pizza and a got that order after 1 hour and a half... they said the driver came at my door and ring the bell and when he saw nobody’ answer the door he left with my pizza, he didn’t give me a call and was light in the house so he could’ve call me(that’s why we give them our phone number) and when I rang them the manager said he will sent me my order now and of course my pizza was cold. I’m not gone order from Pizza Hut for now

If I could rate lower I would. The manager swore at me unprovoked because one of the staff messed up my order. I ordered online and had got my brother to collect. My brother got there and they told him he has to pay. I tried to resolve the issue and then the manager just swore at me, didn’t even offer me the pizza I ordered? The pizza was even wrong from what I ordered.

Tried this place twice now and really pleased I did the food is lovely my pizza was cooked perfectly. The garlic bread was perfect and you can't get a better desert than pizza hut so overall very satisfied and me and my friends will be ordering again. Thank you! I highly recommend this place also get great deals better than dominoes in my opinion!

Had a very awful experience with the Pizzahut Welling today. They gave me a non veg topping on a veg pizza order and the manager had no regret for it. On top of that manager was arguing that it happens. I had to go back to return and collect the fresh one. Not going to this store ever again. Manager was not even wearing face mask.

the pizza was fine but the cinnamon sharer had to be thrown away. it came so burnt that it was rock hard and couldn’t be eaten. also came with no chocolate sauce like it said it would

This place is usually OK but tonight our order wasn't ready, even though the app said it was. So had to wait 10-15 mins. No offer of any compensation, apart from some mini-dips. Unimpressed.

For home delivery they take atleast 1 hour to deliver and my home to pizza hut it take only 5 minutes on the car .Pizza was cold like they made the pizza in the morning and deliver in the evening. When we complaint they said we can't do anything. We never order again.

Last two orders have taken over 1.5 hours to arrive, was lied to both times re them being out for delivery and each time the food has been cold, lank and a waste of money, if this is a franchise then Pizza Hut needs to remove its name from them.

Would give no stars if I could. Staff are EXTREMELY rude and food is below average. How can you miss items and then have the audacity to have attitude with the customer?! Pathetic.

They missed part of my order so I phoned them to ask to redeliver and they were rude to me on the phone and it took over an hour for food to arrive. Not impressed

Service is always amazing and they are very polite they are ask the right questions that aren't even needed sometimes. They always look to better themselves.

Staff is friendly and the food was prepared fast. The starters were nice but my pizza had a bit of an after taste of old cheese.

Impressed with speed of service following my order via the Pizza Hut app. The pizzas could have been a tad hotter though ...
