WORST !!! The worst service ever !!!! I ordered 1 medium vegie supreme and a Pepsi at 9:32pm and the the estimated delivery time was shown as 10:03pm. But the pizza wasn't delivered even till 10:45pm. This is how pizza hut serves it's customers ! Very bad !! I have been calling the customer care from 10:03pm and firstly they don't answer the calls on customer care !! I kept on trying till finally a person answered the call and the only answer he has is - sorry I'll check and revert you a call back within 5 - 10 minutes. And then I waited for 10 more minutes (by now time was almost 10:30pm) and again called the customer care and same story repeats repeats. And again I called the customer care and they answer and I repeat the whole story again. And this time I was adamant that I need to talk to the store and know what is wrong. So the customer care guy connected to the store and it was a conference call and I could speak to the guy in the actual store. And even this guy has the same answer sorry I'll look into it. It's hardly a 1km between the store and my house. And for this 1km distance delivery , it took them almost 1and a half hours !!! Moreover the pizza was cold, the drink was not chilled and there were hardly any toppings and add-ons on the pizza, and most importantly there were no tissues provided !! This is how worse the pizza hut service is !!! Now I don't know who to blame here because, if it was a technical glitch or a delay/issue during the preparation of the pizza then it should have been hot when delivered. And if that is not the case, then why did it take so so long to deliver to a place which hardly a 1km away from the store ?? Is the delivery boy involved in this ??? Is pizza hut encouraging such behaviour ?? This is a serious issue that should be addressed ASAP....!!!! Look into the customer issues @pizzahut else this is definitely going to decrease your brand value and slowly may be even closure !!!

WORST EXPERIENCE! Seeing so many negative experiences in the reviews did not stop me from ordering here as I gave it a benefit of doubt going by the brand's value. But I soon realized that I made a mistake. The reviews were all right! Would give negative stars if possible. I have placed an online order of a pizza, chicken wings and a bottle of soft drink. Each item was a disaster on it's own! When the order was delivered, the pizza was cold and all the cheese along with what little toppings were there; was stuck to the top of the box and the crusts were lying separated from cheese and toppings. Just this visual has killed my appetite. Have the sense to use a Pizza Saver. Considering how you deliver the pizzas I guess you don't even know what a pizza saver is, so for your information a pizza saver is the circular plastic thing that goes in the middle of a pie to prevent the pizza from sticking to the top of the pizza box. The next item six piece chicken wings; we only received four pieces as the other two pieces fell into the delivery boy's bag due to improper packing. Pathetic! They were put in a flimsy aluminium tray and covered with an even more flimsy sheet. This astonished me, a popular chain like Pizza Hut not implementing standard packaging!! The delivery guy said that he had asked for a proper bag to place the items in, but the people denied!! I reached for the bottle of soft drink and it was not chilled, when opened the foam shot up. Adding to the insult were the prices they charged for totally unworthy food they provided. This location is a sorry excuse for the brand's face value. If anything the people here are working hard to make sure to that no one will ever return to this location! Pity the franchise owner. A reputable holding like the Pizza Hut is supposed to hold the standards high, not behave like some street stall. Will never return and will refrain from referring to others.

Can't have one man at the till serving customers that are queued everytime I have popped in. Need to have waiters taking your orders at the table, how they do in other Pizza Hut outlets in most of the countries. Change your unaccepted policy of unable to process refund for items cancelled once bill is processed, if there's change of mind. Ideally, the standard norm across the world is, you refund money exactly via the original mode of payment. Not adjusting it in the next bill or issuing vouchers. Hope this is looked into and put it place or else as they say, you switch over if you're unsatisfied as a customer, you have La Pino'z bang opposite to you as well as Domino's up the road. Decision is your's if you really want customers to visit and dine in or give your competitors an opportunity to cater them.

The staff focuses on attending Swiggy & online orders mainly & make their order ready first putting customers sitting in the restaurant on hold. I visited the restaurant on 4th Aug'23 around 8.30pm where after placing the order & making payment, they made me waiting for 40 mins. I got the food only after shouting on them. Store manager & the lady who was taking order kept on saying 5 mins from 30 mins. Only 1 AC was functioning, it was very hot inside. Very poor & inefficient service. Store manager argues & not ready to accept the delay. He was not ready to tell his name also. I will suggest avoid going to Attapur store.

