The worst experience at a pizza hut, I have been buying pizza almost weekly for several years but nothing like this had ever happened, I placed my order as I always do, but my order never arrived after almost two hours had passed, I called the store about 6 times and he Staff was so hostile and disrespectful that when I explained my problem or asked for my order they just hung up on me. Finally, on the last call I spoke with the manager and it was the worst, he told me that my order had been lost because of his system and his computers and that he could not do anything about it that my money was lost and again he did not let me say anything more and he hung up on me so blatantly, I had to go personally to the store and talk to the manager then he told me again that he couldn't do anything that my money had been lost and that if I wanted my order I had to pay again and also the only thing that He was blaming door dash because they had made the mistake, to which I replied that I had ordered from pizza hut and not from door dash. Finally, after telling him that I would not pay for the failure of his system because it is not my problem, he told me that the only thing was to wait another half hour so that he could cook my order, he made me wait even though they had already charged me for the delivery, but anyway. Worst pizza hut experience and worst staff in the store. especially the manager who should set an example for his team.

I'd placed an order for a corporate client of mine to be delivered, and had spoken with Manager Debbie on 8/3/2022 about adding two additional pizzas to it. She totally understood and told me to call the next day (day of the order) at 11AM so that should could take care of order addition and get it all squared away. It wasn't a complicated request, and Debbie seemed like she was eager to help which left me feeling relived, that is until... I called at 11AM the following morning as Debbie advised before they get busy, and I was hung up on 34 times - sometimes, they would pick up and then hang up immediately, sometimes they would answer and leave me on the line while they did whatever they were doing then after a minute, or in some cases, 4 minutes, hang up on me yet again. I understand if they're short staffed, but for someone to just pick up the phone, not say a word and then hang up on me like that repeatedly when I was just needing some help is absolutely angering and disheartening. Pizza Hut customer support did nothing but reroute me to the store, wherein I was hung up on again and again. I was hoping to give Pizza Hut my and my clients' business for sponsored lunches, but that won't be the case. I will not be coming to Pizza Hut again for orders to serve to my clients again. To start off with the person who took my order over the phone tried to over price me. Second, i go in to pick up my order, it's not ready yet so I pay for it upfront while I wait for my order to be done. So I pay and go sit so I can wait for my order. They have this screen that has people's name and ready times so that way you know if your order is ready. Well, I'm waiting for them to bring my order or call me to the counter when my order is ready, and I noticed I had been waiting for 30 minutes. They said it should be done in 15 minutes when I called in my order. So, I go to the screen to check if my name is on the screen, and it's not!! So the two girls that work there are just standing at the register gossiping. I go up and ask if they can check on my order because I have been waiting for a long time and my name is not even on the screen anymore. One of them goes and checks. Well, my order had been ready the whole time. No one came to me with my order, nor called me to the counter when it was ready. It was sitting in the warmer this whole time getting unfresh and hard. I go home with cold old pizza and and cold hard cinnabons. Worst customer service and worst pizza i have ever had. Pizza hut used to be my favorite. Fair to say, not anymore.

One of the worse experience that I've had. I ordered my pizza online and they never told me it was going to be threw door dash. They said it would be delivered in 45 mins and it was over an hour and 20 mins late. They never told me that they have arrived so the delivery driver put my pizza on the floor I live in apartments but like I was keeping eye I saw him and opened the door. He got mad and said put it back down because I need to take a picture I told him that was disgusting I was not going to put my food on the floor and he try to grab it from me and put it back on the floor I took it from him and said no I use to do door dash you can say you handed the pizza to the customer but still he still insisted to grab the pizza to put it back down on the floor so I called the store and the rude female i can't call her a woman if she acted that kinda way but the female started laughing at me saying ok and so what? So I told her she lost a customer she laughed again and said ok that's fine.. I swear I never experienced that kind of rudeness EVER!! DONT EVER ORDER FROM THAT STORE!! Pizza Hut is good but NOT from that store.. Riverside pizza hut was disgusting pizza was cold, hard and just very not worth my money. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This location was not what I have ever experienced anywhere at any Pizza Hut. It was disorganized the only system set up was for people coming in to pick up orders with 4 people behind the counter. Although there was a dine in area I had to ask "How does this work... do we seat ourselves or wait for someone to seat us?" I had to ask because I, my child, and nephew had been standing around for about 15 minutes. The systemif that's what you can call it appears to only address people coming in for pick up orders. Which is displeasing to anyone seeing there is a dining area... After asking for menus and seating ourselves; mind you there were still "4" people behind the counter only 1 other guest with 3 children seated at a table, no one came to take a drink order let alone give glasses to assume they would be or anything. After yet waiting another 15+ minutes we decided to leave. This was not busy the only traffic if that's what you could call it were people coming in to pick up orders and the one other dining guests besides myself and 2 kids. This location in Austin and anywhere to be exact was the worse experience I have ever had at any Pizza Hut location. If I could give lower than 1 star they would have received.

