If I could leave less than one star I would!!!... About a week ago my girlfriend and I ordered online for delivery, they came more than 20mins later than they said they would be, rude, no manners,no apology, once I gave the delivery driver the money he stood there expecting me to say don't worry about the change (which I normally would have to a polite driver but we wanted to give the $7 change to her son to spend at the school canteen), he then pretended he had miss placed his change even though he put my money in his bum bag, he then went to his car and Pretended to look for his change, asked if it was ok if he could bring the change back first thing in the morning, which I said ok,then wanting to make sure he was going to come back we called the store twice about an hour later, the first time we rang, they rudely said that they knew nothing about it but they would speak to their driver to make sure he does (the person who answered the phone sounded like it was the same driver). The second Time the shop answered they said the normal pizza hut greeting, my girlfriend said she was calling to see if they had spoken to the driver about the $7 and they hung up on her straight away..... I have them delivering the pizzas on my CCTV recording and the driver and his car are clearly visible the whole time... I'm now trying to decide if I go to the store and ask one last time, (we've been going there at least once a week for over a year) or if I go to the police about it just on principle and who knows how many other people are being robbed...yes I know it's only $7 but the footage is so clear and it is theift.... DON'T LET THEM ROB YOU!!!

People with FOOD INTOLERANCES be careful. I ordered off Uber eats purely because it was the only local pizza place who had vegan cheese. I am dairy intolerant (quite badly). I wrote in the pizza’s “special instructions - leave notes for the kitchen” section of the app to please use vegan (dairy free) cheese. The pizza arrived and it didn’t look dairy free as dairy free cheese often doesn’t melt well. I’ve found a few that melt amazingly so thought it’d be fine because pizza hut would surely get these requests all the time being such a big company who mention they’re vegan friendly. I tried a tiny bite and was still uncomfortable so I just called them for peace of mind before I ate more. They found my order and said “oh no sorry, the notes don’t go through to the kitchen, they just get the order. But if you want it another time we can do it free.” I truly hate to think what would have happened if I didn’t literally trust my gut and called them to check. I would have been verrry unwell. Food allergies and intolerances are serious. And if you offer catering for people like us, all precautions need to be followed to ensure you don’t cause harm to someone from negligence. That especially means finding a way to view dietary notes people make on their orders so that the people who are making the food in the kitchen see the information that people are providing in the section where we are supposed to provide this. So so so worrying.

I was prompted for a review, very timely. Last time about a week ago during the week I asked for extra sauce on both pizzas, traditional base, ordered a peperoni and vegetarian. Recieved a peperoni that was bone dry, not an exaggeration, thin crust and vegetarian without peperoni. Perhaps deliberately? Previously after collection the Pizza Hut Admin couldn't get through to the outlet after being handed a couple pizzas which weren't mine! The Admin insisted I wait at home while they keep trying to make contact, 45Min waiting, no luck!!! Just decided to drive back and told the nasty/rude staff member that works on the weekends about the insistence to wait and not being able to make contact for 45 Min. I was blamed when I got there to complain and he whinged about having to deal with the other customer. Normally a nice lady who is very accomodating is there but I suspect the partner of the weekend staff may have been responsible for my latest experience. If possible stay away, especially on weekends, bunch of nasty useless clowns. No sense of appropriate behaviour like smiling? Thank you, hello, have a good night. Zombies...

I would give 0 stars if I could. Quite literally the worse experience of my LIFE! Placed an order at 5pm and by 6pm nothing... Called the store and got told the order had just left the store... 7pm.. nothing.. called the store again and apparently there was never an order in the system under our name and then got hung up on... my partner tried to call and got hung on as well. Went into the store and the manager refused to refund me my money even after showing him all the details of the order and money being taken out of my account. They said they would refund in 7 days... 4 weeks later and I am still yet to receive any refund. Customer service said they would refund our money and we are still waiting... I refuse to ever use such a service again! Appalling customer service!

We ordered for a quick easy meal for our kids. Order was put in at 5.54pm via website for 4 pizzas and 4 sides delivered. Constant checking on website and ringing and leaving messages with no replies. App said it was coming at 6.24, at 7.54 I drove my car to the store and found out they hadn’t even made the order. The staff’s response was they were busy! My family didn’t get fed for over 2 hours because they had too many orders. They didn’t apologise or acknowledge it. They gave us one small chocolate mousse for 5 people, without any apologies for 2 hours waiting and driving down to get the ‘delivered’ food. I recommend and will use Dominos next time. If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. Where’s our refund for delivery and delay Pizza Hut??

