NOT RECOMMEND WAT SO EVER, food is vile arrives cold most of the time i was gunna give them another chance but never again! there service is even worse absolutely shocking, the man just hung up on me he was soooooo rude i cnt explain n now im ringing bk to tell him about himself hes not answering which he dnt know i can be another customer and im ringing of another number, my cousin went in not long ago and they called her a fat B**** so she smashed there computer up rightfully so, there just shocking in every way dnt know how they aint bin shut down i havent met one person that has said there food is nice or anything good about them, literally nothing but negative comments, DO NOT GO THERE plz shut them down and put a nice pizza place there its a waste of space literally!

Very bad service. Order over an hour in advance. Pizza was 45 minutes late. When I called the restaurant they claim they don't have enough drivers so knew it will be extremely delayed. They didn't notify the costumer because they didn't want us to cancel and order dominos. Quote by seller over the phone: "If I told you I don't have drivers and can't meet your order I would have lost my job". The pizzas and side weren't even warm when it arrived. Of course refusing to issue a partial refund. Will not order from them again and recommend you to do the same.

What a farce ordered large pizza and 2 cookie doughs online, had a call 5 mins after to say they had no cookie doughs and would need to call customer service to sort refund. Rung customer service only to be advised it can take up to 16 working days to apply refund to my account!!!! Then pizza arrived cut into 8 not 10 slices, so on the phone again to be told it is the same size they have a new member of staff who cut it wrong!!!!! Really!!! As a regular customer I will not be using them again thank goodness papa johns have started to deliver to my area.

Had some friends over order 2large pizzas and 5 sides. Called up as it's 20 minutes after my delivery time to be told it should be with you any minute. Delivery guy turns up and doesn't even take pizza out of the bag himself. Then he didn't check the receipt. I have 2 pizza that I hadn't ordered and 1 side. I then call back to complain that I had the wrong order. He assured me my order would be remade and sent out as soon as the driver got back. No apology, no money back offer. Nothing. Won't be ordering from here again.

Excellent service by manager and staff, had a issue with ordering online - order ended up registering as a collection when the intention was to have the meal delivered. After speaking to a staff member, the manager provided an exceptional service ensuring the order will be delivered. Meal was delivered by the manager. The pizza and side were very good. Would've been five stars, but Pizza Hut needs to fix their online system to prompting the customer if they are making a collection or delivery more clearly.

After 9 years of not eating at Pizza Hut I was surprised to find out I had not been missing out on anything. Pizza is mediocre, the service doesn’t know what they are doing. When asked for the Melt from the menu the person could not find it in the till, so in the end I gave up buying it. Probably would be as bad as pizza so glad I didn’t spend more money there.

They took my Money I cannot collected because I leave in other side of Bristol so they can’t delivered to me, no way to take my money back… the website says I can just give them bell to get my refund but they saying they can’t do that… i try 100 times on they website but the website keep crushing… I send manually email to Customer service no body reply… what a scam under the name Pizza Hut… this is the worst experience and money grab I ever experience… shame on you

Guy shuffled from the back clutching his stomach and backside to serve me, then put his hands over his mouth as if trying not to be sick. Seemed very grumpy and kept telling me how ill he was. Very sorry you’re ill mate but you shouldn’t be serving me and clutching your behind as if I’ve just had diarrhoea when you’re handling my food is disgusting. I’d already paid for it then so wasn’t much I could do but couldn’t bring myself to eat it and won’t be going back

I ordered two pizza's after waiting about hour i got 2 burnt pizza's they send one free pizza for saying its burnt sorry...the free pizza doesn't even cooked well ,no taste or not cutting. When i go to show them as they messed our meal my kids didn't eaten lady on pizza hut said sorry we were busy....if they are busy they could say sorry we can't take orders why sending burn food. Nightmare never try again.

Rubbish customer service, I ordered pizza in advance few hours and when it was due to arrive they told me they don’t have driver to deliver the pizza, which is really shame. This should be said on the website rather than wasting customer time( poor customer service). I will not be using the southmead beach never again …

I live 2 mins away from here. Every time I order from here it takes 2+ hours to come, I call and they are rude. The food arrives freezing & they always say there’s nothing they can do. So bad.

Ordered the food and had to wait for two hours. The delivery man was extremely rude and lazy and gave us a ring form his car to come and get it from him. He lied about knocking on the door and had to ask the office if he could bring it back, and when he got here he told us we are lucky we weren't charged twice.

A very poor poor customer services to check out operator was very very rude over the phone and he was raising his voice!!!! And he hang up on me!!!!! I have been here a few times, very had any problems, they do have seating area, if you wanted to eat in. The staff were friendly, my orders has always been correct, and the food hot. It is clean and tidy, but can get cold in the seating area this time of year. Good value for money, I would recommend .

Do not use. 2 hours to get a substandard pizza and two poorly cooked sides. I called them twice after an hour, each time I was told it would be 20 mins. One of the staff was quite rude and obviously didn't really care. If this was an independent it would of been forced to close a long time ago.

Good pizza some good deals. The delivery is always pretty good and on time. The staff in the shop arnt good. You can walk in the shop and be waiting 5 mins for anyone to bother serving you. Too busy chatting out the back. Easier to order online Than on phone

Ordered for delivery. Food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after the order was placed. I was told the order would take 25 minutes. I called after an hour and was told they hadn't put it in the oven yet. But it would be 15 minutes. Pizza came luke warm.

Got food poisoning and they didn’t even do anything about it! I called them and emailed them and they said that they “checked their pizzas, they’re all cooked and served properly” ok then so why did I become sick the morning after eating it?

What a disaster. Pizza never arrived after a 2hr wait because they where short of delivery staff, but no one even bothered to tell us. 2weeks to get a refund as the store can't do this has to go via head office. I'll stick with dominos

Arrived at 14.30 18/01/23, only the delivery driver on site . He said the manager has gone to the shops and he had just left yeah right,leaving the shop unattended and the phone just ringing. I left at 15.00.

Wife called in tonight to grab some pizza from southmead branch to drop to me in, hospital in southmead with Covid. Service and time taken to prepare order was amazing... thanks for great service as always pizza hut southmead.

Staff were nice and polite, the pizza was very good and ready quickly. I will definitely order and eat pizza from this Pizza Hut again!
