27 July 2023 Update on review herebelow : Claire the Area manager called my wife and apologized profusely regarding the pizza folds. She arranged with Kensani the branch Manager to replace us with 2 pizzas. Kensani called my wife and arranged a delivery for the pizza's. Wonderful followup and clearly a 100 yes going forward. Thank you all. My wife & I are regulars and decided to order the pizza folds this time via Mr D. Food arrived hot but fillings were minute and hardly visible making the taste bland. Also packages were not marked so we had to cut the folds in half to determine which was what. We ordered 2 different types... disappointed with the pizza folds..

The place is cold and could use a bit of warmth. The service is slow and the pizza mediocre at best their thin base option still looks like a thick base,not enough toppings:I had margarita with mushrooms and the pizza just looked like they couldn't be bothered....cannot say is orsee again from pizza hut.

There is amount of amble parking since the area is a mini food area with various restaurand so parking will not be a problem

Ordered at 18:45. An hour later, followed up on order with staff practically whispering into their phones, was told driver was on their way and to please wait 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, called back again they said the driver was not answering but they had the order and were on their way. At 20:30, store closed. No answers. No Pizza. Cooking.

Always go here to grab some take away pizza for my family. Food is fine, there are some items on the menu I'd never buy again - like the Creamy Chicken pizza; it tastes like nothing. Service is fine, although you do wait forever to get your pizza. I suggest calling ahead and placing your order.

Twice have tried to order online and both times they said they didnt get my order, so I give up. Also, dont bother with the big boss deal. When I eventually managed to order, got the big boss with absolutely minimal toppings and almost no cheese on some of the pieces. They also never indicated that there was no avo so pizza arrived with only feta on it. Terrible pizza! Please can you guys put a bit of cheese on your pizzas!

Had to wait a long time for the food. We were a family of 8. They couldn't even give us plates and glasses. We called for the manager and he was so rude. He told us to go and buy our own cups. Really poor customer service. Will never go back again and will never recommend pizzahut Emmarentia to anyone! Need to up your service!

Ordered a big boss via Mr D App and the pizza came with hardly any toppings. After trying to eat some of the slices with toppings, family was so upset that the I decided to jump in my car and take the remaining slices back to them. They offered to remake the pizza for us which wasn't too bad. However I don't think we will return. Will stick to Norwood branch, but will avoid pizza hut for a while.

Very disappointing at how long it takes to get one pizza delivered, had to call the call center more than 5 times to eventually to through, the people at the shop don't know how far the delivery guy is cause he left his phone, then they say they will send another driver to look for him??how does any of this make sense!!??over 1 hour 30 min since we placed our order!

The food here seems to be a decent quality however the service is atrocious. The young gentleman behind the counter, I can only assume was the owner or manager is quite unpleasant. Not sure if this is their first attempt as a food service provider but they definitely do not know how to provide decent service and customer relations. Even a smile would suffice.

We as a family truly enjoy pizza hut but our experience at the Emmerentia outlet was horrific the staff kept everyone waiting for service , dropped someone's pizza, another gent had ordered ½ an hour beforehand and they hadn't even started his pizza . The place will not see us again not impressed

I think at the beginning the service was a little bit slow due to them finding their feet. I feel as with anything theres always growing pains. But I must honestly say I have never had anything but a good experience from this place. Staff were always super friendly and the pizza always really delicious! I'll return there soon again.

Guy at the till was very helpfull, we ordered a big boss and he told us the BBQ meat lovers might be hot, my wife can not eat hot stuff, saved us from taking some thing we can't eat, brilliant

Really enjoyed our experience here. The staff were friendly and the pizza was prepared fresh, it was delicious. Read all other reviews and I struggle to understand how it was at the same branch. What I would say though is that the staff were a little slow.

They simply don't want to serve you. Walked in and went to the counter, waited for the cashier for about 3 minutes, I then asked if I could order and she said "no". Waited a bit more and then decided to leave, only they had locked the door so I had to wait for them to unlock the door.

The lady who helped me was very helpful and willing to take the time to find the best thing on the menu for me. She knew the menu well and gave great recommendations, I can be a little hard to please, so I appreciate it. The pizza wasn't the best I'd ever had but it was decent.

Ordered online. Did not receive my order. Tried calling the store and they don't answer their phone. Service in store is non existent. Like others have mentioned, seems like the store doesn't receive orders from the app. I hope management and the owners improve their service.

I waited 2 hours for my food and I live like 5mins away from the store the service is poor they won't bother to help with anything I wouldn't even give them a star because no this is just not it

Staff are super relaxed, and very sociable with each other. The blame is always a confusion with the toppings or mix up of orders. It’s easy to see why. The only way to have a pizza from here is to order it at the counter, watch them make it and sit in.

Very disappointed with the food here. There is SO little topping and cheese. The pizza is so dry it might as well just be plain pizza crusts that we ordered. Would definitely not order from here again!

Totally disappointed with the service order was placed online at 13:47 and over an hour later the order still not delivered. However the manager of the store sorted it out and the driver did unfortunately get a bit lost finding the address.

I am so tired of continuous problems. Your phone doesn't work. Your internet doesn't work. You didn't receive my order that I placed online. You have no back up power. I will not be using you again. This last frustration was it.

Staff is very noisy, rude and unprofessional. So far my worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Had to remove the meat from my pizza, since it was of a weird texture. I can not recommend this place at all.

We ordered online and guess what... No delivery, can't get through to the shop and after an hour of waiting... Shop is closed. Even got a confirmation email that order was received. Rediculous

19.30 on Friday evening I was told they cannot take orders due to over capacity. Peak time on a Friday night and 12 customers are over capacity? Would not recommend even if you hungry.

You can never go wrong with Pizza Hut BUT the medium size is a little too small and I can't even imagine what the small is like!
