I am extremely disappointed and angered by the service I received today at Pizza Hut. The waitress took my phone under the pretext of closing my online order, but I later discovered she had invaded my privacy by accessing my Google account without consent. She manipulated my reviews, giving the branch a falsely positive rating and even forcibly altering my rating against my wishes. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and a breach of trust. I demand immediate action be taken to address this violation of privacy and manipulation Of customer feedback. I want pizza hut to fire this lady. I don't know her name. She served and took my order on 16/8/23. Between 4-6 pm

Pizza Hut is one of my favourite pizza outlet. But this outlet gives me unsatisfied results everytime.The outlet is not ventilated and customer service is very bad there . And Today the act I saw is ridiculous. I ordered 3 classic corn pizza through app with a discount coupon. After a couple of time , one of the staff member has said that your order is not registered but I have done the payment and the money has been debited from my account. I have to order again with a new payment. Since waiting for my refund also but not got a single penny. Is this type of services are offered by Pizza Hut-poor ventilation, unsatisfied customer service and mismanagements in payments and ordering?☹️This is not expected by Pizza Hut.You should take some action against this particular outlet . Thank you

It's newly opened outlet but the service is not that good. They don't have enough staff to provide the service. We ordered the meal for 2 where we also forgot to remind them to serve us the included lava cake and they also forgot to serve something which was there on the bill. I was standing at the counter and the staff was acting like they don't care and after asking for the staff the person came from inside after sometime. Pizza was very dry and we had ask for everything like straws knives, etc. They need to work on their service part. Pizza hut is known for their dining experience and I always ring the bell while moving out but today was not that day.

Mouthewatering and Delicious taste . Had a great experience ❤️

I was craving for pizza from past few days. So , I ordered My Box(Veg) and Choco Volcano Cake from here. My box consists of 1 personal pizza, 2 pieces of garlic bread and a pepsi. I had veg exotica pizza. It was topped with good amount of baby corn, olives, capsicum, bell peppers and jalapeno. The pizza was delicious and so was garlic bread. One can never go wrong with choco volcano cake. It was amazing. Overall, it was a good experience and the best thing is that they took all the safety precautions while delivering the pizza.

The staff is very negligent and irresponsible. They kept going inside and sitting, we had to go and personally call them if we wanted to order. In bw a begger entered inside and they didn't do anything about it.

I was visited for takeaway but some reason I have stay for pizza eating which I was purchased from Pizza hut but staff and manager denied to sit and eat in place specially Cold drink. I was very disappointed with Pizza hut staff.

Pizza hut is offering this delicious delightful margherita pizza for 149/- . worth every penny i paid . The taste was amazing and it was fully loaded with cheese . A must try for cheese lovers
