Dear Failhut, We ordered our pizza at 7:15. We waited expecting our pizza to arrive in a timely manner, however, the clock struck 7:45 and we were wondering how our pizza going. As a result, we decided to have a look at your wonderful pizza tracker. The order was being prepared. This is understandable as it’s a friday night, peak pizza in the pizza world. 8:15 rolls past, we check the pizza tracker once again. It’s still being prepared… We are reasonable people and once again, it is peak pizza time. The footy is on, the beers are flowing.. but that’s peak pizza time right!? But still, our pizza is still being prepared. That’s fine, we will happily wait for some prime pizza at pizza time. The clock strikes 8:40. “Let’s check the tracker!” and to our dismay, pizza tracker unavailable. So we decide to call. We waited for a few minutes and the store did not answer. The automated message said our pizza was out for delivery and due at 7:52pm. But that’s fine. we are patient folks. Like we said, prime pizza time. 9pm rolls around, we are well and truly ready to eat. We called and left a voicemail and were told we would get a response. No response came. Half a tube of pringles later, we called again and finally got in touch with a lovely lady. We told her of our issue and she placed us on hold as she looked into the situation. We prayed to the pizza gods as we patiently waitied on hold hoping our door bell would ring any second, but to our dismay we stayed on hold for a further 13 minutes. We listed to your pizza hut jam on repeat for 13 MINUTES (if only i had maraca’s). The tunes finally stopped only because we were hung up on. DEVEASTAED! Finally, after two hours, our pizza arrived. Cold. We sincerely hope that dominoes will do better next time.

Ordered 3 pizzas for hungry teens 3 hours ago via the Pizza Hut app. Their real time tracking shows the order as "Your order is getting ready to be delivered". Has been like that for the last hour, having taken 2 hours to get made and cooked. Many phone calls to the store (instantly goes to message back which is full, which terminates the call) and the Customer Service line which is currently unattended, messages left. This is the first major issue I have had with Pizza Hut Menai, smaller ones like no sauces for sides, wrong bases etc. are frustrating but at least it arrives. To not deliver or contact us saying there is an issue is tantamount to theft. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again

Thank you to Mario I was able to organise six beautiful pizzas and six sides on grand final day of the NRL able to pay for them & organise to pick up at a suitable time everything was perfect we organise to pick up the pizzas at 6:30 and all absolutely delicious haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza for a long time and really am really impressed! Mario made it so easy they were hot they were flavoursome there was plenty of toppings thank you to Mario & the team We all enjoyed not having to cook and you made it so easy & we will definitely organise to do this again next year! thanks again Mario n the Pizza Hut team Margie from Menai

We usually like to get a vege sensation pizza once a week at night. The last 4 orders have been horrible they deliver 40+ mins later than usual forget sauces and the pizza and garlic bread are cold. Pizza hut has one job, make pizza. This particular order the guy at the store told me they ran out of aoli drizzle so they don't even bother to ring and tell you. I have left consistent 1 star reviews with a description their customer satisfaction survey and nothing changes. Pointless organisation.. will be calling head office

Ordered through Menulog, paid for Ben & Jerry's Icecream $15, and they tried to deliver a small box of magnum icecream instead which are only $5. Refused the order, and told them to take it back. Driver told me the shop had closed. I gave him the order and he then updated the order as "delivered". We went hungry, and are now out of pocket $34.00. This is the second night in a row that Menulog suppliers have accepted our order and then tried to palm off a much cheaper product.

So decided to support local businesses tonight order from Pizza Hut Menai from the chicken wings menu. Extremely disappointed the chicken was cold in the Center of them,asked for the peri peri flavour but got plain chicken. After spending $48.00 for 2 x 6 packs of wings and cheesy garlic bread Total rip off had to re cook food. Never again Pizza Hut.

We regularly order the Tuesday special to pick up. Once we let deliver us home. The quality and temperature is always very good. If you have to wait longer on site from time to time you get a free Coke. The staff is always friendly. For $ 3 extra charge you can buy gluten-free pizza. Only 4 stars because of the poor website.

Had to call when online system didn't have the address for our party. Delivered on time to right place, and when driver found they hadn't packed the drinks, he went back and got them. No charge till full order delivered. Tastes better than Dominoes, where the pizza seems to keep shrinking?

Some reason I got charge twice for a order and they said that they will refund me back on the 1st of December. I still haven't been refunded after calling 4 times. As they keep saying they have to speak to there manager. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I’ve ordered a couple times under the new management, amazing service, very friendly and most importantly the pizzas are amazing and filled with toppings!! Highly recommend.

Ordered pizza many times ,lately menai branch don't have deep pan they always run out deep pan ,and if you talk about quality of thin base trust me papaddums are much better as they are badly burnt and hard to eat,goes in bin.

We have been ordering from Menai for ages and never had a complaint until they served this sh#t to me. Unfortunately I had already made my way home to hungry kids and couldn't be bothered driving back. The kids didn't eat it .

I have ordered twice now under the new management. Pizza has been fresh and hot. Toppings and pizza perfect. Delivery drivers friendly and prompt.

Pizza Hut Menai didnt deliver pizza and cant even call to get through to them as message bank is full. This is theft

Its not bad but the delivery is very slow and sometimes the pizzas get cooked a bit more than what they should
