Have never met a more useless trio than the three that worked here the evening I am posting this review. I called in for a pickup order at 8.30pm. I showed up at 8.50pm and they had forgotten about my order. Told me it would take five mins. At 8.59, with one minute to go before the curfew and I had to ask them where my food was. The level of incompetence is unmatched. Who picks the people? EDIT: Response to Meg - Thank you but no thank you to your generic response and your non-apology. Considering the other terrible reviews and what seems like fake-good reviews from Patel, you should be investigating the store manager and staff further. I personally will be taking my business to the countless other pizza places in the area than to deal with incompetence and your company's inability to provide quality customer service. Good riddance (:

Just ordered from here tonight in store. They got two of the items we ordered wrong. We specifically stated we want "Honey mustard" wings they gave us "smokey bbq" wings instead. We asked for a half vegan margerita pizza and they gave us a "Super supreme" instead. It's not acceptable to be making mistakes like this when people are paying for what they requested and you not only get one item wrong, but two items wrong, when the names don't even sound alike. In addition to this, I tried to go on the link provided on the receipt to give feedback. When I went to the link, I was required to enter the "feedback code" found on the receipt. There was no feedback code to be found on the receipt. What is the point of asking for feedback when it's not even made accessible? Very bizarre.

Would have given it zero stars if i can. I waited more than 45 min for an order I had placed more than an hour in advance and this is not the first time it has happened. The staff/owner pay no attention to you when you're standing at the counter. When I asked somebody they went in the back to check and just vanished. They didnt even bother to come out and update me. There were 2 other customers who had been waiting for more than an hour and they had the same mediocre service. The staff are undertrained for dealing with customers and have no courtesy whatsoever.

One star is even waste of stars, wrong order details through their online app and then owner not taking responsibility for the pizzas very casual behaviour towards customer service, kept asking where am i from ,i gave the pizza back on their shop and they didnt had the curtesy to give my money back, (thief-took all my money for nothing and didnt took responsibilityfor their own ordering app kept on saying if you would have ordered it through us I would have done something @pizzahut worst store writing an email soon to them as well

Absolutely horrible service! Did not process my delivery order via the Pizza Hut and then had the rude staff had the courtesy to blame me for the fault because my mobile number was wrong! Hello it’s delivery the address is correct and also there is email if you wanted to contact me! I end up aimlessly waiting for over 45 mins for the non-order and end picking it up and still with no apology and lied about the driver waited for 20 mins outside my house. I showed him my cctv footage with sign of anyone. Never again Pizza Hut!

I just ordered from the place today about 30 to 50 minutes ago, the chicken pizza was terrible it had literally nothing what a pizza should taste like followed with a supreme, chicken wings and Hershey's cookie followed with a drink. The only good thing was the drink and cookie but even then it was below mediocre at best I actually felt sick eating the pizza I didn't even eat 3 slices without feeling like I wanted to puke. I will never recommend this place ever stay away from it.

Pushy and rude phone manner. The person with whom I spoke had a thick, Indian or Pakistani accent and was almost unintelligible. He became frustrated when I asked him to repeat what he'd said, so I hung up. A very disappointing experience. Edit: Just noticed what appear to be several fake reviews for this business. Either that, or there are a lot of people named 'Patel' who believe this is the best pizza in the world.

Beware of ordering from this store…. Bad experience!! Not a good quality one and not worthy!! That was from previous order and I ignored. Today I ordered 2 + 2 offer from Uber eats and they delivered only 2 pizza. Upon calling driver said they gave only 2 pizzas. I went physically to the shop and they said it’s driver who took it. Dont bother with these guys. The unrisen dough is referring to a pan pizza. Tbh the only thing pizza hut has going for it is the dough. This mob mess theirs up so that it's dense and rubbery... Every time.

pizza was 1 hour late, called when was 40 mins late and got told the driver was on the way, no sorry, no explanation. delivery guy said store was backed up with orders, why not a phone call or at least an explanation when i called not rudeness? the foreign man on the phone was hard to understand and was just rude and not helpful at all. very disappointed! be more polite to your customers!!

