The pizza was made on time and it was nice and hot. However the amount of Jalapenos were not enough. We got a slice of jalapeno on each slice of Pizza. I have ordered from this location previously and never had an issue. The wings were a bit crispy which leads me to believe that they were sitting in the holding cabinet for too long before being reheated. The young lady who took care of me was friendly. It is my understanding that there is a change of ownership, the new owner might want to think different way to reduce costs instead compromising the amount of ingredients. I am in restaurant business and I am very aware of the high cost of food that we are currently experiencing. I would rather pay an additional dollar for the right amount of ingredient.

I'm the 1st to complain if I don't get what I paid for and I'm also the 1st to brag and compliment when I do! Great job form top to bottom...Everything was prepared exactly the way I ordered it, and I received everything I expected. Finally, they included all the "extra" toppings I paid for and prepared it Exactly the way I like it...Super Job!

Cashier double-checked everything before taking my money...assured me that she communicated the "special" instructions to the cooks.

Pizza Hut is going down the drain. Don’t order “extra” cheese or extra toppings of the same kind because you won’t get it. They will skim you on it. Then, the managers will come out and tell you it’s under the cheese or something. There is a shortage on most items…I’m sure, but don’t allow customers to pay for something you will scale back on. If your cooks don’t make it correctly, have them remake it. Don’t try to Justify what they did. Terrible customer service in that regard! This has been my experience several times. The North Park Location in Kingwood is the worst! This is just MY experience…MY opinion!

I've been to every pizza hut around here, and this one is the only one who gets my order right every time, everything I order always is delicious and never over cooked, the bread fluffy and they don't skimp on seasonings. I can't get delivery from here where I live, but I always take the time to order and pick up here, definitely worth the trip. Staff is always nice when I see them and when I order curb side they bring it out super fast. They have my repeat service for as long as I am in this area. They even got me to uninstall any other pizza places app. 10/10 keep up the great work!

Was unsatisfied with my pizza after they delivered it. Had WAY too many olives. They refused to bring me another and wanted me to bring the defect pizza in before they started the replacement. Refused to refund my money after we brought it in because she says it was made right. The manager here is a joke. She knows everything pizza believe her when she says. We recently moved 4 miles away from where we lived before. The Pizza Hut on 1314 in Porter, Texas was always terrific! Since we have moved, the one that is a little closer to our house (North Park Dr. in Kingwood, TX) has disappointed every time we order. No more. And not sure why they won’t deliver to us, we are right down the street?? Our order last night was wrong once again. $80 is a lot of money to pay for a dinner you barely eat.

I would rather drive to atascacito and spend $20 at Brooklyn. It's a 20 minute drive and I dont always feel like driving that far cause I have to drive it back before we eat. So 40 minutes later we get pizza BUT ITS SO WORTH IT! its gourmet and its bigger than PH. I'm very disappointed with this location and the fact that they don't have any really good deals. Pizza is very unsatisfactory! I would rather by a pizza at Kroger.

This is the third order in a row they get it wrong. The first time was missing pepperonis on my supreme. Second time they gave me the wrong pizza. And on this one they gave me the wrong pasta. I double and triple check the receipt and with these Covid times we’re going through I do not want to check Pizza‘s at the restaurant. This is the last time I order from pizzahut I am changing to another pizza place.

Failed to update website regarding ingredients not available…would have chose a different place if I would have known ahead of time…also not informed about ingredients not being available until 5 minutes before scheduled pick up time. Once arrived at location..checked in for contactless curbside..pizza was never brought to me had to go inside to find out status and get pizza….very poor customer service.

This place never disappoint! I've placed so many orders before and I always get my order on a timely basis. Food is hot and ready to eat. Most definitely recommend this establishment.

Got there a couple of minutes after the ready time. Saw it said ready on their pick up screen. Was told a couple of minutes. I spotted what looked like my order. Others came in and picked up their pizzas. Finally, after a long while, someone else came to help. Oh the name was deleted before I was given anything.