I ordered my food approximately at 7:22 pm and arrived around 7:41 to the restaurant after the app indicated my order would be ready in 15 mins. I call the number on the door to let them know I am outside due to COVID restrictions and I am informed my food will be out shortly. Approximately at 8:30pm I call again because I have not received my food and have seen over 10 vehicles pickup food and go. The person tells me they couldn’t find my vehicle, what is the point of taking my information online when they couldn’t call me to verify where I was at? (Right next to their building) Approximately at 8:41pm I receive my food, I am upset because I know my food has already been waiting and is not fresh. When the employee goes inside to charge my card I verify that the pizza and wings already appear to not be fresh by just looking at it. At this point the customer service is terrible, how would you even give out a product that is terrible due to a mistake that you made. Brings a bad taste.

I called to make a order to pick up at the begging they was nice at the end they give my order and I though I give the right amount the lady didn't pay attention of how much money I give her what I know in some other place before give the order the have to check first the amount is the costumer did a mistake after I left the Pizza Hut I received calls from Pizza Hut from different number and they think I am the same other people threat people with call the cops I think this not the right way to give service I totally understand is work but the workers also have to pay attention and account the money of each costumer before they leave and one of the important things do not give attitude to the costumer attitude and hang out the phone when the costumer try to solve the problem all people have different brain and think better and face the mistake no just because small understood give this kinda service .

After some DoorDasher ran off with my food (ordered through Pizza Hut’s website), it was a headache dealing with both DoorDash and Pizza Hut corporate, who were more concerned with pointing fingers at each other than helping me get a refund or getting my order remade. Thankfully, Vera from Pizza Hut Riverside was able to quickly resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes, which was a breath of relief after DoorDash and Pizza Hut wasted 40+ minutes of my time on the phone. TL;DR: When it comes to customer service, Pizza Hut corporate: 1/10 (who had the audacity of trying to “compensate” me by giving me a voucher for only one of my items instead of refunding my entire order) Door Dash: 2/10 (only because they were at least apologetic about losing my food) DoorDasher that stole my food: -10000/10 This store: 10/10

Routinely wet and cold pizza delivered to me, today again I don’t even think it was fully cooked. Food borne illness inbound? Add injury to insult, it took almost an hour to arrive with it being a location less than a mile from where I live! 45 min my ***, guy who knocked on my door was a rude a hole who complained about having to call even though I asked ahead on the phone and they said they’d tell the driver, he said he was only supposed to after he knocked! Geez what a miscommunication at this place on the daily, ain’t the first bad delivery its like 75% of the time i call for an order. Can’t recommend these guys over dominoes, they as bad as they can be have got their s*** mostly together. Disappointing finding good service is so hard in this town when it comes to pizza delivery. 1 star.

I ordered through the all and requested no ham on my pizza in the area where you input your order and also in the delivery instructions on the payment screen. I called the number provided 3 times before I got the text my pizza was out for delivery to confirm my request. The number leads to a call center which transfers you to the store. Each time I was transferring to the store I either got a busy signal or the phone rang continuously until it automatically disconnected. I called 2 more times after I got the text informing me my food was out for delivery, same result. Once I got my pizza, which had the ham I tried to omit multiple times, I called again same results and the call center expressed they have no way of contacting the store besides transferring me.

I am beyond angry. Not only did the store manager hang up on me in the middle of my sentence but I called back and they refused to take my call. I placed an order for a day ahead and the time needed to be adjusted for a few hours ahead. They said this was IMPOSSIBLE to do and I would need to pay for another $200 pizza order and wait for my other order to be refunded and the worst part is that this was for an event and we order pizza from this location ALOT and give so much money to this location and when I told the manager about how often we do business with them and that I would need to place my order at a different place he said that was perfect and hung up. This was such a horrible experience even.

