A few moments ago my pregnant girlfriend and I walked in and tried ordering the pepperoni pizza for 11.99 we usually never have problems but the manager was giving us a hard time she said “ we don’t allow that offer in the store you’re going to have to pay the 18$ if not, you would have to call the call center to send that order to us” so we sat down and as my girlfriend was speaking to the “call center “ we realized she was just speaking to some employee in the back. We felt so disrespected and embarrassed this is the worst customer service I ever experienced! I never had to make a review before until today this has to get settled I would hate for another family to go through this.I am just very disappointed in the service it’s a pizza place not a dealership I didn’t know I had to work for the actual price.this really needs to stop just has me thinking how many other people did they over charge.

10/10 dont recommend, if i could put no stars i would . I ordered a pizza around 6:30 that was estimated to be delivered at 7:10 . Around 7:45 I still hadnt received the pizza so I called and was told the driver had left the parking lot and would be back in 10-12 min and they hung up but i called again not long after since i was a bit confused why they left the first time to then be told by another person that the delivery guy had just left the store and to expect the pizza 25-30 min later and never showed up . Left work around 9:20 and apparently sometime after that the finally showed up 3 hrs later but we were closed and a coworker just so happened to be in the parking lot getting ready to leave .

We hadn't been here in a long while and we were using the app to place an order at a different location, this place just happened to be closer so we placed an order to pick up and drove here. When we got here the kids were super hungry and they let us eat our food here and had a staff wait on us as the manager made sure our order was completed so we could dine in. We got our food piping hot and it was good and correct. Also, take a look at our pictures, certain Pizza Hut locations have a new option, for ready to bake pizza to take home and bake. Pretty awesome and cheaper than that other hot and ready pizza place. And they were on sale for only $5!! Place was clean and the staff member cleaned up as people left. Much better than it used to be.

The manager by the name of Monica DelaRosa was very unprofessional with the way she was speaking to an employee about a write-up. I was there with my sister and young nephews along with other customers. She was talking to him so loud that we were able to hear exactly what he was being written up for. And the fact that she kept be littleing him and telling him I don't care where you get your pants from idc. she wouldn't give him a chance to speak and when he did she would get louder and talk over him you can tell he was embarrassed. I called corporate to report this. Hopefully something is done. Very Sad!!! Due to this I wish I didn't have to rate at all!!!

Took an hour and a half to get my pizza which wasn't on it's way until I called an hour after I ordered. I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a looooooong time and this just solidified why. I received a call at 6pm with someone asking if I ever received my pizza. This confused me but confirmed that I was forgotten about and this was a damage control call from the restaurant. I told them the pizza was delivered and they hung up. Terrible just terrible. I won't be ordering from them again. Too many options out there to get terrible service like this.

Update: 04/15/2023 Decided to dine in. Had to order at the counter first then go sit. Looked at my receipt after I ordered and they charged me $18.99 for stuffed crust when it's supposed to be $12.99. I go and tell the cashier and she says it's too late that I needed to to tell her before and since it's already been cashed out she couldn't honor the price. So just remember to tell them of any specials before they cash you out. On the other hand food was fresh and soo good. Ordered a stuffed crust through the app and my order was on time and fresh! Did carryout and the cashier was nice. Went on a Wednesday around 5 pm.

Food was delivered 2 hours after it was ordered. I did not receive the food I ordered, food was missing . I was over charged. Dissatisfied with this location and their service. Will not return.

Ordered 2 Family Size chicken Alfredos and got small bowls when it should have been pasta trays. Paid 14 for 2 small bowls, ridiculous. Then on top of that, try and order the crushed red peppers and cheese, and still trying to charge regular price when one of them was just some cheese in a small container. Don't recommend this location. Spent over $50 and turned out so disappointed in what I received.

Came here for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and some drinks. Place was almost empty. Very few people at this location on a Sunday afternoon. One thing that cought me by surprise was the white Christmas tree at the entrance of the building. Maybe they are early or just very late in taking it down. Pizza was great btw. Will definitely be making another stop here. They got my order right and that's a plus in my book.

This location stole my money. I placed an order thru the app at 730 with a confirmation for 816 for delivery. 816 came and went. I called them at 830. The girl said the driver was out delivering. I called again at 845 to say I wanted to cancel. Was told I couldnt get a refund until the end of the day. Nothing. I have called multiple times and have gotten the run around. I will now have to call my bank to report it as fraud.

I loved the experience there. Never felt good customer service at a pizza hut until i came to this one. The manager there monica made sure me and my family were well taken care of. And my family really loved the holiday feels in the place. And the holiday tree is my favorite thing to see its different every month. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Our most recent experience was good. Ordered through the app and arrived at the appointed time. The pizza was ready and made the way we ordered. The only down fall is this location doesn't deliver to our area. The company claims another location to be closer but when we order from there the pizza is always cold and incorrectly prepared.

I picked up an order here just now. The cashier told me it was still being made so I waited. 3 customers who arrived after me got served before I did so I went back to the cashier to ask for my order. Turns out the order was READY WHEN I GOT THERE. So the pizza was sitting the entire time!! The pizza was not even hot

My favorite Pizza Hut location! The staff here are super nice. The place is kept as clean as possible. Flavor was great especially their thin crust. Also had some wings and they were way better than the other wing place everyone goes to. Keep up the good work everyone we will be back again!

I ordered pizzas through the curbside pickup and no one delivered them to my car after the “I’m here” button. I could see the employees talking to each other and ignoring my phone calls. They need better management, that’s not cool.

Everything was burnt - both pizza were dry - they gave us red sauce with the wings and no dip for the wings. Not a good experience for the first time getting the dinner box. Don’t get it you’ll be disappointed.
