I was never contacted about my order having been delivered. This was after having waited 30 minutes for the delivery. I called once, and the manager told me to wait a bit longer. I waited 10 more minutes and called again. This time I was told it was delivered. I walk to my door, and yes, there is pizza there. I talked to the manager because my pizza was cold and I was never contacted,and the manager at this location told me there was "nothing she could do" because it "wasn't their fault." My fellow Googlers, does the website mess up randomly and they have no idea why, or did the human delivery driver just not follow the procedure--whatever it is--that informs the app that the pizza has been delivered? My guess is the latter. Unless the entire Pizza Hut app suddenly glitched for everyone in the country, it was definitely human error. Even if it weren't, though, a good manager who wanted to keep customers would maybe offer a coupon to be nice. That was my thought. I'm not sure the pizza would have been hot even if I had been informed about its delivery, though, since at literally more than 30 minutes from the time the app informed me that the pizza was on its way it still wasn't there (I checked at that point.) In conclusion, feel free to get delivery from here if you want cold pizza and rude service. Oh! And my order wasn't even complete. They left out the marinara sauce that I paid for.

Three times in a row our order was messed up beyond belief. Mind you, we hardly ever have the opportunity to order out, let alone get up and moving these days. First time we let it go. Second time, the manager yells at my disabled elderly mother over the phone and says there is NOTHING he can do. So I, who also has disabilities, bring the items back Into the store to show him our problem and inform him we rarely go out to eat let alone order delivery with our budgets. He still, rather rudely says he can credit our account but they are extremely busy so if I wanted it th e n I'd have to sit and wait. Months go by and we are reunited for a movie night and after discussing the prior problems with this pizza hut, we decide to let the past go.. and guess flipping what . We go all out like idiots and spend fifty bucks on dried up bread sticks, dry garlic knots, no cheese sticks and two very disappointing pizzas .. so I take my oxygen with an extra tank for safety purposes and get down there to yet another rude, but younger, employee w h o says he can do nothing for us and is ruder than yet the last manager, completely argumentative and extremely defensive. Sadly no one cares in management here and I can't get any real names of the franchise owners from any employees .. lesson FINALLY learned .. shame on us

I order here almost every week sometimes twice a week but after talking to their manager Sarah today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered my pizza at 7:13pm and got an estimate wait time of 20-30 minutes. At 7:30pm I got an update that my pizza was out for delivery. This Pizza Hut is 1.1 miles away from my apartment. At 7:58pm I was still waiting for my pizza. I called Pizza Hut and was on hold for 7 minutes until I got a hold of someone and asked to speak to a manager, on hold again, then got a call from the driver who said he was outside the apartment building and I let him know to use the callbox to be let in. 8:09pm and finally get to speak to Sarah the manager who proceeds to tell me the pizza is on time and that if the delivery driver said he is downstairs I would have to go downstairs to get it and if he isn't there, then I can call back to complain and then she hung up on me. She spoke to me for less than 30 seconds and didn't let me finish any of my sentences, she just kept cutting me off. I went downstairs to get my pizza and turns out the driver went to the apartment's south building and we are on the north side. Our address even specifically says we are on the north side. 8:15pm, 1 whole hour later and now we are eating our pizza and yup it's cold.

