Especially this outlet of PuzzaHut is performing really low. Staff here either don't know the online and offline process of ordering or they're not trained enough. And they keep changing staff. Someday they say waiting time is 1 hour and someday they say offline ordering is not working. And other day only women staff don't understand the online order type. Since it's near to my residing place, I visit there frequently, one day I visited there with my friend and from my past experiences, I ordered online in dine In Mode. The only two women staff was not able to understand it. Even the bill was generated with automatic machine there, they were not able to understand how to serve this order. They kept saying that there is no delivery boy and they're sending order by booking rapido. However, after 10 mins I made her understand that she has to prepare the order and serve. Domino's outlet is just a few meters ahead of this outlet and they've better staff and service too. But somehow, I prefer PizzaHut. So this is my personal request to improve staffing and make this outlet shine as your Pizzas do.

New joint for Pizza Hut at this area. The food quality and taste is quite good probably one of the best. I bought two normal sized Pizzas and the amount of sauce, cheese and toppings were at least 1.5x better than I had at other places. Almost equal to a medium sized pizza at other places. My rating is based on the food only. Also got masala lemonade and masala mirinda... They had added masala a bit too much because of which both the drinks tasted the same... Better to skip this drink and go for the old-school soda options. I am hoping the food quality and quantity stays the same and doesn't change. Will update my review next time when I visit this pizza joint.

Do you love momos ? Pizza?? I Being a Momo lover..when I heard about New Momo pizza menu of Pizza Hut.. My reaction ‍ I visited Pizza Hut, East Anandbagh, Malkajgiri outlet.. where we ordered.. Momo pizza veg pan (personal) - ₹269 Momo pizza Non-veg pan (medium) - ₹499 I being a momo fan enjoyed this fusion of momos & pizza ! If you are a momo & pizza lover & if you are a person who likes to try new & different combinations of food don’t miss to try out this fusion. Even Baked momo veg - ₹169 Baked momo non - veg - ₹189 were good. To satisfy your palate with spicy touch definitely add extra momo schezwan dip - ₹20 while placing order. Finally ended with dessert , Choco volcano - ₹99

Pizza is delicious and if you take extra cheese as a topping boom! You are having the best pizza right here in pizza hut! Personally I liked paneer pizza with extra cheese. Edit: But I did not like the service, when I asked for water , staff did not provide me water instead they asked me to purchase watter bottle. And we had to purchase a water bottle separately. Can water not be provided for purchasing pizza?!

When yesterday I was visit the pizza hut more expectations when I ordered classic small one chicken pizza for test which was charged 250rs. I'm not understand whic piza that one chicken piza or veg piza. This is not my complant it's a my suggestion or feedback.

We went for dinner but they refused to take order quoting high demand reason. This made me order from swiggy from this same outlet and the order was delivered at home within 50min. How did you take my order through swiggy then. Worst experience.... Again visited.. Rang the bell, had a celebration..

The place was great!! It was clean! The people there greeted us good. The order didn't take long to get. The place wasn't that crowded. The food tasted great, not your daily go to place. But once a week wouldn't do no harm. Also the place is like in a perfect place. About time malkajgiri got a pizza hut.

Too many mosquitoes inside can't even sit.. Service was not so good I had to wait for 30mins to get my order. They did not tell me about the offers which I got to know after I ordered so i lost around 100₹

I'm wondering to whom this order was delivered. Customer care connects after multiple attempts. Store response is pathetic. After escalation, store calls and says order is not out for delivery. But see the image, it says delivered. Feel like 1 star is for allowing to write this review. Never resolved

I took my nephew who has no issues before going to this place....he had french fries and coco valcano item ....one we reached home ..he vomited everything....and very next day ..he almost vomited for 10 to 15 times...then admitted in hospital.....
