After a considerable period, I decided to order pizza from my local branch, and the experience was quite memorable. As I walked up to the counter, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly demeanor of the staff, especially the manager, whose name I believe is Saba. Waited for 2 hours for our delivery to no avail (our order confirmation email said that it would take 25 - 35 minutes to be ready). Called them and asked what was going on. Frequent miscommunication going on, the gentleman who answered the phone didn't seem to have a good grasp of English and seemed clueless about the situation. He asked us what time we wanted it to be delivered, when we'd ordered it to arrive here ASAP (the default setting the website provided). He told us it'd arrive at 2:10, we called again at 2:20 and then we were given a cock and bull story about how the driver had been outside for 15 minutes trying to get in. This was a lie as no one had rung our intercom, and we'd received a delivery earlier so it was working. Then we were told that the order had been cancelled and that we were "wasting his time"? He was very rude on the phone, so when we said that we'd be taking our business elsewhere, he told us that he "didn't care". Ended up hanging up due to him becoming rather aggressive. All I can say is that we're glad we didn't pay via card, because this would've been an immediate chargeback. We've used this hut for years and the service has almost always been good, so I'm not sure what happened today? It's a shame, but we won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered food and waited over an hour for cold food to arrive. I called the store and the manager straight up lied to me twice, first telling me the driver would be 5-7minutes away and then 15minutes later telling me he's outside my house when he wasnt even on my road. Once he had arrived I new instantly the food was cold and i called the store again and they offered to make new food so i would have to wait even longer ( i have disabled parents and little kids who were hungry too) he then offered a discount which the driver refused to pay and he then left with the food. If i could give 0 stars i would. This is not the first time either as they send food with missing side orders and stuff and offer to provide it in the next order which they never fullfil. Today i had enough and rang the customer services who then tell me the store would have to authorise the refund, so now i am left here with no food and money short in my bank account so i cannot even order another take out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT BRANCH!!!!!!!!!. These people are supposed to provide a simple service and cannot even do that correctly.

Just save your money and don't give it to fix their non existent service. Unbelievable, it has happened again, what a horrible service, by far the worst way a company can be administeredit doesn't matter what problem you have, they will be completely stubborn about what they say while being rude and acting as if there is no way to solving your problem, 1/10 worker gives a decent service. The managers seems to be ghosts, they are completely unexistent, it doesn't matter what they say seems like everything stepped on by anotner nmanager. nere s no point on them having a Customer service when is never used not their computers to take simple notes. Honestly at this point you shouldnt even consider ordering at this place when you have domino piIZza next or pizza express, even fantozzi which is a bit further Dut provides a good service and amazing pizza. Just save your money and dont give it to them at least not until they do something to fix their non existent service.

I have been ordering for years from here, recently i ordered a pizza when it was snowing, took an hour and a half and was cold. Fair enough, i called and let them know and after a chat "What can we do about the weather?!" agreed to give me a hot pizza the next time i ordered. That was yesterday after i returned from holiday. Called up and mentioned the logged free pizza, they called me a liar, that there was nothing on the system! After using them at least once a month for 5 years! Guy never even checked my account, telling me both my land line and mobile were not registered (he clearly never put my details in, even after i explained everything five times), then told me the manager was away and to call back in two weeks. Funny the manager and him share the same name! A complete joke and unbelievable way to treat a loyal customer. I will NEVER get pizza from you guys again. I am still angry at the way Mohammed spoke to me, as others have said. AVIOD THESE CLOWS

**DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS BRANCH...SPECIALLY WITH DELIVERY ORDERS** Would give '0' stars if I could. They NEVER get the orders right when delivered..never!! End up with staving children waiting for the right foods to come again. If you ring on a tel number they cant find on their system, they refuse to talk to you for order enquiries!! UNBELIEVABLE! The answer the phone with "hello.. yes??" numerous times now. I ask is this Pizza Hut?.. "yes" and then nothing. When making price/order enquiries for advance food collection, he refused to tell me anything useful on the phone, and put the phone down on me while still talking. Never spoken to anyone so rude. WHO RUNS THIS BRANCH Apparently he was the manager too!!!

Ordered delivery from there a week ago and waited quite a while before receiving a call from the delivery guy telling us he was lost. After explaining to him for 10 minutes where we were (to no avail, he couldn't understand basic directions) we told him to take it back as we didn't want cold pizza and asked for a refund. Received no further call of apology from a manager or confirmation of refund and by then we were too tired and busy ordering from elsewhere to be doing it as it was late. I just checked my account to see if it came out and I have been charged and will need to go in myself to reclaim the money. Safe to say I won't be ordering from there again.