I ordered online. I got the $5 line up deals. I do wish they wouldn’t charge so much for extra toppings, considering there competition is offering extra toppings for less. When I left my house I callldd them regarding a credit from a previous experience, the MANAGER SARA told me there was NO CREDIT on my account,BUT NO PROBLEM she will take care of it. WOW THAT WAS AMAZING... When I got to the store to pick up my food, my wife called me and asked for extra sauce. I already paid for the food and started to leave... SO LIKE ANY SMART MAN WOULD DO I went back to the window told SARA I forgot sauce. She got me extra sauce at NO ADDITIONAL COST.. I asked, How much do I owe for extra sauce...? She said, Nothing have a great night, Enjoy your meal. This was the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had when ordering pizza. FANTASTIC JOB MANG. SARA. We will be returning soon, we hope the GENERAL MANG will take the appropriate actions and see this young lady gets proper recognition ( NOT A HIGH FIVE OR A THANK YOU, MAYBE A GIFT CARD OR SOMETHING NICE ) for her AMAZING efforts to keep customers coming back. So I have been ordering pizza from this location for 15 years. They have always been good. But my experience today will for ever change my decision in EVER calling them again!! I ordered pizza for my kids and their grandpa since he was babysitting for me. I ordered around 1 pm, I am at work and I can have my phone where I work. I guess they state they had a invalid address and they were trying to call me. Of course I can't pick up. My question is how do they have a invalid address when they have been delivering here for 15+ years!?? So I call back and they will have it re made and or I'll have a credit for the same order for next time. I have them deliver since my kids are very hungry. Once they get here I still have to pay for them messing up and being incapable of finding a address. Then the delivery guy still argues with me after I ask, if I am still being charged for their mistake. If it weren't for my kids starving I would have told him to keep their pizza, and I paid. But they employee s their have no sense is customer service and apperantly no sense of direction!! They lost a loyal and long time customer!

Pizza Hut outsources their order taking to call centers located who knows where! I called this restaurant to place an order while staying at the DoubleTree Hilton in Salt Lake City. My order was taken and my card charged and I was told it would take approximately 30 minutes. I thought it was odd that the person taking the order insisted on getting the hotels number but I gave it to her. I was working at a Bridal Show and was getting the food for my kids who had come with us and figured it would be a good option while working the show as I could just break away for a few minutes and eat. An hour later no food and when I called I'm told that they called the hotel and were told they wouldn't be allowed to deliver to my room. This is a lie as your competitors deliver with no problem. I was then told that my order was taken by a call center rep. Pizza Hut outsources their order taking to foreigners at a call center now? That's awesome! Here I thought I was talking to an employee at the restaurant I called. Won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

Terrible, terrible customer service at this location and the call center. Placed an online order almost an hour before they closed. Called 30 minutes after placing because I realized I put the wrong hotel room number. The guy that answered the phone answered with "we are closed". I said ok well I placed an order online awhile ago and he just repeated that they were closed. So I proceeded to ask if I was getting my order that I placed well before closing and he said hold on, walked away or something then came back and hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 times and they wouldn't answer. Called the call center and they weren't listening, told me locations take a little bit to get the order. I proceeded to tell him it had been about an hour now since I'd placed the order and he proceeded to hang up on me too without listening to me. I work in customer service and would NEVER hang up on a customer. They couldn't even answer whether I was getting my pizza or not, hanging up is their response. Last time I'll order from them.

Went to order pizza last night for delivery it said there was a 252 minute wait time, I decided to pick up instead the wait was 55 minutes. I watched the countdown on my app and it says it’s ready at 11:10pm which was the estimated wait time already so I go to pick up my pizza and as I’m pulling through the drive thru at 11:15pm I get a call from an employee saying they closed 5 mins ago and if I’m on my way to get my pizza, when I got it, it was cold like they must had turned the warmer off which was really disappointing as it should have just barely came out the oven according to the wait time. It wasn’t even warm it was cold to the touch definitely not up to food safety standards to not keep prepared foods at 140 degrees Fahrenheit or hotter. Not only that but it literally says updated 2 weeks ago that they close at 12:00am, make it make sense.

I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and Wings for pickup, and I arrived at the location a couple minutes before the pizza was ready, so I know it should have been fresh. I didn't look at the pizza until I got home which was a big mistake. I live probably 6 minutes from this location and when I got home and opened the box my pizza looked like it had been made yesterday and warmed up. Seriously looks wilted. I tried a piece anyways hoping it would taste better than it looks, and at first I thought they had forgotten to put any sauce on it, but as I looked close there is some sauce, it's just so thinly applied I can't even taste it. Also, I didnt expect anything great from the wings in the first place but they are pretty sub-par even for a pizza place. (very dry) I won't be returning to this location.