Ordering a half hour before close, I planned on leaving a generous tip. I spent 13 years in the higher end of culinary, so I understand frustrations when the night is coming to an end and business picks up a little bit (mind you, the stress level is much higher @ $30-70 a plate). It stinks. Sometimes you just want to go home after a long day. However, when the staff makes perfectly clear that they don't want anyone ordering, huffinf and puffing, and complain very coherently in front of the customers, I'm going to assume the workers don't want to make any money. Y'all make pizza, you're open until 12. If you don't like it, or don't want to work, get a different job. You don't deserve a tip.

Literally walked in standing in the Togo online order line literally she had one customer at the desk took care of the customer and then another customer after me came in and she ignored me and then when I told her that I had came in before the gentleman that she was taking care of she wanted to get an attitude with me and tell me can I take my customer first and I was like ma'am I'm a customer too can you just check the doordash order for me and she literally gave me a snacky attitude and ignored me completely I had to unassign my order because of her attitude this is bad customer service and I will not recommend this store to anybody and I have a whole bunch of family in this area

I ordered pizza and wings online for delivery. I live five minutes from this pizza hut. Would've done carryout but it was raining. My pizza and wings were very cold. I called and spoke with the manager Donald , he didn't want to give me his name after he told me that he couldn't guarantee that my food would be hot and he couldn't replace my wings! Really Donald? After being on the phone with Donald forever and a day, he finally sent a replacement that came with mushrooms, I'm allergic to mushrooms!!! And a four piece wing that was also cold. Felt like that was done intentionally!!! WTH??? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

If you order online and pick a delivery time several hours prior, you need to order at least an entire hour earlier than you want the pizza. I expect a little leeway time of may 15 minutes before/15 minutes after as a normal timeframe, maybe half an hour I guess. But over an HOUR after you selected a delivery time is not acceptable or good service by any means. Delivery person was nice and apologized, and bc it was late you get a free coupon for a large pizza, but just be aware they're a really busy location so you need to plan accordingly.

The employee called me after placing my order.. “YoU cAn OnLy PuT oNe TyPe Of SaUcE oN a PiZzA” I didn’t feel like arguing with an incompetent employee with no critical thinking skills. Every other Pizza Hut & employee who is competent knows you can put half of one sauce & half the other on a pizza. So I then ask can you change the breadsticks to cheese sticks & I’ll pay the difference when I get there. “We CaNt AcCePt a CaSh PaYmEnT aFtEr YoUVe AlReAdY PaID wItH aPPlE PaY.” Super annoying & unbearably poor customer service skills.

I have ordered 2 topping pizza online and came after 30mins to pick up and the guy in front desk said my order was delayed and i have waited 20more mins. Finally order came and when i ask for red peepers, He said they are out off peepers in very rude manner and laughing like he was saying wanted. Hope they learn how to behave with costumers and convey if they really out of something. The person is degrading the store reputation. Time/Date: 8.30PM 02/17/2019. Don't how they run store without very minimum needed item (red peepers).

Great location. Handicap parking although door to walk in facility is not automatic. The pizza and customer service was awesome. There was one guy manning most of everything, and he was doing an awesome job....from taking orders by phone, walk-in, and dine-in, plus cleaning. He was a rock star! I would definitely recommend this location. The only thing someone might have a problem with is space if there is a big group. Oh, and another perk is that there is a liquor store in the same small shopping center.... lol

I love Pizza Hut and I always order from them credit and cash. But today for the first time I use the riverside location and it was horrible. I made a 40 dollar order and was giving a 10 tip. I called them as common courtesy that I’m paying with 100, which I have done in the past with other locations as long as you call them before hand, they said I had to spend 80 to even do that kind of transaction. Horrible horrible customer service and they were very short and snappy. Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

pizza toppings were not on pizza they are allover the box called the store to see how they can make it right and they offered to refund a total of $13 because I got a "FREE" pizza (not free i spent 300 points) and gave a tip the he driver (the driver is the reason the food is messed up so i do not want to tip the driver at all now that i have seen the food it look disgusting) my card was charged a total of $22 since one of them was a "FREE" pizza. I will not be ordering form pizza hut ever again

This location was tasty and cheap, but service was a not good- we did take out and we’re not called when the order was ready or alerted in anyway. The woman taking our order was terribly uninterested in being friendly. I guess I get it, working service probably sucks right now, but still. For real though, for a large 3 topping pizza + boneless wings it was $20!! That’s crazy!! Pizza Hut has so moved up on my list for pizza. Will let y’all know if it’s good. Edit: it was good

Good pizza as usual, we dined in but the staff was young and inexperienced,but they are suffering from the same staffing problems that everyone is,but they were polite and more than willing to help when asked but the place was clean ,and food d good although they had no soft drinks because ice machine was broken, although they did have bottled drinks so not having fountain drinks was not a huge deal, hopefully they'll get the staff trained up and improve their service.

