The worst Pizza Hut store that I encountered in the past 10 years. I ordered Garlic Bread with Cheese along with a pizza for my son. Since the store didnt have 'Garlic Bread with Cheese' they sent something else. The store people didnt have the minimum courtesy to call me back regarding non-availability of things or tell me when it was delivered. Added to this the delivery person cooked up a story saying that its a new recipe which was introduced very recently. What a joke!! The order was delivered very late and the delivered items were not really good to consume. I had to call the store after the promised time of delivery and then they were in a hurry to prepare things. Customer care is just a joke and doesn't have any teeth to take any action against the store. I had to physically go to the store to get a physical bill copy after waiting for 30 minutes. Overall it was really very worst experience. Its not really a customer friendly store. The processes chosen by Pizzahut might really hurt it in the long run. I am sure about it. Attached Garlic Bread with Cheese which was invented by the Pizza Hut Store :D.

I have seen the reviews on this Pizza Hut store before going to visit, worst reviews are there. But it's near to me so visited worst pizza.. Worst experience, ordered pizza and it's toooo salty and team not ready to give another one or replacement worst team and they don't know prepare the pizza it seems Even road side 60rupees pizza is better than Pizza Hut pizza. Total money and waiting period 30 mins waste

Chicken Supreme Pizza

The entire staff is very angry for no reason. When we went to order they were irritated and didn’t even mention the deals which they had going on. Especially this one woman who was very rude and speaking out of tone. In addition, they didn’t wear any gloves or even keep anything sanitary. Worst Pizza Hut ever, I heard that the service in India is better than in the US… but it’s false. This Pizza Hut staff is ruining the franchise. Fire them immediately.

Ordered My box veg through swiggy. It was my worst food ordering experience ever. The box was half open when delivered not at all sealed . Garlic bread & pizza were cold Af. Garlic bread literally tasted like rusk .Pizza was horrible .One of the worst pizza's I ever tasted in my life. God knows what pizza hut is doing with packaging . First time saw open box order in my life. Kindly, improve your delivery packaging even local tapris give better packaging then this have some shame . Literally feeling Very very disappointed .

Worst Pizza Hut we ever visited. Pizzas were not good, they didn’t use proper cheese, tasted like mayonnaise. Garlic bread tasted very sour. Plates were not properly cleaned. Sticky chairs. It was very hot inside the restaurant so asked them to turn it on, they said it’s already on. They turned it on after 5 mins. Inadequate staff and not properly trained.

Veg Pizza, Cheese Garlic Bread

Had pizzas at this place. I have to tell you, I personally liked these pizzas. I think pizza hut is trying its best to recover its ground inch by inch. The Pan pizza actually looked like a Pan pizza. Unlike other place where they say it is a Pan pizza and the pizza is a bit flat. Cheese garlic bread is always my personal favourite here. Zesty paneer pocket did not make a mark for me though. Cheesy Comfort pasta was good too. Both Tandoori paneer and Veg exotica pizzas were tasty too. Overall, it was a good one.

Worst pizza hut ever visited. Firstly their pepsi is kept outside under sun. This is dangerous for health. They are out of medium pizza dough at 2 pm on a Saturday. No wonder why pizza hut stores are not doing great. Their cheeze exotica garlic breads dont even have cheeze properly added, their staff is kinda lost and rude. Their ACs are not cooling in scorching heat. They are out of drink options. Their speakers are creating noise as they are broken. Nobody cleans the tables timely.

Terrible service!! I visited the pizza hut in the afternoon. It was extremely hot, as hot as oven. The fans and ACs were off and the chairs and tables were dirty and wobbly. There was no person at the counter. I requested them to turn on the AC and clean the table but they just ignored my request. I would never go there and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Request the management to look into the kind of service provided to the customers.

Horribly dissapointing food quality. Pasta is either all burnt or uncooked. Spicy supreme garlic bread is a total waste of money, nothing garlic, pizzas always have toppings which look like leftover pieces and on top of all this they have terrible service staff, no experience and modesty at all, blemish in the name of pizza hut! Never going to visit this store again and will ever not recommend anyone too

Thought of trying pizzahut today.. We have ordered veg tandoori & spicy paneer pan pizzas. There is no tandoori in veg tandoori pizza & hardly 2 paneer pieces in paneer pizza. Only some portion of pizza have veggies & felt like eating plain base. Atleast base has tasted good. And garlic bread stix are tasty.

Cheese Garlic Bread

Pizza hut used to be good, they have lost their integrity with new inexperienced staff everywhere. the person didnt knew how to make masala lemonade, the cook made a wrong pizza out of the combo which i chose. Thats just a very bad experience. Not recommended, this happened 2nd time for me, no more pizza hut, i am moving to mojjo pizza.

One of the WORST Pizza Hut delivery outlet I have seen till date. These guys don't even deserve 1 star. I guess they need to learn what Veg and Non-Veg is. Received non-veg items after placing an order for a veg garlic bread. They dont value time and send an order 2.5hrs after being placed. The shop should be closed and the owner should be banned from opening any franchise.

Good pizza flavours. Not too many varieties for vegetarian but what you have is good. The ambience was cozy and friendly. We liked the baking aroma that was lingering around the place. Pricing was very competitive with other pizza places. The jalapeño poppers was a good touch along with other sides. Would definitely go back.

No gloves who prepare pizza when I ask about gloves they said that ‘not available present’ your maintaining big store but at least min responsibility to give hygiene food. Second problem - your pizza taste earned 10 marks out of 100. Don’t make only money give good food & ask extra money from people they will give you.

Worst service. Ac are not working. Even after complaining that to staff they didn't respond. Even after repeatedly asking to clean the table, they didn't even do that.

We have ordered fantastic4 pizzas @581rs,on 12th Nov 2021. Believe me guys they are pathetic in taste and smell. Coming to heigene level it's -10, public bus stands floors are more heigene than this outlets floor. Nobody is there to clean tables also,never recommends anybody to visit any pizzahut in my life.

Did not wear gloves, reception was rude, food was good but the price is too high compared to other places ,flies everywhere

I am not one to write reviews but this was a very bad dine-in experience so couldn't just sit by. Such a let down by Pizza Hut. The staff messed up the order. I would have overlooked the mess up had the food tasted good but it was a major disappointment, not something one expects from Pizza Hut.

Poor maintanance, room is full of mosquitoes and insects they are not closing main door and not responding properly even we report. I took my family for the first time out and they are really un happy with your service

They don't accept cards. They accept only phonepe. No Google pay or Paytm. They will inform you after placing the order. Very rude staff.

This place does not have large size pizza. Only regular and medium. Service is okay. As the outlet is small, very few tables to sit.