This is the second (and final) time I order from this Pizza Hut. Both times that I ordered, approximately two months apart, the pizza was made terribly. The taste was fine, because you really can't mess up the taste of pizza. I ordered a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 mushrooms + olives stuffed crust. Both times that I've ordered this pizza, it's arrived as a 1/2 pepperoni, 3/8 mushrooms and olives pizza. An entire slice had nothing on it, BOTH TIMES. As well, they cut the slices so that one of them had all the toppings on it instead of separating them. To top it all off, I asked for extra cheese and received almost none. I am extremely disappointed and in all 30 years of my life have I never seen a worse pizza. I will not order from here again.

I love this Pizza Hut Location! All the people here are quick, professional, funny, and well organized and on time. I've ordered both carryout and delivery services, and both ways are excellent. The location is kept well clean, and I love how simple it is to have the ease of communication. These workers are awesome with their attitudes, and make sure your order is correct, and even telling the back if certain things are not wanted on the pizza or in the order. They always make me leave with a big smile. There food is always freshly out of the oven, and also their food is great quality. Great place to order Pizza Hut from if you are within the area

Ordered a pizza, (Sunday 6/14 at about 7:30pm) I gave the person my address at last three times. 60 minutes later I get a phone call from the delivery person asking where I live. I tell him and then he says, "sorry we don't deliver in your area". Somehow calling the Murray location I was transferred to the Rose Park location. I called back to the Rose Park location upset of course and the the Manager there said it was my mistake essentially and hung up on me. She said I would get a refund 3-4 days later. Fast forward 5 days later and no refund. Finally this morning the Murray store called and gave me a refund. Don't buy from Rose Park.

Im typically not inclined to randomly review Pizza Huts, but this is likely the best Pizza Hut I have been to and the service was so good that an in-depth review was warranted. Big ups to Alex, who was exceptionally friendly and carried a genuine, thoughtful, short conversation. He went above and beyond to provide an exceptional visit today. He made this national chain feel like your neighborhood mom and pop pizza place. My pizza was cooked/prepared amazingly fast and the quality was fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Keep up the good work, and Ill be back.

I ordered on line and picked it up and then seen that my order was wrong came back with the receipt and told them and handed them the pizza they took it and said if I wanted pepperoni on it and told them yes and she said I'm gonna have to charge you extra for it made it seem like it was gonna be added on but no they charged mean extra 15.00$ for a whole new pizza and was just gonna keep the one they messed up on so basically I paid twice for 2 pizzas like this place is hella overrated and not very professional...at all not only that my pizza was cold ..

I mean honestly. they don't carry anything a pizza hut tends to carry. I'm surprised the corporate office tolerates it. I worked for pizza hut, have been a gm of one and I never would have gotten away with that. they don't carry boneless wings, they don't carry a big box meal, they don't carry que papas and they don't carry pasta. the guy basically told me my options are pizza, cheese sticks, and bread sticks. I didn't even bother asking him to choose a crust. I'm just hungry and I don't want to go out. sorry pizza hut. get it together.

I ordered a large deep dish supreme for pickup about 10:35 pm. I got there and paid for it. For what I paid I could have got a better pizza somewhere else but it is what it is. I picked it up paid a tip and drove home. When I opened it up it was a plain cheese normal crust. So I tried to call the store at least 5 times but they would not pick up the phone even though it was only 11:02. They close at 11:00 and if they won't answer the phone you can be sure they won't be there if i try to drive back. Verry disappointed.

Staff couldn’t care less. I ordered two drink four packs and was given one by the driver. After calling three times and being hung up on by the CSR, I’ll be calling tomorrow for the shift lead who was supposedly so busy. FYI as someone who worked at the valley fair location in west valley, these people are lazy. I would’ve been reprimanded for hanging up and customers and I expect the same. The drivers mistake is one thing, but the entire staff doubling down on the mistake and making my issue is unacceptable.

Im not sure why but every time I order from Pizza Hut they get it wrong. Which is a shame because when mad correctly the pizza I order is great. I haven't ordered for months, then I tried again yesterday. Well, unfortunately this order was wrong as well, but the Manager Juan was super nice about it. Offerd to make me a new one ASAP and went out of his way to make things better. The curse continues, but good customer service beats everything so give this one a chance.

