My son Nik ordered from Pizza Hut Pakenham on 11th Mar 2022. He placed the takeaway order on the phone via the main Pizza Hut number 13 11 66. The lady on the phone said that the order was placed successfully and so was the payment. She told my son that she had communicated and passed on the order to the store. When I went there to pick up the order, the franchise owner Amrit was adamant that there was no order under the name Nik. Not only did I provide the name that the order was under, but I also gave the order number "5721bfaa" provided by Pizza Hut on the phone. Amrit went on to state that they do not follow protocols via order numbers. I was left without food and $50 taken out of my son's bank account. I came back home and my son rang up Pizza Hut again, they mentioned that they had already passed on the order to the Pakenham store but would request to call my son back in 2 minutes which they did. Amrit called my son and said yes indeed there is an order here under your name. I then drove back all the way to pick up the cold food and received horrible customer service again from Amrit. He yelled at me again and said we do not follow order numbers. After receiving the cold food and receipt, I checked the receipt, and it had the order number on it the entire time. Very very disappointed, we will never come back here again and I suggest to others not to give them any business for their lack of customer service.

Waited 3 hours for delivery at 6:45pm went into the store as all attempts to reach them had been failing, went into store was advised all delivery orders are not being made, asked for refund and was REFUSED they took my details and said they will refund ASAP… what if this was a treat for a low income family... have been advised I will have to wait 3 days (5 days due to weekend) for a refund after an investigation is done by management, this borders on illegal activity... safe to say avoid this store its shocking. Edit: nice of them to respond but it’s now Tuesday and we have called the hotline still no refund, still waiting for a call back, no notification on whether we had a pizza ready prior to visiting the store, which we then where told we are just not making those. come on this is not a small pizza place this is a chain like a Mac Donald’s this should be unheard of, safe to say Pizza Hut lost a few long time customers over this!

Not a good experience.I ordered takeaway online 2 Veggie Sensations, 1 Vegan Mediterranean and 1 Margarita Pizzas. Firstly they messed up the pizzas because I got 2 Vegan Mediterranean instead of 1, and I got 1 Veggie instead of 2. Okay so that is understandable, maybe they messed up the order but which is forgivable but the amount of toppings on pizzas were very little. It felt like eating hard toasted bread with tomato sauce. The base sauce was very salty and cold (like cold cold). You can go there yourself and look. But after this visit, I won't be coming back anytime soon.

When they're good they're good. And mostly they are good. However, tonight we ordered at 6pm and didn't receive until well after 7pm. In that time I'd made 3 calls and left 3 messages to cancel the order because we had to leave the house at 7:15. No answer. The driver arrives and I spoke with the manager who made no apologies, just an excuse that they were busy, and also wouldn't give a refund. I put the pizzas in the fridge and we headed out. Not sure if I'll continue to support them, as Domino's is only just up the road. A refund should have been offered in this instance, and this would have derailed my review.

Ordered thought the Pizza Hut app, waited about 2 hours before calling to see what was going on with my order, got though to head office and the lady on the other end said she contacted someone from the store and they would call me shortly to sort out my order, waited an extra hour for a phone call that never happened, so I called the office back and this time I was told the store had already closed and she would lodge a complaint for me and that I will get an email from the complaint department, I am yet to receive the email and I haven't received a refund. Will not be ordering from this store again.

Not a good experience, I understand they are very busy and are with new staff that is on training but, firstly they placed wrong order, when my food was ready after 25 min wait , they said oh wait for another 10 min which took another 15 min instead. I had patience so I waited. What disappointed me the cheesy garlic bread was not well cooked. You can cheese see cold cheese strings not cooked on top of the cheesy garlic bread. Also I requested for extra toppings that I paid for were not even there on the pizza. Not happy, I was so excited for Pizza Hut finally in PAKENHAM but not coming back.

