Food: 4/5 Service and Setting: 3/5 Value: 4/5 The pizza addiction strikes again, this time passed the curfew of many local businesses. Pizza Hut in Mira Mesa was the only pizza shop open after 10:00pm so I needed to make a journey there to beat the craving. Strangely enough, I decided to forgo the pizza this time and get me one of their new menu items, the oven-baked pasta. Going to the restaurant about half an hour before close, it was not strange to see that the workers were tired, I would be too. The restaurant itself seemed pretty clean and smelled good. My order was waiting for me and I promptly left after leaving my signature. Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta: 4/5 I honestly was not expecting much, but this oven-baked pasta was great. The baked cheese on top was nice and crispy. The noodles to sauce ratio was good and incredibly fresh. The chicken reminded me of chicken you find in microwavable dinners in the best possible way: moist, well-seasoned, and tender. The dish was rich without being overly cheesy . They topped the entire plate with the same seasoning that they put on the cheese sticks, which I found unnecessary and redundant. The portion is great and this could be easily shared between two people as a small meal or a big meal for one chungus. I am a chungus. Cheese Sticks: 3/5 When you order the oven-baked pasta, it comes with a side of breadsticks. For $1 more, you can upgrade to cheese sticks, which I opted for. The cheese sticks themselves were pretty soft and had a lot of crispy cheese as well as a layer of that parmesan seasoning on top. As cheesy as it was, there was a surprising lack of flavor and the overall bread tasted very bland. Also, in the photos on the Pizza Hut website, the cheese sticks look much more like pizza with melted cheese rather than the rather harshly toasted version I was given. A quick heads up that they do not give you marinara sauce with the pasta, or they might have just forgotten haha.

Stop in to my neighborhood Pizza Hut and got my favorite pizza. Sausage and Mushroom. This was my first time visiting this store, since I just moved here. Small little restaurant, but a busy hub of activities. Watching the young men and women scurry around getting orders out to the drivers to deliver was interesting. The employees took the time to interact with me as I was getting my pizza. I enjoyed the fact that these employees actually enjoyed their jobs, you could sense it by their tone of voice and actual gratitude for me coming to their store. One gentleman actually commented, "I personally made your pizza for you, I hope you enjoy it" followed by a big genuine smile. Let's see, when was the last time someone thanked you for eating at their fast food restaurant? I got my two medium two topping pizzas, that have never tasted that good ever before, and left with a good feeling. I always order online, there never is that human face to face, next time you want a pizza in Mira Mesa take 15 busy minutes and visit this restaurant. Let's see if you are greeted by these excellent group of people and treated like I was. This will be my only pizza connection as long as I live in this neighborhood

Great pizza, great price! This pizza should cost DOUBLE, considering how good it is!!! No hair on my pizza lol, and any person that thinks that is unsanitary is ignorant... It could happen at any restaurant--it's happened to me before at a 5 star, very expensive restaurant. No big deal. They cook out at 450+ degrees, so any "germs" are killed. If it bothers you that much, just POLITELY let them know, and they'll give u a new one... Wow. Some people are really lazy and rude! If you had addressed this to the manager and they didn't take care of it, that's one thing, but not even giving them a chance to make it right?! Just wow. (And over something soooooooo small!) What do you gain by being such a jerk in life? Just be nice and communicate with people instead of slamming them in the reviews... :)

I love Pizza Hut, but this location has dropped the ball a couple of times. I love accumulating points to use for free menu items and I appreciate the price. However, I'm at the point of wanting to pay the extra few dollars at Best Brew Pizza for a correct order. I ordered pizza and wings, pizza and ranch arrive no wings. The time before that, I was missing toppings on my pizza. What makes it even worse is there is no compensation for their proven mess up. The other pizza company forgot my wings and refunded the whole bill. Pizza Hut messes up and they say "sorry, would you still like us to deliver your item?" I'm like we are not going to let our pizza get cold while we wait for wings, we like to eat them together lol So, order from here and take a big chance of having an error with your order!

Poor customer service!!! I waited over 30 minutes for my order 3 minutes away, and the delivery driver left with my order after 1 minute. I called to find out what was going on and was immediately met with hostile attitude and excuses for my driver leaving. I tried to find out where the driver was because it had only been a minute since they left and the person on the phone hung up and would answer. I called back to the same hostile demonstrative person who immediately blamed me for the issue and hung up on me. When I called back I asked for a refund and the person told me that the driver was at my house. I told the driver I no longer wanted the pizza and told the same thing to the person on the phone.