We ordered a delivery via Uber tonight. We had a missing drink when the order was delivered, my partner called, only to be put on hold for 30 mins at a call centre, they then argued saying they did send a drink, though we did not receive it and told the driver too. They then said they would send one out. Well 2hrs later we call, again on hold, finally get through and they say it will be there in 5 minutes. Needless to say it hasn't yet arrived and it has been in total over 3hrs since our order was delivered. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service & I cannot comprehend why you can't just call the store directly to avoid this. The food was ok, but the overall experience left a horrible taste. First and last order from us.

Honestly such a bad experience with pizza hut. I dont even want to give them a 1. Last week I ordered a vegan pizza through menulog and they sent me a pizza with real cheese so I couldn't eat it. I couldn't even get through to them via phone because all they have is a 1300 number and it just rang out. Tonight I tried to give them a second chance and my partner ordered two vegan pizzas, one normal pizza, a cheeseburger pizza and some chips...they sent us a margarita pizza and chicken wings. Honestly how can you get the order so wrong. So disappointed. I have now had to order from somewhere else and have to wait over am hour. Part of that order was for my nephew so now he goes foodless for an hour.

They are not in any way worried about customer service. I ordered a pizza online because there was a %30 off deal that you wrote a coupon in at the checkout, well I checked out and there was no where to put the coupon, when I pressed "done" I expected something to come up still for me to put the coupon in but it didn't and I'd just purchased a $26 pizza that I would never have bought if there wasn't a promise of %30 off. They were so unhelpful when I asked to get the %30 off. They said next time to call and get the %30 off that way. I said there won't be a next time and anyone I meet now will also know DON'T GO TO PIZZA HUT!

Payment via google says unsuccessful resulting on me paying twice with 2 different cards for $58.19. One order delivered but the other never got refunded as promised. The shop advised to call PizzaHut callcenter to cancel one of the order. Called 3 times to pizzaHut and every time they try to contact the local shop, they couldn’t reach them and told me they’ll try to resolved the issue and apologised. Yet they’ll also hang up my call after few minutes of all those 3 calls. Doggy pizzaHuts for transaction dispute. Proof of my 2 card deduction is attached. Don’t expect to get your money back if you have transaction issue.

Put an order through at 2pm and specified to the lady to have it ready at 5.30pm. Walk into the store at 5.30 to get my order and she says there's "no order" and that it'll be ready in "10 minutes" because she didnt want the pizza to go cold earlier on? People STARTED making our pizzas at 5.45 and they were ready at 6. The whole point of ordering in advance is so you dont have to wait...it was ready half an hour after I wanted to come and pick it up. She made everyone elses pizzas first, and then mine. I waited longer than people who got there 10 minutes after me. Very very poor service/logic with these people .

Terrible service. Tried to order a single pizza in store but the guy serving me was on another planet, seemed to have no idea what he was doing or what day it was. I had to repeat the order 5 times, literally 5 times over the course of about 10 minutes while he fiddled with the touch screen. Then he read the order back to me and it was still wrong! When I got the pizza, they had not included the anchovies that I ordered and paid for but had added BBQ sauce which I did not ask for. Woeful service. This is the third time in recent months that they have screwed up our order. We won't be going back to this store again.

I got scammed for my money. I ordered a $5 Medium Pan but got a personal pan for the same price EVEN THOUGH it is $3 on the website and told me that you have to order it online. Did not warn me about it. Would not even give compensation or refund. No information, nothing.Not in the store; not in the website. Would not recommend going here. I could not have been bothered to fight so I left with my pizza. The pizza tasted like A$$. Cheese wasn't melted thoroughly; tasted like I was chewing on plastic. Dough was raw at certain bits. Ordered online. Pizza was meant to be ready in 14 minutes. Drove to store when the app said "ready for collection". No staff member in store. Door was locked. No sign on door. Open sign flashing. 5 minutes later staff member appears. Tells me he's been on delivery and it will take another 10 minutes to make my order. I ordered 6 wings and the potatoe gems Gems were not cooked, soft and just grose, chicken was literally just, just on the boarder of not being safe to eat so yuck. I ended up heating the gems and the chicken I ended up just throwing out the texture screamed food poisoning. Still ate the gems as I was stuck at work. Really disgustingly shocking considering is was 18 bucks Never Again lesson lernt How the hell are you still in business?

So I have a good ending to a bad time. Basically I did get a partial refund and I thank the people of the store for this. So now that is out of the way.. I ordered the triple hut meal, The pizza was undercooked and tasted off the dough was doughy and the cheese in the crust was still partially solid., Garlic bread was stale and the cheese garlic bread was also undercooked. I understand that ordering out on this night of the review it was cold but it tasted to me that the heat wasnt quite working correctly.