So today when I was riding home from gym. The delivery person from this store hit me when he drove out of the alleyway when I crossed. He didnt say sorry and just drove away. I went in the store and told the worker about it but they avoided it and said it wasn't him. I got the car number plate. My puffer jacket ripped from the hit and my left knee hurts. I'll sue this place.

How do we change the order of Pizza Hut? Made the wrong order but Pizza Hut doesn’t have the actual customer service to edit. They only transfer you to the store and the store said you made the order online you can’t change it. Unbelievable. And also even the website said the order is ready to collect but always had to wait at the store. Ridiculous

WORST PIZZA PLACE ON THE PLANET. Waited an HOUR for my pizza after it had "left the store" was given ICE COLD PIZZA and now, 2.5 hours later they haven't answered their phone to the call centre or myself and replaced it and we have to wait another day to get our food?! WHAT IS THIS?? They CONSTANTLY take 40+ minutes to deliver pizza, it's a JOKE.

To google if every other restaurant, food place is closed still never present this money hole. If you order and they don't have it will never refund you instead send something else and ignore your call no matter what. If no star is the option that one is for this place worst of all. I think no one else can beat them in being the lowest.

Last 2 times we have ordered they haven't got our orders correct. We ordered a Super Supreme thin & crispy but got another Hot & Spicy instead. Obviously somebody cannot read what we have ordered. Pizzas are fine but why can't they get it right. Not good enough considering we are spending good money with them

Ordered online for delivery. Ive only had PizzaHut when I was a kid so I decided to give it a try as an adult. They are the worst pizzas I've ever had. I ask my friends if I happened to order on a bad day but literally everyone has told me Pizzahut is garbage. Go to your local joint or at least dominoes.

The worst pizza ever. We have got 2 pizzas and one is completely burnt. If we ask their answer is that their oven is not working properly and all pizzas are same. As a customer, I advice when your only oven is not working DO NOT MAKE PIZZAS until it is alright. But don't serve customers like this.

Bought 3 pizzas & 3 sides last Sunday for $ 38 something. Upon pick up & arrived home I was surprised they charged my credit card $ 5 for Sunday surcharge. If I knew I would rather buy somewhere else. You should declare your surcharge prior, not just charged without telling customers. Not nice.

I have been living two blocks away from this store from last 4 years, the overall service was okay but the new owner who took over this place couple of months ago have improved this store to its best. Amazing customer service and expectional time of delivery.

I ordered a vegan pizza with no mushrooms, and it came with mushrooms. It looked like no care was made to make the pizza. I know it's just pizza hut, but they do charge more than places like dominos. This was not even an average pizza. It was pretty bad

Fast service, the pizza with thin crust was good (but not excellent), Coke was icy cold (exactly how I like it) and chipotle chicken was tasty. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend this place.

This is worst pizza I have had from Pizza Hut in 40 years. The delivery was 20 minutes after the allotted time & the pizza was barely warm. No apology from the delivery driver for the late delivery. Will not be using Pizza Hut again.

Went in on Saturday and ordered a Personal Pan Pepperoni and, after they finished cooking, told me that they didn't have that pan size ready or something and gave me a free upgrade to the next size up. Absolute legends!

Gave us beef lasagne instead of chicken pasta and then staff member named zyed misbehaved when contacted them to inform the mistake. Instead of accepting the mistake and correcting it, staff just started being rude.

Ordered on Uber eats and forgot to add drinks, I called up and tried to add on some drinks to the order only to get hung up on and when trying to call back their line was “busy”. Really disgraceful service

I work at Footscray hospital and frequently order pick up pizza from this outlet - always ready on time, hot and tasty pizza at reasonable prices for my team of doctors and nurses. No complaints!