I like the taste of the pizzas @ Pizza Hut, I love accumulating points to use for free items. However, this particular Pizza Hut drops the ball too often. They usually get the order wrong or forget items. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings last night, I received my 2 pizzas and ranch, but no wings!!! The last time, they gave me a completely wrong pizza. Best Brew and pizza is close by. The pizza there is delicious and a little bit pricier, but when they messed up my order, the refunded the whole bill! Pizza Hut NEVER offers any compensation for THEIR mess-up. We’re tired of the disappointment, so we’ve decided to pay the extra $20 for the correct order. Pizza Hut just lost a loyal customer.

I don't make it a practice to give bad reviews , unless I feel it is absolutely deserved . We ordered a couple of large 3 topping pizza's for our employees that due to our work load had to work thru lunch . Everyone was looking forward to a good lunch , but when we received the pizza it looked quite dry and skimpy on cheese and ingredients , we verified the poor quality in the lack of taste and rubbery feel of the dough . It was pretty close to tasting a piece of cardboard .It was and tasted of very poor quality I hope PH Corporate takes note of this review and check the quality of the food that is coming out of this branch . P.s if I could leave zero stars I would of , big disappointment !!!!!!

Overall, I was satisfied with the specific location. I am somewhat disappointed that the closer location to me that I preferred to visit had closed, to become another pizza shop. I was mostly dissatisfied with the specific order that was placed. I was interested in the "Triple Treat Box" as seen in a TV commercial. My family liked the idea of "drawers" of pizza and that is what we were expecting to receive. However, 3 pizza boxes in another box is what was received. No fault of the location, just we expected the clever packaging as seen in the commercial.

We ordered 2 pizzas plus the pepperoni bread. When bringing it into the house the larger pepperoni bread box was upside down and fell to the floor and ruined everything. I immediately took pictures and called about this strange occurrence. I spoke with Zachary who asked me to text the pictures. He then had a replacement box sent immediately. I felt bad considering what's going on with this Covid19 scare but I was treated with the upmost respect and I will continue to order from this location in the future. Good job and thank you Zachary and Pizza Hut.

Tried it for first time in 10 or 15 years. It has gone through many changes. I had a plesent experance. First ordered a small 8" pizza. Than a few days later I ordered a lg pizza and took home for dinner. I was NOT disappinted. Very good. They have some indoor seating, washrooms, etc. Right now there is construction in the area. but they are still open. One big change that they made. Way back when their employes looked very cruddy, Long hair, unshaven, tattoos, very unapatizing. Now all employees I've seen look neat and clean.

As always the best Pizza on the planet. Well I like it. The employees are the by far the nicest bunch. They all say hello and have conversation for you if you choose. The pizza is always been exactly how I've asked for it. Must mean they listen. I stop there after work maybe one Friday a month, and pick me up a Hand Tossed sausage and mushroom Light extra sauce that is my vice. Oh yes it's a large. Don't skip the 2 liter Pepsi. This restaurant consistently delivers perfect pizzas.

I came to pick up a scheduled order I placed earlier in the day. I came 15 minutes early. A lady by the name of Jasmine yelled me the top of her lungs, " I don't know why he is 15 minutes early. The order is for 6:15pm." She then proceeded to walk away without acknowledging me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. She could have said your order is not ready, but had to make a scene. Extremely unprofessional. Customer service needs to ve addressed at this location.

I had to order quickly and the website was SO easy to use! I failed to put in the special instructions for the floor/department, so they driver was quick to call. But when he got there, the staff didn't know anything about it and was afraid to accept. So he called again and not only delivered their hot, fresh food but also the message to staff that it was a gift from Leadership. Outstanding service!

The cheese breadsticks WHERE AWFUL!!! They where like regular bread sticks that someone barely SPRINKLED cheese on them then burned them. No flavor, no cheese, BURNED CRUSTED OVER. I have a pic if you want it. So so disappointing that someone thought it was ok to package burnt bread, we even paid a dollar extra for the cheesy sticks. It was not edible, NON of my kids wanted it, it went in the trash

The service at this Pizza Hut was good. I had ordered a pickup. The order was accurate and ready on time as it stated on the online ordering app. The store was able to add an item to the order at the spot and get it ready almost immediately as I had forgotten to add it at the time of placing the order. Overall, a good location, dedicated employees, and quick service.