I mistakenly ordered my pizza delivery ordered and after about an hour I started wondering when will they would arrived so called them and the young lady answered phone searched for my order but could not find any order so she finally discovered that I had mistakenly chose carryout so she put me another order in and gave me the other veggie pizza which I couldn't eat anyway so I gave it to the hotel clerk. We went to dine in, and was told by by Estella that we could not be seated, for an hour, as they were cleaning. As we were waiting, 5 minutes in, another group came in, and she pursued to seat them. I walked around, and the lobby was not dirty. While waiting, Estrella asked her coworker, "what's wrong with them?!" As more people came in she was rudely addressing them also. Thankfully, Maria stepped in, and offered to have us seated, yet I refused the offer.

I have eaten at the location multiple times and the food was fine. Tonight was my last. The pasta left a coating in my mouth and the pizza made my family sick. I tried calling to talk to the manager but the phone rang non stop or disconnected. When I finally got through after calling 10+ the manager refused to come to the phone. Been coming here ever since I moved to Riverside in 2007. My pizza has been wrong at least twice but they fix it or give me credit on my next visit. Omar and the managers are all real cool. I'm actually tired of the pizza my wife just keeps ordering it. These guys might ruin your pizza but then make it right. And it's always nice to get a free blue cheese with my hot wings

If it wasnt for my kids I wouldnt order at all. Per website the Stassney location is closed so I ended up ordering for PU at the E. Riverside location. Long story short I was assisted by Pizza Hut staff member Omar. Service is always excellent at the Riverside franchise. I do have a suggestion, though. When I order the 2-personal size pizzas deal, they arrive perched on a larger pizza box. Since the smaller boxes would fit inside that box, and be less likely to then slide off (as happened last night), why not put them there. They. might even stay hot longer.

Went in on my lunch hour and ordered the $5 Power Punch Special and somehow it takes them 25 min to make it which I was not informed of when I ordered it. Came to find out after waiting for 20min wondering what was taking so long... At that point I told them to keep the pizza and I went next door yo Thunder Cloud Subs. Got great service there.

Well I've been here like 15 times. Buy like 3 days ago it was pretty bad. I found a hair in the pizza. I understand nothing is perfect and s**t happens but next time I hope they wear a hear net or a hat at least but that is a good place to go honestly. This is my go to pizza place. They usually get my order right but this time they didn't. I always have light sauce on my order but this time they had regular. I have heartburn, so I was only able to eat one slice because it was too much for me. Hopefully they read the other right next time. They haven't lost me yet lol.

One of the very few pizza huts that still has a dining room to eat at the restaurant. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a pizza Hut, they're pretty much all the same. That's good because you always know what to expect. Service was okay, the staff were mostly polite if in no hurry to help you.

Im originally from Tyler, Texas and this specific Pizza hut in Austin, Texas is the best I've had. PERIODT. The employees are beyond polite and food is hot and fresh. This location is decent but could use an update other than that they are the best in Austin!!! Yes, you guys earned FIVE stars!

Their wing game needs some serious help; not even a little impressed. I actually had to make myself eat them since they cost so much. Overpriced: 2 large pizzas (stuffed crust) and a 16 piece order of wings for $45, and the food just wasn't that good. I could have had a steak meal for that.

The food has always been good, and the staff treats you right. My only complaint is they haven't had a working ice machine in months. And they don't serve beer. Yes, I find it absolutely heartbreaking too. Maybe 2023 will bring some surprises. This reviewer sure hopes so. Merry Christmas!

hi sorry not sorry but the pizza is a no-go for me. pepperoni was forgotten :c which was the only topping I added lol even if you're starving I would not recommend. you couldn't pizza your way out of a wet paper bag

My pizza was trash...a big saucy mess. Toppings were not evenly distributed, over sauced, and room temp when it arrived to my house. Never had bad experience with pizza hut but this time was disappointing.

Had a carry out and the food was delivered late. Yet, the taste was not like the actual pan pizza. I eat regularly from pizza hut for Pan pizza and did not like as much.