I have lived in Rose Park for several years and have order many pizzas for the family. This Pizza Hut has never ever disappointed! I usually use the app, but tonight I messed up on my address and I had to telephone them. The woman who answered was so very kind and helpful. I have always appreciated their pizza delivery speed and freshness, but tonight, the kindness of the Rose Park Pizza Hut inspired me to finally sit down and type out a nice review for them.

Though I usually order online, today I decided to call and I’m glad I did! Bobbie answered the phone and made my day. She was patient, efficient, and offered a few suggestions when I was indecisive. I could tell they were extremely busy because of the hustle in the background, but I never felt rushed and she was very sweet. Not great, I feel the quality of ingredients has gone down I review Pizza Hut as a whole company. I used to work here, know that the company holds certain standards and measurements. The cheesy breadsticks are severely lacking cheese and the pizza sauce is too sweet. Not a great thin crust pizza either. I wish I could count on Pizza Hut to make a solid pizza but no longer. Count me out. Everything out pizzas the hut. Even nothing.

Possibly the worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve ordered 15+ times from this location and despite requesting contactless delivery they either call and insist I come meet them outside or knock on the door until I answer. They’ve also forgotten sides or parm shakers (which they charge for) at least 50% of the time. But I keep ordering so at this point I suppose it’s my fault for not learning a lesson?

We are so grateful here at Odyssey House for this Pizza Hut!!! We reached out to this location for help due to covid-19 adding strain to our everyday resources. The manager there really went above and beyond to help out our non-profit organization! I've really never experienced a problem with Pizza Hut without them remedying it right away. I'm happy with their customer service, especially on the website and in calling the Main number of Pizza Hut. I remember good times with the Book Club with my sons. I usually have zero issues with this location, food is always great, and delivery is always on time. The last time I ordered, the driver took it to the wrong house an hour and a half after I placed the order, and left it without confirming the delivery. The manager offered a full refund and a $20 credit, but I still probably won't order from there anyone soon.

Food has always been great. Had one bad experience when I called 45mins till close and was bounced around by 3 people on hold until 30mins till close which apparently they stop taking orders at that time and was told I could not order. Commend staff for the patient explanation... no complaint about this particular store. Coupon didnt specify itself as clear as possible. A $5 dollar and up (5,6,7,8...) coupon sounds like all items priced at 5, which is pretty much a scam. Order a garlic sauce and toasted parmsan crust, tastes quite soaky but not cheesy.

Ordered at 9:45pm, with a delivery estimate of 60mins. Order went through and was in the "making your order" step. waited almost 2 hours only to find out they closed and never delivered my order, now Im hungry AND angry. This is completely unacceptable, and I would warn everyone against ordering from this location.

This is a fine "take-out" Pizza Hut. There are no seats for eating here. The employees are always friendly. My orders are consistently correct. The pizza always meets expectation. Prices are typically better than average. The parking area and egress is a bit awkward, but this are minor issues in the overall rating.

I was told my order would arrive in 35 minutes. I timed them and it took over an hour. My food arrived cold and when I called to let them know they were late and that the food was cold they didn't care at all. They delivered a pizza to my parents yesterday that was at least a day old. My pizza is almost always a little earlier than expected, it's tasty, made perfectly and is always fresh. Felix, the delivery driver, is always so kind, courteous, and efficient.

An item I ordered was no longer available and I received a phone call with an offer for a substitute. The driver was also very professional with the leave at the door delivery.

Great food but terrible location. Right in the middle of drug central. Right when I walked out of the restaurant I was asked for drugs and money by like 3 different people.

They always come through and deliver, never need to worry if they won't have what I order and their drive thru pickup lane makes it super easy to pick up the pizza.

I ordered a couple of pizzas for construction workers in the area and they came quickly and prepared perfectly! Best pizza and service in the valley.

So my pizza was so dry and overcooked. It tasted old as well and I got sick from just eating a piece. I want a refund or a credit to fix this asap!

Pizza was cold and rubbery. We didn't eat it. Doors where locked at pick up. Took someone about 10 just to come to a window. Bad area.

Got my medium meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. They got it done quickly so I did not miss my train. Friendly and great service.

My pizza was doughy. I expect (and usually get) more quality from pizza hut. Especially when I pay 40 plus dollars for 2 medium pies.
