Rudest manager I have ever encountered. Called to tell me that I entered the address wrong and driver would be at my place in one minute. Turns out it was a system error (not mine), but still, 35 minutes later there was no pizza. Contacted the store again to be told he would be there in 5 minutes. Drove down to the store to see what the mix up was, only to be abused by your idiot manager who continued to say that it was our fault and that we had told the driver that we didn't order pizza. She really did not want to refund our money either. What should have been a simple apology for the mix up, was instead 15 minutes of the manager arguing and saying it was all out fault and calling us idiots. Fantastic customer service! When I tried to demonstrate what happens when I type the address in to the website she didn't want to see, and when one of her employees tried to tell her that he had delivered to us before without any issues, her response to him was "I don't care about you". Pizza hut should be ashamed of how this manager treats not only her customers, but her employees too. Needless to say I took my money to Domino's and will definitely be taking this further!

My husband ordered two Vegetarian Pizzas(Thin And Crsipy base) from Ingleburn Pizza Hut store. We picked it up and received it home cold even though the store is only 10 min drive from our house. I called the store and spoke to “Priya” and said she was one of the mangers, politely explaining our pizza was cold and asked why, she then handed me over to the next manager which was so rude on the phone. I again explained to him politely what happened and that we had received our pizza cold and explained we are happy to send it back and show them it was cold and stale. He accused me of living further away even though we picked it up (which means he doesn’t know our address) to get away from the situation and called me “bitch” and that didn’t satisfy him enough and hang up in my face without a solution. I will never in my life purchase anything from this store again and would like to receive my money back ASAP! DISCUSTING!

I received a confirmation email stating my order will be delivered by 7.27pm it was around 7.45 no delivery still therefore called the store automated msg said order has been delivered call got transferred to staff member at ingleburn turns out my order wasn't received staff member states they will get the Manager to call me manager called stating no order was received i stated i received a confirmation email manager said its a system error and I said i had been waiting for an hour and received a confirmation manager kept arking up blaming the system which I do understand things happen however very rude of the manager to ark up and give attitude not even a sorry about the order nothing in which I confronted him about he then told me to go elsewhere then once I confronted his manorism! very rude manager no people skills

Not worth wasting your time there. First they missed our drink. I called and informed them. A credit was given but our meal is still spoilt. Once we opened pizza we realised rather than a Hot and spicy veggies it was Hot and spicy chicken. Luckily we eat chicken so we were ok but I still called store to inform them about their mistake as could have been a big issue for someone vegetarian but rather than being apologetic about it they said because we have eaten it they can’t do anything. I told them few times that I don’t want them to compensate but they should know it was a big mistake than missing a drink. But rather than accepting the mistake all they said ‘oh topings got mixed ‘ with no apologies. People really need to own their mistakes and understand your credit doesn’t fix someone’s spoilt dinner.

I only gave one star because I had no other option!! Almost two hours for delivery, when I called to inquire where our order was, the man that took my call was so rude, his reasoning for our order being delayed was “no one wants to come and pick up their order” I then suggested they get hire more people his response was “that’s not my job” I then asked to speak with the manager who was apparently out, I then advised that I would be making a complain to which he responded “you do that” then hung up the phone! Never have I experienced such poor customer service. We have been a long time customer, but sadly no more…..

Really terrible experience, ordered delivery and took over an hour and a half, we called the number and after talking to an automated voice finally got through to someone and the pizza arrived. When we opened the box the pizzas were dry, hardly any cheese and had no real flavour, the wings had barely any sauce on them and the brownie was dry as well. Disappointed as we spent over $50 for hardly eatable pizza. Hard to believe there could be any pizza not worth eating but they managed it. Will never be ordering from here again and would suggest you look elsewhere for pizza that is eatable.

Wouldnt even recommend 1 star, had to in order to be able to leave a review. Most disrespectful, rude, arrogant store manager/supervisor, I believe his name was Brett. How he maintains a job there has got me baffled.. Pizzas were an hour & 45 mins late & his excuse was 'covid regulations & under staffed' followed by hanging up on me. No apologies.. Will be making a formal complaint to head office. Every other take out follows covid regulations yet manage to get the order to you within reasonable time. To wait almost 2 hours for an order, youre obviously doing something wrong!!

Order never received. Had to put in a paypal refund request. Management always has the same excuse that the driver had an accident. I would give it a minus 0 if I could. On several occasions when the pizza was actually received after a substantial period of time, it was burnt as indicated by other reviewers. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. False accusations of verbally abusing the driver by the shift in charge was the last string attached......BE CAREFUL OF THEIR Dodgy antics.

Received to pick up a order at 950 to pick up a order. Drive 10mins to destination. Staff tell me that they are closed.... waisted my time.. have to cancel order. Then the staff member starts swearing at me as I walked out the store. Like it my fult . They advertised to close at 11pm, not 10am. I ask to speak to the boss, he said he was the boss. Was like a scared pig to my face when i confronted him.... hope management and pizza hut see this.... reposted on every platform I can find. Bad pizzas anyway...

Shocking service. We ordered pizza for dinner, waited over an hour, called to see what was happening. Our order was delivered to the wrong address, ( as online it said delivered) they took the money and when we called they told us there was no order and noone even in our street with that street name on record having had an order. No refund and some very hungry kids. Very disappointed!

Ordered and it came in decent time. However. They forgot my garlic bread. I contacted the store and they said it would be sent out with the next driver. It took 40 minutes before it was delivered after my family had finished their meal. I understand mistakes happen but to not make it a top priority to correct that mistake is disgraceful.

Rudest manager i have ever spoken to on call, would NOT recommend delievery. she was yelling and arguing as to why the pizza was 40 minutes late even though i was just simply asking why it was late and when it would be here... poor choice of a manager, she should definetly work on her communication skills as a "manager"

Ordered a pizza. It come after 1.5 hrs cold and soggy. When I call the store about it they say you can come and give back the pizza to get a refund. Their system says the Pizza was delivered at 6:08 when it actually arrived at 6:46. This is by far the worst of the Pizza Huts I have tried.

Manager need some lessons in Customer Service. She was so rude when I was trying to find out where my order was, when it was 40 mins late. She told me they were too busy and hung up on me. Good bye Pizza Hut hello Dominos. Would not recommend this restaurant, and the pizza was cold

Got delivered a wrong pizza, called them up and they said they’d bring the right one in 45 minutes. One hour later I had to call them, they said it will be 15 minutes more - I commented on the incredibly long wait and they said oh well the driver is already on his way

Never had problems with is Pizza Hut, my favourite by far!! Credit to Sanjay, always meets our requirements every time. Brett and Jesse are awesome staff members also know me very well and know how I like my pizza. Always made consistently fresh and very accurate!!

The most disrespectful person answered my call on friday the 24/4 at 11:43pm with sickning attitude and all i called for was they messed up my order! He wouldnt listen to what i had to say all i got was we're closing in 15 mins. The worst costumer service ever!!

Who ever was cooking the pizza here at 12:05pm 26th September 2017 should get the sack. The pizza wasn't cooked and the topping wasn't even on it properly. Usually this is a good pizza shop but today I basically paid $15 for dog food.

Topping was generous, but the flavour just didn't compare to how I remembered it years when I was young, I think since we have such a big choice of pizza places it has really emphasised how below subpar the big pizza chains are

Pizzas arrived hot and not squashed to the box lids. Only gave 3 stars due to the pizzas not being cut all the way through which meant when trying to take 1 slice I got 2 or sometimes 3 slices.