This is my local branch and they never fail me! Pizza is always delicious, piping hot and arrives quickly. Delivery drivers are always very friendly and polite. I was having a really bad day once so decided to be lazy and order a takeaway and they sent me the most delicious pizza and included stuffed crust for free! It made my day, I could have cried lol. It’s the little things that count at times!! Thank you Pizza Hut Southgate! You have a loyal customer in me :-)

This place was totally amazing. Totally amazing. Not only is a pickup large Hawaiian barely £10 the food is absolutely amazing and it's still very hot and warm after a long time- the heatkeeping packaging has been done well. The food comes quick as well. Although other things, such as the chicken wings, are more than slightly expensive, the service is overall very good.The experience was very good with the sales lady who was exceptionally kind and nice, Saba.

OK there is a manager who is good a slim black gentleman. Very polite and has a great demeanour and service. Then you have this rather large Asian guy(I'm Asian too so I'm just being honest) gave us the wrong order. We wanted classic. Came out thin with hardly any toppings. When I went back he was rude. Refused to give me his name and basically made me feel like I hate Pizza hut. So there u go I don't order there anymore! Maybe when Pizza hut decide to employ proper English speaking managers with courtesy or puts the individual I mentioned earlier then I may go back. :)

Disgusting customer service. Only reason I ever order from here is because my daughters like the cookie dough from Pizza Hut but the service here is horrendous. The manager who is apparently someone called Mohammed is incompetent can’t speak English well and has selective hearing. He is exceptionally rude. Other staff have previously said he isn’t the manager but acts like he owns the place. The owners of this establishment need to sort out there staff otherwise it doesn’t look good. My Advice is avoid at all costs.

Ordered classic crust without garlic sprinkles and received the classic crust with garlic. Was meant to be one of the special “loaded” pizzas but barely any chicken and the chicken that was present was tiny tiny little pieces, so small I could barely see them. The Robinsons fruit drink I selected was replaced with… wait for it… water! Cookie dough was unfortunately burnt so too hard in places. And they did not supply the ice cream that is meant to comes automatically with the cookie dough… :((((

I have ordered large vegetarians for £10.00, which is comes with a free side as it’s mentioned in their websites and and also I took their offer which’s medium Margaret’s For extra £5.00. My order came in times and for my surprise I have received large margarita and 2 small size, and when I phoned to complain I didn’t get satisfaction answers, as this was my first time to use there website, I am really very disappointed and I shall never use them again.

The staff are very friendly and will usally fix whatever issue you have. The drivers however are rude, lazy and disrespectful. They are always late and constantly mess around. I caught my driver smoking weed after he had brought my food for about 30 minutes when he had about 5 other pizzas in the car. Absolutely a joke. This leads me back to the staff. They always have to clean up the drivers mess and it's a shame because the food is really good.

Absolutely amazing customer service, the best this year in fact! I accidentally ordered a medium size pizza with the wrong ingredients. I contacted them and they kindly offered to re-deliver a large pizza with the ingredients I wanted with no extra cost! Its so cold outside and they were so accomodating and lovely! The food was fab too, arrived hot and cooked well! Very impressed, 10/10 service and food quality!

every time I have ordered from this particular branch they have given me a different price . My most recent encounter with this particular branch was on new years day . They over charged me ,kept my change and didn't give me the dips I paid £3 for . when I called asking where my change and dips were they said it is coming and nobody come . Avoid this place they are con artist !!!!!

Walked in to make an order last night. There was only one person behind the 4 counters and she was on the phone taking an order. The other phones that were ringing remained unanswered. There was nobody else available to serve me or anyone else. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, still no service, so I walked out. Needs more staff.

Tried to order a delivery, they are 1.9 miles from me, said they won't as its too far, asked to querie this with a manager, he was rude from the start of the conversation, relayed his message that they won't deliver due to their system, then said hes 'got stuff to do' and hung up. Amazing customer service skills demonstrated.

Waited 1.30h when said would arrive in 45min. Pizza arrived cold and sides cold. This branch of pizza hut is useless. Nevermind Saturday, if delivery time specified the refund would be nice for a double waiting time. Plus two different pizza sizes. Ordered double large offer received totally different sizes. Never again!!!

The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in London.I just found on my pizza a huge hair and the excuse that the manager could use is a simple “I’m sorry” sorry doesn’t stop me being sick mate.You guys don’t even wash your hands before you cook you are the grossest company.

Awful service and food. My pizza arrived with pepperoni on which I don't eat. The garlic bread was burnt on the outside and slightly cooked inside. Tried contacting the restaurant and Pizza Hut customer service with no reply.

They always deliver pretty quick to N11 area and the pizzas are nice, I get it as delivery once a week and no problems. Thanks.