This is the second time I have received Terrible service and food. I will not use them again. Cold food and 2nd time not fully cooked all the way.

Pizza Hut on North Park. I ordered a pretty large order. Got a text at 5:20 saying it’s on its way. 6:45 I call and it’s been delivered to the wrong home. NO apology or sorry for the inconvenience! However! They gave me a $5.00 credit. Wow… so disappointed in the lack of care. …

They do not have good customer service. They ran out of the pan crust that I paid extra for and all I was offered was thin crust. I had to ask to get the money I paid for the pan crust back. After that they still forgot my toppings. Not to mention the fact that they do not accept Pizza Hut coupons.

Wife and I shared a pizza and spent the night in the bathroom sick. The "local" number is a national call center. They told us "just so you know you will not get any money back". Horrible service and does not care about the customers even after a night sick in the bathroom. Never again

I paid for extra toppings onions and they hardly added any, and this isn't the 1st time. If Pizza Hut is going to charge for extra toppings, I expect what I paid for! And they burned the kids pizza! Maybe we should start buying pizza from Marcos.

Carry out order was very fast and tasty, but the location is challenging to find due to the shopping center signage - it is not the famous logo design we all look for. Staff was friendly, and a status board showed real-time updates to orders.

Wow they need to get more employees because it is ridiculous. Two or three people working the weekend wth. They haven't put enough sauce each time I order wings and its annoying as hell. Now they do phone orders again and one guy to run it.

Been having trouble with the app lately, but it could be my devices causing the conflicts. Anybody else having trouble with the app? Anyway, the staff and management here always take really good care of us. Couldn't ask for better service!

This location is awful. My pizzas are never made the way they're ordered. Never. The delivery driver is so nice, but those inside making the pizzas just don't pay attention to order tickets. It's very frustrating.

Horrible Customer Service!!! They were over an hour late past my delivery time. To top it off the Manager I spoke with was very rude! I will definitely not order from there again... Next time I'll choose Dominos!

The pizza was pretty bland. The sauce to bread ratio was awful. I felt like I was eating seasoned biscuits. The order was also partially incorrect. I Ordered cheesy bread, and recieved burnt bread sticks.

It was freezing out and the delivery driver coke out on shorts. Had me laughing and I was so happy about the tip he deserved more. Also was not a long wait. The pizza was perfection or near it for sure.

Every time I go to the store the staff is exceptional. Very eager to please, always-super friendly. Courteous. My pizza is always fresh and hot. Was at the store this evening around 6:30. Thank you....

Pizza arrived very late, 1.5hrs late. When I called the place, an automated message came on. Before ordering, I asked if it was too late to place an order. I was assured it wasn't.

I've never had a problem. Delivery is always on time except like during super bowl or horrible weather (understandable) and it still arrives in a reasonable time and fresh and hot.

Not worth one star for terrible service. I will never order from here again. My order was 30 minutes late. No one offered a reason why. They could care less. I won't be back!

Pizza and pasta were hot and fresh. They forgot our drink, but the delivery man drove back and got us a drink PLUS a free one. Customer service to the max!!

My rewards pizza was made incorrectly. So I was disappointed. I ordered half sausage onions and half sausage bacon pepperoni. Instead it was mixed together.

Surprisingly have yet to have issues with an order being wrong or food being bad. They did skimp on the sauce for the wings once or twice but no big deal.

This Pizza Hut is one of the best Pizza Huts I’ve been to. They definitely excel and exceeded in great customer service and food . Keep up good work

Very nice employee who checked me out. I had an order with all sorts of different toppings and requests and the order was spot on and delicious.

The pizza's were awful. I got two different size pizza's. The pizza's tasted like cardboard. When the pizza's were delivered they were cold.

It was quick and easy to order, delivery was fast, and the pizza crust was more crispy and perfect. Perfect dinner for a Friday night.