The pizza was delicious. I asked the guy for some pepper and cheese packets and he told me, " we usually sell these for 15 cents each but here's a couple ". He threw 2 cheese and 2 pepper packets on top of the pizza box I was holding in my hand he walked away and left me standing there. I was hoping to get more than that even if I have to pay extra.

Fresh & fast but when ordering the dinner box with cinnamon sticks, everything will end up tasting like cinnamon because they probably didn't consider cutting the cinnamon sticks last, so our pizza & cheese sticks were cinnamon flavored too.

This PH joint is a small place almost like an PH Express in size. They have a few small tables with high chairs or benches. The location is convenient for take-home orders. The service is fast and my orders would be ready in 15 minutes which is the time it takes for me to get there. Their staff is friendly and knows how to spin and bake pizzas.

Pizza hut and Domino's are losing there popularity in USA but one thing I liked at this store was lack of options It is odd that at places which have too many promotions always left me unsatisfied. I think by reducing options and promotions and keeping price check is a good thing. Why am I receiving pizza hut . Kudos for simplicity

Classic Pizza Hut. If you like Pizza Hut taste, you can't go wrong with this one. If you like different recipes (i.e. less greasy), there are there are choices. Over the years, depending on who they hire, I've seen from 5 star great service to "I don't care" attitude. But they never disappointed.

After coming from the NYC area, this pizza is simply ordinary, served fast and whatever topics you want. There's just nothing special about it. Consider this as your weekly junk food orchestra. Be aware bathroom smells. Note you won't miss anything if you don't go. Try something else.

Can't go wrong with Pizza hut. I visited this place many times, on one of my recent occasions our pizza got burnt, but the staff made us aware as soon as possible and actually threw in a free Pizza plus a $10 credit for our next visit. No complaints with that, thumbs up.

Strangely delicious. I paid $5 for a medium pizza expecting low quality pizza, but to my surprise it was quite delicious. My friend and I had the whole place to ourselves. If you are in the area and looking for a good deal on lunch or dinner, this is a good place to go.

For pizza hut, this place is as good as any. I ordered pickup but came a bit early. My pizza actually finished exactly at the time my pickup time was set for, so it's nice to know that they keep your pizza as fresh as possible. The service is good and friendly as well.

Make sure all items are given to the delivery driver before they depart. Half of my order was not brought to my house and the driver had to go back, have the cooks prepare the order again, then come back. By the time the second delivery arrived the first item was cold.

i’m rating three stars because Door Dash won’t deliver in my area and i’m kind of mad about that considering i love Pizza Hut, also because i love the pizza, but now i have to settle with Papa John’s or Little Caesars because that’s the only thing i can get in my area.

I ordered a timed order for 11:00am. When I looked at the pizza when I got home, it looked dried out. It appeared to have been cooked when I placed my order online at 10:30am . I picked up my pizza at 11:05am. The next time , I will call to place an order.

It took the driver over 35 minutes to get to our house that is only 5 minutes away from the restaraunt. We cancelled our order. Our total, including tax, delivery fee and tip, was almost $50 for 2 large pizzas. This is not acceptable.

I ordered a hand tossed large pizza for carry out. Reaching home, I see that the size of the pizza is between medium and large size. Crust was of uneven thickness as well. I have never had seen a pizza which was not circular as this.

I order a pizza online and pizza was prepared incorrectly(totally different to what I ordered). made me wait for 15 mins in the Hut to get a new pizza. even the new one is not the exact one I ordered. Very dissatisfied.

If you were to measure the cross-sectional area you'd notice that the toppings consist of something like 1-5% with the rest being bread. We need more toppings! At least 1/3 of the cross-sectional area!

I live only 8 min drive from this Pizza Hut and they refused to deliver because there was apparently a closer one to me. I was disappointed because this one had boneless wings and the other didn't.

The young man that gave me my pick up order is very kind and friendly. I asked for a couple of paper plates and he also offered to give me napkins without me even asking him. Great customer service

6/4/16 Just order my first pizza and their was a nasty red hair in it! I have black hair, so I know it's not mine. I will never eat here and advise you not to either, it's a very unsanitary place.

The stuffed crust pizza is to die for. Stuffed with cheese inside, we selected our own toppings, and the hot chicken was okay but pizza won our heart. Really good and fresh toppings.

One of the worst tasting Pizza Huts I've ever been too. We have ordered several times (delivery) and it's always dry. They barely use any sauce or cheese. Stop being stingy!