This is one of worse pizzas I ever had in my entire life! I ordered half "mega meatlover" half "smoky chicken" large pizza last night to pickup. After came home and opened the box, I was shocked! The pizza was spreaded with excessive amount of cheap barbecue sauce, all I saw was barbecue sauce not a proper pizza. I never had a pizza with heavy barbecue sauce topping in my entire life! I spent $25.50 to buy a rubbish!

I got this beautiful large super supreme pizza with anchovies. The customer service was friendly and courteous. I didn't have to wait long and I was very satisfied with the pizza that I got. I left the crust choice upto them and I was pleasantly satisfied with what they chose for me. Ample parking with easy access from car parking areas. They have home delivery services also and they also do phone bookings for pick up as well.

It may be a new store but the people running it are already doing a great job! They're all so lovely!!!! Pizza hut's automative phone ordering system messed up my pizzas crust/base, i wanted a deep pan pizza and ended up with a traditional base (flat based). The staff were so understanding, professional and kind. They remade my pizza and even RAN to my car to give it to me Being autistic i couldn't deal with the difference in the pizza base textures, so this really ment alot THANK YOU

I ordered at 1930 and the app said at 2030 they were ready but waiting to be delivered. So at 2130 I called and asked what was going on. Head office couldn't find out so my son went there and they hadn't even started making them. So we then ordered and they made them. When my son got back the only pizza that was forgotten to be made was mine. So back we went and I got really angry because I was hungry. There was no contact from them to tell us that they had problems with their online ordering.

The staff at Pizza Hut Pakenham were friendly and polite, and the pizza was ready for pickup on time. However, the food was disappointing to say the least. Had two slices of the pizza and the rest was sadly binned. It was inedible. The pizza lacked flavour, the dough was chewy and overall it tasted slightly better than cardboard. (No exaggeration) Understand it’s a new store and they are getting their act together, but that’s no excuse for serving poor quality food to paying customers.

Pizza arrived looking like this, when young female took it back the owner or manager proceeded to yell and insult young female to the point another customer felt obliged to step in to check if she was alright. Then proceeded to charge full price for a replacement Pizza was bad Service was abismal Would never go back and would never recommend anyone go here

I have only ever ordered online and everytime I've had a great experience I get the Hershey Cookie deal its a pretty good deal tbh and they have that pan crust down pat its delicious, I try to not order too often I'm sure it's heart attack food but it's delicious! We were delivered the wrong pizza, yet when we attempted to call the store we found that there is no direct number, instead we had to deal with a call centre. After the call centre made numerous attempts to contact the store they told us to wait for them to call back. When they didn't call us back we drove down to the store ourselves. They were rude and unapologetic we asked for a refund, left the pizza there and went to another pizza shop down the road.

I can’t give u even one star. But I have no option, today in the evening my husband ordered two vegetarian pizzas, because I m vegetarian. And when I m come from my job and I m very hungry, I eaten two slice of pizza and then my husband eat my pizza and he told to me… chicken on this pizza and he show me. But if they are open then I go to there and ask from them wht unfortunately they close. I never go there.

I ordered Uber eats of Hawaii pizza and chicken wings at 10 and I got two noodles at 10:30. I called them for 20mins. No one answered the phone. At 11 the reception told Them me they closed. Terrible experience!!!! If you don’t want to work, just closed the uber eats app.

Why it is so hard to get through to this store? No direct phone number if we want to amend the order or anything. We call the 13 number and then it get's transferred to Footscray which is absurd. I hope Pizza Hut works on getting contact numbers for the outlets itself rather than calling the 13 number.

I’ve had better frozen pizza than this place. Thought I was try it out being a new store. The pizza had absolutely no taste, rather salty with the dough being chewy, clearly the dough is not made in store, Hopefully once this store is open for longer I may perhaps try again and give benefit of doubt

It was delayed by about 20 odd minutes but it’s probably a new store so teething problems. Hopefully they resolve it because the pizzas are nice. They could have put less sauce on the pizza and slice it properly but otherwise, the pizzas were yummy.