Ordered a bunch of pizzas to reward staff for their hard work. Half of the pizza had some sort of chemical taste to it and people were spitting it out it was inedible. Even though some pizzas were OK it ruined the lunch as people lost their appetite. Requested refund and offered what was left to manager to prove it was off. Figured mistakes happen if they gave me a refund all would be forgiven but are stringing me along and after 3 weeks I have not seen a refund. Horrible, would not recommend.

We really enjoyed the mold on our garlic bread. Gave it a different texture to what Im used to. Don't forget to ask for it next time. But when they call you about it. They will remind you that the "bread was still in date, and what do you want out of this?" Because we all know it doesn't matter how you store it. If the label is good then eat up. But hey what would i know working in hospitality most my life. And don't worry about the the apology, it's all we wanted.

Absolutely disgusting. The worker there was walking around in open toe sandles, the floor was putrid and sticky.. Hygiene doesn't seem to be a thing in this place. The guy was also not wearing his mask and continued to not do so until I paid.. It's run down and disgusting, the AC machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a few decades.. Honestly wished I ordered at my normal pizza place to be honest. I'm genuinely concerned about my food haha. Oh well...

Got the wrong pizza delivered and no-one returned my call to rectify the problem. This meant my daughter couldn't eat anything as she is unable to digest meat. Also delivery driver was extremely rude, being on his phone having a conversation in another language the whole time which he didn't even bother to interrupt to speak to me as he handed over the meal. Will return to Dominos for pizza in future as Pizza Hut don't seem interested in dealing with the issue.

Me and my girfriend went there to grab an order, two guys at front were idiots, seems like Indian guys. Kept looking so weird way and she asked me to wait there and she went out of the shop and told me later, she felt so uncomfortable. Owner should teach them customer service or throw them out of the shop. Date-20/05/2023 around 4pm. Never coming back to this shop. Such an idiots.

The staff member who served had no idea eg I don’t think staff knew which planet she was on. I ordered a small pizza with anchovies staff was not sure I could do that. Asked how long it will take to cook had no idea and replied about 15-20 minutes. When I went there in 15 mins to pick up it was bloody cold. Prob only took 10 mins to cool. Paid $21 for a small pizza. Cold and with dry anchovies Well won’t be going back there

Wasn't a present dinner for me. Domino tastes better. Order my first pizza here thought give it a try.1/7/22 But the flavour bit sad Spent almost 50 dollars but none of them was nice . I and my partner end up feeding the birds the next day. They also sent my order wrong as well. Ask for the spicy wings but sent us peri-peri or buffalo I only had 1 because it's way too sour.

Terrible service so as the Manager. Ordered pizza's for delivery which was almost 2 hours late. Tried callin store plenty of time but no response. Finally after an hour and half the manager answered the call and no apologies from him. All I heard was we are busy and can't do much about it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never ever going back.

Get pizza from here often and is always great quality but last night i ordered pizzas and they were really good but the crusts had been mixed up accidentally but it wasn't a big issue i still let them know about it and today they contacted me and made sure to resolve the situation which they did and im extremely happy with the customer service

Dilicious pizza but more on the average side if your looking for good quality pizza but not gourmet food or too fancy. Simple yet yummy pizza and pasta also sides, deserts and fantastic on a family buget meal deals!! You can't really wrong. Sit in and take away options--eat in is basic but cosy and modern with fast service.

I pre ordered 2 hours before for 12:45 delivery. Came at 1:15. Half an hour over. I cancelled and wanted a refund. Nothing was done about it. Will never come back. Absolutely disgusting.

What a shame!! Absolutely unorganised and unprofessional staff, working with open hair, no gloves, no shoes. The staff was an absolute joke. Dropping the dishes on the floor and then using them without washing. Eating food behind the counter while cooking at the same time. Will never visit again!!

Waited at least 50 minutes for my pizza after one worker walked out for a coffee on a clearly busy night, pizza was mediocre, service was awful, nothing done to rectify wait. Pizzalicious is next door, cheaper, tastes better and service is excellent, I will be going there from now on.

Delivery driver left food at my back door where animals got to it. Claims he called which I got no calls or notified it was delivered. Given no solution just forced to deal with it. Great service guys.

Had to wait 50 minutes for 1 pizza and a garlic bread and by the time I got the pizza and the garlic bread the garlic bread was stone cold and they didn't offer any Complimentarys I recommend going to Pizzalicous far better service and pizza.

I usually get the boneless chicken wings here and they're really nice! They got my order wrong last time though and gave me the spicy boneless wings, which were too hot for me to enjoy.
