Very bad experience!! Order 10 pizzas paid for them after an hour and half of not getting my pizzas called them and told them I will pick them up to make things faster they said ok. I drove all the way there for them to tell me oh the driver is on his way to deliver your pizza. Drove back to find out he delivered 9 cold pizzas.. he said sorry I will be back with the other one. Came back with the wrong pizza!!!. Yes I did ask for my money back before all this. But no they didn’t do it. Instead they offered me 5$ discount. This place is a joke.. save yourself a bad experience don’t go there…….bad service, bad management, very inresponsable and unprofessional…

I have been to this establishment the place is dirty. My cousin has worked there they have mold in back of kitchen. very very rude. I’ve called the Pizza Hut number. Thought I was prank Calling them they cussed at me for no reason , then the first time I even called they hung up on me because I didn’t answer her question fast enough I’m a loyal, paying customer. They Would not give me names or corporate number. I’m so sick of theses people. If I could then 0stars I would .def would not eat there and I will never be going back or any family or friends. Their service is terrible. When I did try to ask them for corporate. She said they have a corporate number. Guess you found it online

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I honestly would ! They re very rude and unprofessional , i had an order of food frm door dash and the driver didn't delivwr but rather drove pass lobby and took picture and closed order i comtacted pizza hut and instead of them to speak to me or reassure me , a man picked the call yelled at me unprofessionally and hanged up!!! Nah horrible place! Worse part i had even called prior to ordering as a tourist and foreigner to ask a question in regards and the lady was so unborthered and gave me dry answers to get me off

Never ordering from here we ordered pizzas asked for contactless delivery and didn’t follow directions our food came cold and when we contacted the manager she had got our name and number for a credit to order next time when we went in they said they supposedly had no record of our name or number but they have our signature from when we asked for contactless delivery this is ridiculous I will be contacting corporate

My order was completely messed up. 5/8 slices didn’t even have cheese on them. I tried contacting the store over 4 times and was either placed on hold for up to 31 minutes or disconnected. It took this location 40 minutes to deliver a pizza 1.7 miles away from there location. The car indicates where I live and as you see it shouldn't take 40 minutes to deliver. When I called there wasnt even a apology just a itll be there any minute now. So called corporate and have a coupon being mailed to me by a representative that'll get here in 7-10 business day to compensate for my cold pizza. This location needs to be restarted and trained how to make up for a wrong doing.

I just want to say that not only was my pizza hot and fresh, I noticed a man working Named Adam. I seen him working in the back making pizzas, I seen him up front helping customers and taking orders, I seen him with a long list of orders in the back. Even though he was the only one working he still managed to keep up, be polite and respectful! This man didn’t stop moving or get frustrated! He deserves a raise. Awesome job keep up the work

I love pizza hut , but they butchered my order last night, they over cooked and burned my thin crust order, the regular pizza was fine , next time I will make sure they pay more attention to my order so they don't cook a thin crust the same as a regular tossed crust. Still love them,

Worst experience ever, I made a phone order thru Pizza Hut number, I was on a rush my order was cancelled and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order ready, after the 20 minutes she forgot about my wings and then she was mad because I told her to cancel, Samahal didn’t care about the customer service for this company.

Curbside pickup is what they offer. Expect to be shown attitude when you select in the mobile app, "on the passenger side" where order is to be placed and the person bringing you your order, gets an attitude because you won't take the order throught the driver's side window, knowing that it won't fit.