Saturday went to this branch, just becoz of asian cinema we went there. Guys this place is hell, when you step in you get feeling of entering in baking section, AC doesnt work on asking they say "its not working sir, but you can sit and enjoy the pizza". I mean who love to eat pizza while sweating. Whatever we order they say "sir not available sir", i ordered combo which include bread now I want to order extra bread with cheese they she says "sir bread is not available". Then why the hell you book my combo order if bread is not there. If you want to experience irritation please visit this branch.

Ordered something and received something. The amazing thing is, the guy thought I had to take it home and quickly gave me the order, however, once I said is a dine in order, he changed 1 pizza and the garlic bread plate. I asked, where is my actual order, he said it is in the oven and coming in a couple of minutes. Nothing came and said they are sorry and would like to compensate with garlic bread. Worst experience. I wonder if any action will be taken on this or not.

Pizza hut being an international brand must have some standards. I find all the standards being followed everywere except at this Pizza hut store. Went all the way from Sun city and ate here. The pizza was good and the garlic bread too except for the houseflies in the store. So many houseflies and lack of airconditioning was the bad part of my visit. The store didnt have Pepsi also... Better improve the quality of the store's ambience..

We just had pizza after movie. Very poor service, they serve bad tasteless food. Pls change your cook or give them proper training on how to make pizza, when charging so much. Eating here was waste of our 1k, very sad.

They don't know how to cook and what to cook

It says the Pizza Hut opens at 11am and I have been waiting here since 11am and it’s been already half n hour and no one took my order till now. The workers here come slowly one by one as if they own the restaurant. No time table maintained and no proper customer service provided. They don’t even open the AC here after asking for the couple of times they switched on the AC. May be the higher maintenance should look into this.

Very worst service. Customer service is behaving in an irresponsible manner and rudely.Fraud offers are showing on app bcoz, offered product is not getting delivered. If it is 1+1 offer, we are getting only 1,This is third time I faced this problem ,Such a fake app that too it is a food app, never cheat the customers! Am at Attapur pizza hut rt. Now. Horrible customer service, pathetic ambience n they forgot to serve the dip with the starters. Served us, only when asked. To our astonishment the dip was smelly, rotten. When asked the waitress to taste, she tasted n left it there. Didn't even get another one. Over all the quality, service n taste has gone down. Will never return to this store again.

Need to improve on staff behavior towards customer's.

Bad outlet, I had been to other Pizza Hut outlets before and thoroughly enjoyed them. But I was shocked to see such pathetic conditions at this outlet. Staff is okay but Air Conditioning doesn't work. On a already hot day, I regretted bringing my family here because we had to eat sitting in a closed outlet with no AC. Disappointing

No neatness... ac not working and full with mosquitos and flies...mosquitos are falling on food no proper maintance...worst pizzahut visited ever... even the order is taking more than 30mins for preparation... no proper customer service

The staff is very irresponsible. Though our order was ready they did not handover until we asked. If there is no stock of oregano it should be informed before taking the order for dine in orders. Actually few toppings on pizza looked a bit drier not fresh. I didn't had good experience. Taste of pizza was average when compared to other pizza hut outlets. I hope they had improved the taste now.

Never ever on time delivery, even for a 10 mins travel distance in high traffic also the delivery guy takes 45 mins or 1 hour after dispatch and whenever we call him, he will respond that it will take more 15 mins. Horrible delivery service.

A small and peaceful outlet at Mcube Mall, pillar 119 attapur. Loved chicken tikka supreme and veg supreme pizza. 2 medium pizzas were good enough for 3 people.

There's no air-conditioning. Not sure if Pizza Hut has lowered it's standard or this outlet serves the most bland pizza. I won't be coming back that's for sure

Good service in front of pillar no 120 going towards Retibawlli/Mehdipatnam.Not so crowded quick service
